The property was fine, except that there is remodeling going on. The breakfast was very poor. The location for the breakfast was in the small lobby where you check in. I would hope that with their remodeling, that there will be a better area for the breakfast.

Just a warning to families that the pool is closed "indefinitely." Else nice place, very clean room, easy access off I-94. Good hot breakfast. Good shower. Thirsty towels. Hair dryer. Many channels on TV. Recommended! Will stay here again.

Booked Nov 9 to 11 along with friends for long weekend get away Arrived to a hotel that is under renovations and entire lobby and breakfast area nonexistent. We were on the 3 rd floor and was told the elevator not working and if we still want to stay? We arrived at 5 and missed the window to cancel without penalty and had no other reservations elsewhere so we stayed . No hot tub .. still not fixed .. no elevator.. but no hot breakfast .. substandard the first day ..cereal bars..frozen breakfast sandwiches and frozen waffles .. all require microwaving or toasting 2 keurigs and make own coffee . Today was pathetic.. there was no cream and ran out of cups . We emailed customer service ..provided by the front desk … and still no response .. as the price we paid is for full amenities . The price should be readjusted .. Sleep inn did not deliver. There is no mention of Reno’s or no hot breakfast no hot tub on websites . Disappointing. Do not stay here .

Pool was down- still. The lady at the front desk was unpleasant. The 3rd floor was dirty. NO water pressure on the 3rd floor.

We were never told the pool and hot tub Were under construction. We were looking forward to going on the hot tub. And spending time at the hotel. However, we wind up having to go shopping at a mall instead, which does not what we wanted to do after a long drive. But we wanted to find something to do whether sitting in our room. You're extremely disappointed that we did not know about this construction. Earlier, we had booked this hotel months ago. We never choose any of the hotels that don't have an indoor plural and high tub for us to enjoy.

When we arrived we found out hotel was being remolded you had to go in the side door to check in out room was on the 2nd floor and the elevator was not working. Breakfast didn’t seem to up to choice hotels standards. Thought we should have been told hotel was being remolded when we made reservations

Pool was closed, coffee machine was not working.

Picked this hotel for pool and hot tub when we checked in both were out of order. Waste of time.

Pool and spa not working

Everytime i stay at this property the pool and hot tub is out of order. Cleanliness was under par with the outside of the priperty.

After driving through the night we arrived to the hotel around 11:45 PM. We had to wait for about an hour to check in due to the front desk receptionist was having to go clean each room for the groups of people in front of us. We finally got checked in, went to our room and it was a complete mess/dirty. Housekeeping never cleaned a lot of rooms and Sleep Inn was overbooked. We canceled the room and found a different hotel to stay at. The receptionist was doing her best, very apologetic but it was nothing she had done.

First room had dirty mattress cover (appeared to be blood). Told front desk staff, who gave us a different room. Second room also had dirty mattress covers and top blanket. Everything just seemed dirty and old. There was a bottle of soap that had leaked out on the shower ledge. Bathroom fan vent was disgusting. Overall, hallways smelled and our room smelled of smoke at times. Carpet is rolled up in multiple areas. Breakfast poor. Will not return.

Our room was filthy, found other people’s clothes! Our TV wasn’t working here the outlet isn’t working, so had to get creative to get that to work! In the bathroom the sink was full of hair, the bathtub is missing the part to use the bathtub along with some nasty mold!

One of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at. having laundry on site was so wonderful. The staff was helpful and always around. I would definitely stay here again. The air conditioner almost worked too well.

The woman who checked us in was very sweet and kind. She got us our keys right away and we were able to get right up to the room, which we appreciated with our late night arrival. Once we got upstairs, our room had not been vacuumed - the carpets were very dirty. A throw pillow was in a lamp, the bathroom drain was broken and stuck shut, there was dirt in the bottom of the shower, The shelf that the fridge was on was broken and dirty. We requested a different room for the night. We were given a different, cleaner room, but even that room had a broken door handle, and the dispensers in the shower were broken as well. We just slept and left right away in the morning. No one was available at the front desk to check out, so it was just online. We were supposed to get a discount on the room we ended up staying in, I am not sure yet if that happened as I had prepaid. Very disappointing. We had stayed here in the past and had not had issues, it seems to have definitely gone downhill.

Very clean & comfortable

The bed was comfortable and it was pretty quiet. However, something in the air was making my eyes burn. Not sure if it was the AC unit or? The bathtub area had black mold and the shower curtain looked like it had been chewed on. In general, the room was dark and depressing. The carpet was stained. Needs work. Staff was pleasant, but upon checking out, did not ask how my stay was.

Excellent place to stay. We enjoyed how quiet it was. Beds were very comfy.

Comfy bed

The hotel was clean and staff was great. Breakfast was perfect for our needs. The rooms were smaller than we planned and felt cramped for 4 people. I did find it werid that they had a sign in the hotel that they do not rent to lcoals.

I don’t know how this place has the rating it does. The beds were comfy, I’ll give them that. Everything else was bad. Property is old. Walls are very thin and I could hear neighbors walking around all night. Bathroom was dirty including stained shower curtain and towels. It also smelled badly of sewer gas. We had to sleep with the bathroom door closed to try to keep the smell out of the main room. Place needs an overhaul.

