ATLANTIC Hotel Heidelberg

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Gym and sauna was great!

Super hotel med meget høj standard. Placeret godt i Heidelberg når man er på rejse gennem Tyskland. Vi ville til enhver tid vælge hotellet igen, hvis det ikke lige var fordi det i parkeringskælderen ikke er muligt at lade en elbil. Ladestandere er et must i et nyt hotel.

Særligt restauranten og baren på øverste etage var unik. Moderne og smuk - udsigt over bjergene. Vi spiste aftensmad i baren - fik Weinen/wienerschnitzel med lækker tilbehør. Der var nok til to personer. Personalet var smilende og høflige alle steder. Morgenmad på øverste etage - Den bedste morgenmad med utrolig positiv servering. Eneste minus; Ingen lader i p-hus.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Atlantik Hotel! Circa 30 Minuten fußläufig in die Stadt, ansonsten ist der Hautbahnhof in 1-2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wellness Bereich ist sehr ruhig und klein und sauber. Es gibt ein Dampfbad und eine 90 Grad Sauna und einen Ruheraum, außerdem kostenlosen Tee im Wellness Bereich. Das Frühstück hat eine sehr große und tolle Auswahl!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war schick und sauber und die Aussicht aus dem Restaurant wirklich toll. Leider war die Dampfsauna nicht so wirklich heiß, das war etwas schade aber dafür war die andere Sauna und der Spabereich sehr schön gestaltet.

Alles perfekt! Nur: Bar (mit Aussichtsterrasse) war leider wegen Privat-Event geschlossen obschon das Hotel ja genau mit dieser Bar im Zusammenhang mit dem Jazz-Event Werbung macht…?! Es war genau am ersten Abend an dem die Jazz-Events begannen…! Man könnte doch wenigstens den Teil der Bar (z.B. die Zone wo das Frühstück serviert wird) für Hotelgäste offen lassen…?!

Loved the gym! Sauna was 90 degrees, they put it on just for me! The Turkish sauna, wasn’t the warmest, but maybe because it didn't have time to get really warm. Super nice place! Loved everything! Especially the Breakfast!! Wow! A banger! The room was big and fresh. But the family room only had one big size bed, the kids had to sleep in a couch/bed. Not as comfortable as the bed. But overall we are super satisfied!

After a long day of train travel, I was immediately impressed by the location. My room was beautiful, and the rooftop restaurant and bar were simply fantastic. Even without a reservation, the staff were wonderfully accommodating and found me a table. I ordered the steak—and I can honestly say I’m still thinking about it! It was the perfect ending to a lovely evening and a wonderful stay.

The hotel has potential, the hotel itself was clean, and the location was great. Those were the highlights. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience was a letdown, mostly due to a lack of attention to basic details that really matter during a stay. Check-in was quick and easy, so I was optimistic at first. But once I got to the room, I noticed there were no towels. I had to head back down to request them. Then, when I went to take a shower, I realized there was no body soap either. Since it was late, I waited until the next day to ask for it. I left a note in the room, not realizing that housekeeping isn’t done daily. Since no one came in, the soap wasn’t replenished. Later that evening, I stopped by the front desk again and mentioned it. The young woman at the desk indicated that she’d take care of it, but when I returned hours later, the soap still hadn’t been delivered. I ended up going back down a second time to ask again this time, the gentleman at the desk apologized stating that his coworker probably forgot and handed me the soap and lotion, which also hadn't been in the room. Honestly, if certain amenities are offered, they should be there from the start. As a guest, I shouldn’t have to keep going back and forth to the front desk just to get basic essentials like towels or soap. The hotel has potential, but the lack of attention to these small, important details made the stay feel frustrating and incomplete to say the least.

ハイデルベルク中央駅直結で掃除が行き届いた清潔なホテル。スタッフも丁寧な応対。 照明は工夫されて明るさの調整がし易い。

It was a bit dusty, like the room hasn't been used in a while. I also couldn't figure the thermostat, if there was one. Over all though, it was a pleasant stay.

Nett und freundlich. Man merkte, dass das Zimmer ein paar Tage nicht belegt war und sich der Hausstaub angesetzt hat. Für meine Frau mit einer Hausstaub Allergie leider nicht so schön.

