A bit pricey for the amenities and the location as it’s a bit far from the city landmarks. Available parking is a plus although there weren’t enough slots at times. No room service available and not many vegan options in the breakfast (besides olives and hummus).

Check in lief gut nur sehr unpersönlich- fand ich nicht gut. Frühstück i.O. Parken 20€/Tag teuer. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 6.Stockwerk - Klimaanlage ungenügend-positiv wäre dass Sie sehr leise war jedoch Kühlung im Zimmer nicht gegeben - bei fast 30Grad nicht gut. Im Bad Lüftung auch sehr leise - jedoch luft bleibt im Bad stehen. Leider sehr einprägsam für unseren Aufenthalt.

Very nice, clean and well located. We had to pay for parking,that was not clear at booking. Service and quality was great though and were very welcoming.

Breakfast was good. Barman was excellent

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal und gut eingerichtete/praktische Zimmer, Matratzen bequem. Allergikerbettwäsche vorhanden. Bettwäschenmaterial schlecht gewählt, da diese sich statisch auflädt und fremde Haare im Bett waren. Direkt am HbF gelegen und gut erreichbar. Barbereich in der Lounge hat eine gute Auswahl an Getränken und Speisen.

Check-In sehr unpersönlich und umständlich. Ein etwas früherer Check-In wäre zudem kostenpflichtig gewesen - ein Unding. Sauberkeit der Toilette war leider ein No-Go. Ansonsten modernes Hotel mit moderner Ausstattung und naher Lage zum Bahnhof. Wenn man ein Zimmer nach hinten hat, kann man das Treiben auf den Gleisen beobachten. In der Nacht hört man die Bahnsteigansagen, die wir aber nicht als störend empfunden haben. Abends ab ca. 22 Uhr findet man weit und breit nichts mehr, was offen hat -selbst am Bahnhof hat schon alles zu. Innenstadt braucht man einige Zeit hin, aber das weiß man ja schon bei Buchung.

Excellent hotel just a short walk from Heidelberg's main train station. The convenient electronic check-in process made arrival a breeze. The rooms were impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable. I would definitely choose to stay here again!

Three night stay in a modern and very clean hotel. Staff were very polite, courteous and professional. Fridge in room and a safe that is always appreciated. Breakfast options were great, varied selection that would cater to most breakfast needs. Shower was powerful and toiletries provided. Downside, it was 27C and the air conditioning was very weak, although it worked poorly, it was adequate to cool the room. I only discovered how weak it was when I stayed in Intercity hotel in Wiesbaden. The AC in my room there was top notch and much more powerful. It was room 238 so maybe have a check on the AC unit in that room. I also asked for a clothes iron (bugeleisen) and after waiting for over 60 minutes it still did not arrive and I had to leave for a meeting. Again in the same hotel chain in Wiesbaden, I asked for a clothes iron at 615am and was told it was already out. So maybe get more irons as 1 for a 200 rooms is simply not enough. The hotel is right next to main train station. The rooms are sound proofed and not one train was heard throughout my stay. The WiFi was good and stayed connected throughout the hotel. It was in an excellent location only a few tram stops or bus stops into the old town. Public transport is less than 100m from the hotel. Overall, a very good stay, relaxing and comfortable enough, just get the AC working better and more clothes iron. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying there again.

Hotel is conveniently located next to the train station and area is very walkable. Didn't interact much with staff, as I did a self check-in/out. Rooms a nice and very clean. Housekeeping is only by request, which I didn't mind. Didn't use the amenities. For the price and location, I would stay with them again in a heartbeat.

The hotel was very clean and modern. Our room was spacious with a great shower, lots of outlets, a mini fridge and a tv with a chrome cast. The hotel provided a free transit day pass as well which was great because it is located right by the bus/train station.

Very clean, like new. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Train station a bit noisy.

Had to change rooms as the first one smelt bad, second room was good. Space was ok, it was close to the railway station, and you could get a bus into the old town too.