The first night was noisy til after 2. They have a no noise policy after 10. Reported it to main desk but noise continued.

Tiny- no where to put suitcases. Just beds and a skinny walking path between. Pool was broken and this was not clearly stated online. Beds were comfy and it was clean enough. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Checkin was quick and easy. The room was very nice and quiet, and the beds were comfortable. Only complaint was the breakfast couldn’t keep up with the crowd. In all fairness, the hotel was sold out that night.

Cozy and nice for a road trip stop. Plenty of stuff around and the room was nice.

Entire 3rd floor smelled very strongly of weed. There were rust stains in the bathtub. The front desk employee tried entering our room about an hour after we checked in and gave an excuse that tge room was supposed to be empty. He was the one that assigned us the room and gave us the key. Very strange experience. Plenty of better hotels to choose from in the area. Will not stay there again.

Breakfast staff were kind and professional. Checkout was a long process. Key stopped working and no one at front desk, dialed 0 no one answered and had to stand around for 20 minutes waiting. You need more staff.

Very clean and tidy Friendly and helpful staff

Super friendly check in Sunday late afternoon then went shopping for a few hours. Came back to find I had rambunctious next door neighbors with dogs and loud kids. I went down to front desk to request a different room and the person at desk was completely understanding and got me a much quieter room. First room was larger and bathroom was stocked with shampoo/conditioner and lotion 2nd room had none of that for some reason. Bed was comfy and got a good night sleep and later check out. Overall I’d rate 4.5 out of 5 stars

We checked in and a guy held the elevator open for us, we went up to our floor and went to our room and when in. We found someone elses luggage and bags in the room and immediatly turned around and left. Upon leaving the gentleman who held the elevator for us was standing there saying that this was his room..... we both had the same room number and keys. Thankful there was no-one changing or doing anything private in the room when we walked in.

We waited for around 10 minutes to check in. There was no one at the front desk when we checked in or any of the 3 times we went to the front desk to ask questions. Our room was also showing it’s age and most of the plugin outlets did not work.

Easy walking distance to Sanford hospital, very clean and nice staff. Only negatives were carpet in room was bunched up in a couple places near the door and coffee wasn’t very good

Excellent service at the front desk, and they accommodated an check in early which I really appreciated. My room was clean and quiet, with good working heat/AC. The pool area was under repair, and the coffee machine was broken (they had Keurigs as a replacement). Other than that, the breakfast had a good variety of options and this was a safe, quiet, clean place to stay for the night. Thanks!

Hotel is clean and in a nice location, a lot of places you might want are close to the hotel. Staff is average, nothing special. Hotel is a good value. Breakfast is well below average, for two days they could not seem to locate coffee....shows a lack of effort. All of the hot items were cold. Room was good and clean. I would not stay here again simply because I like a warm breakfast and coffee in the morning.

One light in the bathroom did not work We were out of tissues in our bathroom The breakfast was terrible! All the juices were warm!! Tables were all dirty not cleaned Alway had to wait for food to come out Not very organized!

Nice clean hotel close to eating establishments. Rooms were clean and quiet. Quick check in and out. Good location. Breakfast was excellent: eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, waffles, toast, yogurt, fruit and it was hot.

The Sleep Inn was clean at a convenient location. The room was clean and comfortable. Great having a tv schedule to go by. Nice having an elevator. Went down for breakfast about 8 AM to find all juices were empty. All milk was gone. Instead of having a gal to restock items for breakfast; the desk clerk had to do that job as well as restock the breakfast items. All at the busiest time of day when people are checking out. Hire someone to do the morning breakfast!

Very nice, clean, modern hotel close to major highway, shopping and dining. Extremely quiet. Courteous and friendly staff. Beds were very comfortable. Excellent free breakfast.

Breakfast fresh, but on many days certain items not available especially fruit. Would be nice to extend breakfast hours until 9:30 or 10:00am during weekdays.

A convenient location right off the highway, lots of restaurants and shopping close by. The lobby presented well. Unfortunately, the running of the hotel left alot to be desired. Our room appeared clean but all the bedding was wrinkled; pillows, sheets and bed cover were all crinkled up but appeared clean. The showerhead in the bathroom did not work. The water trickled out forcing the user to stand within 8 iches of the wall to get dripped on. We asked the morning staff if we could change rooms but she said they were all booked and our only option was to pay more to upgrade to a suit. We declined but later the evening stafff asked to manager if she could give us a complimentary upgrade and we got the suite for our second night. Much better but we had the hassle of moving all our stuff. The breakfasts were very poor. The first day the coffee machine had only decaf and they ran out of plates. The kitchen staff did not show up so the front desk tried to help us out. There was hardly any food choice or variety. The mini fridge was completely empty except for one bowl of butter packs. No fruit, no yogurt, no cream cheese. The second day, they ran out of milk and waffle batter. At one point there were 15 people standing in the kitchen waiting for the eggs to be cooked as the staff did not anticipate having enough food to be ready. Clearly someone was not managing effectively but the evening front desk clerk was exceptional and really helped us out with our room change.
