They were pet friendly with an additional $75 (sem Ems steep for one night) but the thing was there had extreme rules for pets luke entering through specific doors and no being on the elevator. Thats kind of hard when you have an elderly man with.

Conveniently located. We were able to walk to Space Aliens for pizza. The pool was very cold. Would be nice to have it warmer.

The hotel met the need. There was nothing extraordinary about the place. The breakfast was at an acceptable standard but nothing to write home about. The room was not clean under the couch, bed or behind furniture. There was a large snot stain on the side of the bed. The workout room was not fabulous. The room charges did not make sense. I was charged $645 and have been told that the money was an initial hold for the stay and incidentals. Now I have to wait potentially until the end of the week to receive $267 back into my account.

The property is old although it's kept clean. We stayed on the 3rd floor and smelled like pot. The pool is shared with The Red Roof Inn and the hot tub jets didn’t work. The continental breakfast is very limited as other reviewers have stated.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and orderly. The room was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were a little too stuffed and not comfortable. Otherwise it was a great stay. The breakfast was delicious and well stocked. We will definitely stay there again.

For one night this property was decent. The staff was lovely, friendly and kind. It definitely needs updating and did have a musty smell. The hallway we were in smelled of strong smoke and weed. People were definitely smoking in their room. The bathroom was not clean and not covers on the duvet, but I asked about it and apparently that’s normal now. The fridge was very clean. In a pinch I would stay here again but as right away to have everything cleaned properly.

For starters our toilet ran constantly, and when we checked the back, the ball was floating on top as it was completely broken off. Also there was a broken beer bottle in our fridge, half used coffee supplies. Our insuite cutlery was sticking together. Floors were not very clean in the bathroom.

Stayed overnight. Hotel is basic. Had to make up sofa-bed myself...no staff to do it. Had hair stuck n dried on bed linen. Bathroom ceiling was peeling. Breakfast was minimal...waffles only. Location is convenient. Attention to cleanliness and maintenance needed.

We had the room adjacent to the gas station and traffic was very Noisy. Room had a mildew smell. They sneak in a $2.00 safe charge on top of your booking on your credit card. The room is very outdated and some room incidental items were missing. Eg. Not enough towels. No soap. Etc.

The property was convenient for us location wise and nice staff. We had a tornado warning go off about midnight and staff were pretty good at getting us info. The room had some repair problems and the doorknob to the bedroom in the suite broke internally and I had to jimmy the door latch open with a pocketknife to get out. The tub drain was poorly installed and came out and the towel rack half fell off the wall when I hung up my towel (I was able to fix that- a set screw had not been tightened properly). So, good, friendly people, kind of shoddy maintenance, convenient location for us.

You could tell air conditioner had leaked, by the giant holes in the floor covered by carpet. Tripped in them. The pillows were the size for Barbie dolls, rediculous. I didn’t even know they made pillows that small. Not great beds, pretty clean facility. Seriously though, the pillows, unreal how bad they are and small.

Very impressed with the hotel and room. Traveling across the country with the family and this was the best place in all factors. Room size was perfect for the family to stretch out. I even was able to get some work done during our stay... wifi was excellent, desk away from beds was great.

When entering the property after 11pm I had to check in at another hotel next to it, I was followed by a man from the first hotel and when getting to the next hotel the lobby clerk came in from outside and the man followed me and hung around the desk. My room number was said out loud in front of him. The man stood in the lobby while I checked in and then followed me outside toward my car. I confronted him and he then went and sat in a car outside the front doors of the hotel. He never said a word to the clerk who after I left the lobby then went and outside again. There is no security at either hotel and it’s a very unsafe. I would not stay here if you’re alone.

The staff at the desk was so helpful. It is the services that distinguish a good stay or an okay stay. I had to extend the stay for my son and Rylee (evening shift) was so kind and helpful to assist us. Shawna (morning shift) was very very accommodating the day we had to switch room. Their excellent customer service stood out and I would definitely recommend Mainstay Suites to travelers.

The room was large. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Convenient to the freeway. Lots of food options close by. Hotel is showing its age but was clean. I think that someone didn’t show up to take care of the breakfast area. Other staff was trying to help with it

The refrigerator doors open the wrong way. If you dont have small hands your not getting it open. We actually thought there would be more on the breakfast besides waffles for a hot item and cereal, toast and plain cake doughnuts.. any mainstay i have ever stayed at has always had eggs and some kind of meat . The hallways smelt like weed cause they had people smoking in the room next to ours

The price was reasonable, but there was no breakfast of any kind, but from comments from the past they use to. The rooms had kitchenettes to prepare your own meals, we didn't realize that until we checked in late and hand to go a gas station that was still open to get somethings for the room. The room was clean they had coffee and tea complimentary. The staff was friendly. Motel was quiet peaceful.

There were no hot food choices on 3 days i was there, i.e. eggs,sausage, etc. This was at 08:15. 45 min left during the scheduled breakfast. Yes, there were waffles to make, but i am diabetic and can't handle that much carbs.