Das Hotel ist wenige Schritte vom Hauptbahnhof gelegen, jedoch stets ruhig und mit toller Atmosphäre. Mit der Straßehnbahn ist man in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt. Das Hotel ist sehr modern eingerichtet und befindet sich im exzellenten Zustand.

The hotel is very good as architecture and in size. Very nice view on top of the Floor. Where you have your breakfast. And the breakfast is also very nice. If you have a car, the parking is very convenient. The rooms are luxurious, but the service is the problem. We arrived in our room after a long day trip and the housekeeping did not clean the room or change the glasses. We have two separate beds and the housekeeping only did one of them. They didn’t change the towels and so on so when I called the reception and asked what happened they said they were short on staff. This is nonsense because the housekeeping was already in the room and they did only the bed and they left. Also, the day we arrived was one of the hottest day and the air conditioning was not working properly so I asked for a technician they didn’t have a technician at that moment. Next day I have asked for the technician again and they said they will go into the room and fix the problem but when I arrived in my room in the afternoon, nothing was fixed so I called the reception again. They said this is how their air conditioning works so they are telling you stories about housekeeping and technician just to postpone you. If its a hot day, the room is hot too. So overall I liked the hotel but did not enjoy the service.

I booked this property last minute due to a change of plans and I was impressed at the experience. I was quickly checked into my room. The hotel is very modern and clean. It is conveniently located next to the central train station.

Sehr schön, sehr sauber, sehr nettes Personal, aber für 4*S ist es einfach nicht gut genug mit zu wenig Initiative. Bademäntel erst auf Anfrage zu erhalten ist mäßig und ein Betttuch mit 2€ Münzen großem Loch unter dem Kissen müsste dem Team auffallen. Als Gast merkt man es leider zu spät.

Luftkonditioneringen i rummen fungerade mycket dåligt båda gånger vi bott på detta hotell

Jättefint hotell med nyrenoverade, stora rum med exceptionell bekvämlighet. Vi hade två stora rum, två badrum och walk-in closet. Vatten på rummet och minibar. Ett badrum med både badkar och stor dusch. Fantastisk frukost i restaurangen på femtonde våningen, enormt utbud. Garage finns också. Enda nackdelen är området, utsikt över stationen.

We needed a handicap room and were very happy with it. The hotel must have used a consultant who uses a wheelchair when they planned the room. Everything was perfect, the size of the room and the bathroom. The grab bars, shower chair, even the wardrobe were dedicated to a seated guest. Great!

Everythig was okay except for the billing experience. They billed me before arrival for authorization, then billed me again at arrival for authorization, and then finally when checking out, billed me once more. This created a lot of confusion and worry for me that I would actually be charged twice or three times for the stay. Even though I paid for breakfast for all of the days I was there, they didn't have my name on the list and I had to go through the explanation each morning. The billing for breakfast is also weird, which might create problems later with reimbursement from my business. Finally, at checkout I was asked whether I had eaten a specific item from the minifridge, which I had not.

Amazing hotel with a fantastic interior and design, the beds and sleeping couch was so comfortable and the staff where service minded and gave a great 5 star service.

Overall a very nice hotel - staff made my wife and friend pay city Tax for two nights, two people each. Even though we only stayed one night and I paid the city tax the night before. After a bit of complaining and a couple front desk people refunds were made -- but, it was very sad to see this type of behavior from such a nice facility.

Neues Hotel (2022). Was heutzutage auffällt: sehr gut geschultes, aufmerksames, freundliches Personal an allen Stellen (Rezeption, Restaurant, Frühstücksservice, etc.). Frühstück mit 28 EUR doch etwas teuer.

Godt hotel i Heidelberg, som blev benyttet til et stop på rejsen videre. Dejlig terrasse på toppen af hotellet med et fantastisk view. Området er lidt kedeligt og tæt på stationen, dog med begrænsede gener. Receptionen kunne være mere imødekommende!

朝食が美味しく、毎日食べても飽きませんでした。また駅から近く電車のアクセスにとても便利でした。シャンプーとボディソープが兼用でしたので、持参した方がいいかもしれません。

Hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof. Die Altstadt ist ungefähr 2km zu Fuß entfernt. Wir vermissten Persönlichkeit und Flair in diesem Hotel. Es war alles okay, aber wir würden es nicht nochmal buchen.