Our first room was on the train track side and if the window was closed you couldn't hear the trains, but we had to leave the window open because it was hot and the AC wasn't working in the hotel. They did graciously move us to the other side of the hotel where it was much quieter and cooler.

My daughter and I stayed for several nights while attending a conference that was hosted in the downstairs conference room. Being adjacent to the Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof, trains to points of interest such as Speyer and Frankfurt and busses and trams to old town Heidelberg were very convenient. We do recommend requesting a room on the opposite side of the hotel as the train tracks because regular passenger service and accompanying PA announcements are incessant from 0500-2400 and then the freight trains take over. The windows are well insulated for sound, but due to the noise (which is to be expected next to a train station), could not be used for ventilation while wanting to sleep. Also, there is an apparently a switch associated with the windows and the air conditioning. A sign informs the tenant that the windows must be closed for the air conditioning to work, but does not inform the user which handle position (out of three) on the window is "closed," so it took us a while to figure out how to configure the windows to cool the room during the warm sunny days of our stay. The above are not complaints, but intended as observations for future visitors. Also, be certain to sign up for the hotel chain's "H Rewards" program to get free local bus and tram day passes.

Alles sehr sauber, allerdings mussten wir die Fenster öffnen, weil die Klima in keinem der 5 Zimmer funktionierte & wir dadurch alle Ansagen des Bahnhofs hörten. Man muss dazu sagen, dass alle 5 Minuten welche kamen.

A. Self check in did not work. Reception has insufficient staff B. Nobody picks up the phone in the reception C. The air conditioner doesn’t work. I see from previous posts that this has been going on for a while so I’d be very careful staying here during summer. The windows in the rooms open very slightly so it’s hard to cool off the room.

Everything was great except the fact that the room was ready but they wanted to charge early check in for a noon check in.

Convenient, modern with friendly staff. Large hotel near the train station -- the area is quiet and filled with large hotels -- not seedy at all. Best and easy to use public transportation to the old town and Market square area for restaurants, shopping and attractions. Good value for money at this chain of hotels.

Reception staff not friendly or helpful on most occasions, but there was one good receptionist

I had to plan a last minute trip to Heidelberg and found the Intercity hotel directly at the train station. Brand new, incredible bed, super-clean and with a friendly and approachable staff! Convenient whether you are on holiday and plan visiting the tourist areas, or if you have to do something else.

I don’t even know why they have a staff because you have to do everything on a kiosk in the lobby. I didn’t feel safe by punching in all my important numbers right there so we could walk up behind me and steal my numbers my phone number, my birth date, etc. the kiosk spit out your key card , so I didn’t really interact with the personnel at all When I ask them a question they seemed bothered

The room was good, very spacious. It was a little noisy with announcements from the train station, but when you stay close to a train station then thats to be expected. Check in, however was very lengthy. There is someone manning the desk, but you have to check in via self check in and the electronic board is painfully slow. We were lucky, there was no-one waiting behind us as we muttered a few expletives. The person behind the desk did ask us if we were ok, but didnt offer to check us in the usual way

ハイデルベル駅の真ん前で交通の便は旧市街に行くにしても電車でどこに行くにしても最高。ただ夜中は駅のアナウンスがよく聞こえるので少し難。駅近なので荷物を預かってもらってハイデルベルクを楽しんで、電車で街を後にする前にホテルに寄ってピックアップもOKでした。

Sehr laut trotz Schallisolierung! Frühstück nur Durchschnitt und dafür definitiv zu teuer.

I stayed for only two nights, and it was very comfortable and clean. The only downfall was breakfast was not included or coffee, and asked for an extra charge! Why not include breakfast or even just coffee only-- there's no choice given.

Nice, clean and convenient. Spacious room. The breakfast is not as I expected.

Bell'hotel situato di fronte alla stazione dei treni. Molto comoda la connessione con i trasporti pubblici. Ottima colazione con grande scelta per tutti i gusti.

Fint hotell med god plassering rett ved hovedjernbanegården. Rom ut mot stasjonen, så mye «støy» fra høyttalere. Dette blir en dog fort vant til. God frokost og moderne rom.
