The room was a bit old and could use renovation. almost no ventilation in the bathroom. However, public area was kept nicely especially breakfast area and it was very good. Underground parking was quite a bit tight but overall good value for the money and I would stay again

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Allerdings quietschte die Badezimmertür extrem laut. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut. Man muß aber auf den Zimmerpreis das parken in der Tiefgarage noch dazurechnen.

Die Altstadt ist in ca. 15-20 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Hotel hat selbst wenig zu bieten. Bar im Dunkeln, Restaurant leer.

Parking in the hotel garage was challenging. Several spaces were filled with hotel items such as rolls of carpet and wooden pallets plus the ticket system machine refused to accept the paper parking tickets. There were many stacked on top of the exiting machine as it failed to even pull the ticket in to be read. Multiple trips to the front desk to try another ticket, eventually told to press the button on the machine to alert the front desk staff to open the gate.

Udemærket hotel. Der var meget rod i parkeringskælderen og vi ventede lang tid i receptionen, før vi blev betjent. Det virkede som om at personalet var gået hjem. Ombygningen af hotellet var i gang og det medførte en del snavsedede måtter, manglende lister/fodpaneler.

Först fungerade inte nyckeln till vårt rum. Vi fick en ny nyckel men när vi kom in var det redan en gäst där. När vi skulle åka ut ur garaget fungerade inte parkeringskortet. Hämtade ett nytt som heller inte fungerade. Tillbaka igen till receptionen som öppnade garaget från receptionen. Annars bra fräscht hotel med bra läge och en jättebra frukostbuffé.

Es liegt an einer befahrenen Straße mit Straßenbahnverkehr. Wir haben nachts davon mitbekommen. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Good position closed to city centre. Staff polite. A bit old design hotel, not much clean. Rooms with fitted carpet, I had allergy all night long. I really suggest to renovate the room.

Bij binnenkomst stonk het vreselijk naar riool lucht in de garage en in de gangen naar de lobby. De kamer was niet goed schoon en schimmel in de badkamer, wc stonk. Andere kamer gekregen die was ‘ schoon genoeg. En ‘‘s nachts ging het brandalarm af waardoor alle gasten naar buiten moesten. Niets aan de hand en kan gebeuren. Maar een vieze kamer en slechte nachtrust; het hotel was voor ons niet geslaagd. We kregen wel een flinke korting voor het ongemak dus dat was netjes.

ホテルはコンパクトながら、寝室もバスルームも清潔で広く、スタッフの方々のサービスも素晴らしかった。朝食もシンプルながらに美味しい。立地は、中央駅からは10分、繁華街までも10分くらいでしたが、今回の旅行はロマンティック街道の複数の町を移動ながらでしたので、駅と繁華街に歩いていくことができて便利でした。その割にはお値段が手頃でした。全体としてお勧めと言えるホテルでした。ありがとうございました！

Zimmer sehr sauber. Leckeres Frühstück. Nah zum Zentrum. Körperwelten paar Gehminuten. Altstadt 20 Gehminuten. Lediglich ein komischer Geruch. Ein allgemeines Problem mit Abflüssen wurde gesagt.Ansonsten alles perfekt !

Staff was a real mix. Some were incredibly nice while others clearly didn't want to be at work and were uninterested in helping out the guests. Ran out of hand soap the last night and then ran out of shampoo/soap in the shower on my last morning before check out. Big bottles in use and no one bothers to check them in the 4 days I am there. Left dirty mugs and glasses in my room the entire time. Came in every day, made the bed and changed the dirty towels but left everything else as it was.

Bin dort vor vielen Jahren schon öfters abgestiegen und hatte es besser in Erinnerung. Ist halt auch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Gut ist auf jeden Fall die Lage und damit in gewisser Weise auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Man kriegt halt um diese Jahreszeit kaum günstigeres mit vergleichbarer Lage und vergleichbarem Standard. Das Badezimmer war wirklich sehr sauber, aber klein mit sehr wenig Ablagefläche und hatte leider nur eine Wanne, keine Dusche. Wobei das ja Geschmacksache ist. Tatsächlich auf der Negativseite wäre anzumerken: Badetücher haben total gefusselt und Fäden gelassen. DG war am zweiten Tag schon leer, das sollte schon rechtzeitig aufgefüllt werden. Rasier-/Kosmetikspiegel nur für Pygmäen brauchbar, da nicht fixierbar und immer neigungsmäßig Richtung Boden gefallen. Batterien der Fernseher Fernbedienung waren leer, wurden zwar nach langem Warten gewechselt, aber auch dann hat sie nur eingeschränkt funktioniert.

Großes Zimmer, gute Matratzen. Angenehmes Raumklima auch ohne Klimanalage, - Fenster lassen sich öffnen. Bad und Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr schöner Ausblick über die Stadt (11. Stock).Stadtzentrum zu Fuß in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafe´s etc in der Nähe. Parkmöglichkeit im Hotel-Parkhaus zu erschwinglichen Preisen sehr gut.