Although the hotel was located next to the train station, the sound proofing was effective. Check-in was a bit odd since reception desk is not on the level of the main entrance (from street). In-room AC didn't seem functional, so we ended up with the window open - listening to the train station sounds anyway.

Nytt och fräscht hotell. Läget är perfekt om man inte vill bo mitt i centrum, men alldeles intill centralstationen. Nära spårvagn, som går ofta till centrum. Restaurangen var mycket bra - både frukost och middag.

The ATLANTIC Hotel was exactly what I was looking for! An upscale hotel near the Heidelberg Main Train Station, which had a cafe and an excellent restaurant. I was worried about train noise, but never heard a thing. It was like watching a silent movie. The Local Bus Stop was a few hundred feet from the hotel entrance, behind the tourist information building. The tourist office even sells tickets to Heidelberg Castle and the Funicular to get up and back. Very convenient! Took the bus to the University Plaza and the Funicular was at the end of the street. Decided to take an Uber back to hotel for less than $10. The Atlantic Hotel is basically a 5 star hotel with a 3 star price.

Situato in una zona nuova, davanti alla Stazione Centrale, non è attualmente facilmente raggiungibile a causa dei lavori e di strade ancora chiuse, ma l’hotel è molto bello, tutto nuovissimo e luccicante ed ha un ottimo Bar e ristorante all’ultimo piano con una vista a 360 gradi sulla bella città di Heidelberg. Ha ampio parcheggio sotterraneo.

Modernes Hotel mit genügendem Platz. Auch Kästen reichlich vorhanden. Selbst im 10. Stock kann man die Fenster öffnen. Wenn diese geschlossen sind, ist es absolut ruhig im Zimmer. Toplage am Bahnhof. ÖV vor der Tür. Freundliches Personal.

Relaxing in the sauna and steam room after a long day of sightseeing was what we needed. The breakfast buffet was ok but signage for vegan items were lacking. Staff were able to assist me with funding suitable options.

Das Hotel ist modern und schön. Es liegt direkt am Hauptbahnhof, was sehr praktisch ist. Leider ist sowohl die Bar, als auch der Frühstücksbereich für die Menge an Gästen nicht ausreichend groß. Wir hatten sowohl Samstag abends, als auch Sonntag morgens Probleme einen Tisch zu bekommen. Viele Gäste saßen dann auch zum Frühstück an niedrigen Tischen in der Bar. Das ist bei dem Preis der aufgerufen wird nicht angemessen. Das Frühstück selbst war aber fantastisch, die Auswahl war groß, alles wurde ständig aufgefüllt und besonders das frisch gemachte Omelett war hervorragend. Von der Geräuschkulisse hat man vom Hauptbahnhof nichts gehört, obwohl wir im 2. OG mit Blick darauf waren. Vom Flur hat man jedoch die andere Gäste deutlich gehört und der Aufzug surrt leicht (das Surren hat mich aber nicht gestört). Der Spa-Bereich und das Fitnessstudio waren schön, gut ausgestattet und am Samstag gegen 20 Uhr fast frei. Ich würde am Wochenende nicht nochmal in dieses Hotel gehen, unter der Woche würde ich es vielleicht nochmal versuchen, in der Hoffnung, dass es dann nicht so überfüllt ist.

Mooi ‘nieuw’ hotel makkelijk aan te rijden maar ligt wel ver van de stad zelf. Kamers zijn mooi en ruim bedden en kussen vielen wat tegen. Horeca van hotel is erg duur en diner keuze is erg beperkt. Drank is erg duur. Parkeren is makkelijk onder het hotel maar wat duidelijkere wegwijzing naar receptie zou handig zijn. Hotelgasten krijgen geen korting op parkeergarage en alternatief om te parkeren is er niet. Receptie personeel zou wat informatiever en duidelijker mogen zijn

Tolles Hotel, ich war mehrfach seit der Öffnung dort. Leider gibt es zwei eklatante Schwachstellen, die bis heute nicht beseitigt wurden: es fängt an beim check-in, der unsäglich lange dauert immer mindestens 10 Minuten. Und das zweite ist der Eierposten beim Frühstück. Es dauert trotz Reklamation oft ziemlich lange bis jemand kommt und die Eier dann fertig sind.