2週間の滞在で、コンフォートルームを予約した。全館リニューアル中とのことで、初めは暖房が機能しなかったが業者が来て、直してくれた。バスタブがあり、リネン交換もよくしてくれ、清潔でした。大晦日に花火が見たいのでリニューアル済の9階を重複予約したのですが、バスタブが無く、シャワーだけなので、私のように家族で泊まるには不向きだと思いました。

It was OK, no food except breakfast but is a reasonably good central location for bar and restaurant choices. My room was OK, nice balcony but the bathroom sink was cracked. No ironing facility provided. Coffee machine with a couple of free pods provided. Breakfast had usual hot and cold buffet choices.

Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Frühstücksraum ist modern, und auch die Auswahl der Speisen ist hervorragend. Einziger negativer Punkt war das Hotelzimmer: Positiv hervorzuheben sind die moderne Einrichtung und die wirklich großzügige Größe. Leider war jedoch der Kühlschrank unappetitlich und nicht funktionsfähig. Zudem roch das Badezimmer modrig, und dem Wasserhahn würde ein Austausch guttun, um das Bad insgesamt aufzuwerten.

Das Zimmer wird beim Buchen mit Bild von einem Balkon gezeigt, dies seien aber nur "Musterbilder". Ich bekam dann doch noch eines mit Balkon - Dank dem aufmerksamen Herrn an der Rezeption. Deshalb besser vorher nachfragen. Das Waschbecken hatte mehrere Sprünge, es sollte ausgewechselt werden. Sonst alles Tip Top!

Traveled with partner and dog. Easy check-in and continued nice interactions with staff and cleaning team members. Cool function in our room was the “suite-pad” which we could schedule room cleaning if needed and learn more about what the hotel offered and what was around us. Location was perfect, 10ish min walk from the center “Altstadt” so it was quiet in the evenings and not too crowded. Nice selection of restaurants nearby and a grocery store.

Staff was a real mix. Some were incredibly nice while others clearly didn't want to be at work and were uninterested in helping out the guests. Ran out of hand soap the last night and then ran out of shampoo/soap in the shower on my last morning before check out. Big bottles in use and no one bothers to check them in the 4 days I am there. Left dirty mugs and glasses in my room the entire time. Came in every day, made the bed and changed the dirty towels but left everything else as it was.

Cental location and walkable from railway station, also in walking distance of old town, castle etc. Decent room for the cost, reception was busy on check-in and fairly long wait to register / get keys.

Först fungerade inte nyckeln till vårt rum. Vi fick en ny nyckel men när vi kom in var det redan en gäst där. När vi skulle åka ut ur garaget fungerade inte parkeringskortet. Hämtade ett nytt som heller inte fungerade. Tillbaka igen till receptionen som öppnade garaget från receptionen. Annars bra fräscht hotel med bra läge och en jättebra frukostbuffé.

ホテルはコンパクトながら、寝室もバスルームも清潔で広く、スタッフの方々のサービスも素晴らしかった。朝食もシンプルながらに美味しい。立地は、中央駅からは10分、繁華街までも10分くらいでしたが、今回の旅行はロマンティック街道の複数の町を移動ながらでしたので、駅と繁華街に歩いていくことができて便利でした。その割にはお値段が手頃でした。全体としてお勧めと言えるホテルでした。ありがとうございました！

It was OK, no food except breakfast but is a reasonably good central location for bar and restaurant choices. My room was OK, nice balcony but the bathroom sink was cracked. No ironing facility provided. Coffee machine with a couple of free pods provided. Breakfast had usual hot and cold buffet choices.

Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Frühstücksraum ist modern, und auch die Auswahl der Speisen ist hervorragend. Einziger negativer Punkt war das Hotelzimmer: Positiv hervorzuheben sind die moderne Einrichtung und die wirklich großzügige Größe. Leider war jedoch der Kühlschrank unappetitlich und nicht funktionsfähig. Zudem roch das Badezimmer modrig, und dem Wasserhahn würde ein Austausch guttun, um das Bad insgesamt aufzuwerten.

Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, was vor allem das Bad betrifft. Sind wegen eines gesprungenen Waschbeckens und verrosteten Wasserhahns umgezogen. Immerhin war das möglich und das Zimmer ging dann auch nicht mehr zur lauten Straße. Das nicht günstige Frühstück war enttäuschend. Es gab 2 Sorten Wurst und Käse und was ich total vermisst habe, frisches Obst ! Was sehr unangenehm war, der Geruch im Bad, aber auch in der Lobby. Vermutlich zieht der durch die Klimaanlage durchs ganze Haus. Lage war gut, ca 10 Minuten zur Altstadt.

Good position closed to city centre. Staff polite. A bit old design hotel, not much clean. Rooms with fitted carpet, I had allergy all night long. I really suggest to renovate the room.
