This place was the best thing about our visit to Fargo. It’s beautiful, conveniently located in the heart of the 3 block downtown and easy parking attached. We had an outstanding meal at the lobby bar and played some pool there as well.

Very cool boutique hotel. Room was well appointed, though there were a couple of minor maintenance issues which I have reported to the front desk. Lobby ambience is warm and classy. Parking and access worked well. All in all, a comfortable stay - if in Fargo again, we will stay here!

Great stay. Only three stars for cleanliness because the gym, sauna and elevators were not clean. French fries on the floor in elevators and the gym had used towels in the floor etc. the sauna area was unkempt. We walked in and walked out. The worst area of the hotel

GREAT Hotel! Amazing lobby, with a very welcoming, warm and modern feel when you walk in. Beautiful lobby bar as well. I was greeted by the friendly desk clerk, and given a room on the 12th floor. The room was wonderful, clean, modern, and spacious. The bathroom was equally as beautiful, and spacious. The fitness center was great, with ample equipment, weights and room for the number of guests who were all working out in the morning. Parking is easy in the Garage Next door, connected with a sky walk so you don't need to walk outside. The hotel is located in the heart of downtown Fargo, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and sightseeing within walking distance.

The front desk staff were so helpful and kind! We had a trailer we were hauling cross-country and couldn’t park it anywhere around this downtown location, but were directed to a private lot nearby that was safe and monitored and free! The bar and restaurant is absolutely darling and the food was delicious. The whole hotel has a modern, young-professional vibe. It was a neat stop for our teenagers on a multi-day drive.

Room was dirty as was bedding. When we told the front desk they brought new sheets while we were out but didn't actually make the bed. They just tossed the new sheets on top. They gave us a voucher for half off our next stay which was nice, but for the best hotel in the city, it was disappointing for sure. Also, only 1 floor is pet free. Again, it is supposed to be a nice hotel, I can't image pet dander / fur everywhere is going to help that.

Keep your shoes on in the rooms. The floors are disgusting, crunchy even. Absolutely skip the shower, they are cleaned but so much grout is missing that it stinks like mold. Everything is clean on the surface, just don’t look up, or focus on anything really. Just don’t sleep and get up and get out. Overpriced for how bad the rooms are. Oh and you better hope no one else on your floor is having a conversation in their room, you will absolutely hear it. Or that the college kids on the street aren’t too drunk, you will hear them too. Rosewild brunch is pretty good.

The room was not clean, I attempted to have breakfast, which is not included in the state, it will serve something that looks like it was a week old, so probably sent it back. It is a newer hotel so the condition is still OK, but if they don’t keep the hotel up, it won’t be like that for long.

The hotel is overrated, they spent so much money on aesthetics and making it look nice that the rest of it is cheap. They double charged me on my room and I can't get a hold of accounting now. The bedding was really just two top sheets and a thin comforter they were very stiff and scratchy not worth the money at all I would stay somewhere else next time. Only good thing about the hotel was the convenience to walking to the concert that I was going to. They're supposed to send a QR code for parking and that never happened, thankfully it's free parking on the weekend. The ceiling in the bathroom was caked with dust, the velvet headboard in the room had a smear of dust on it like someone had tried to wipe it off, the noise from outside was amplified and made it hard to sleep.

Dirty floors in the room. Stains on the walls in the bathroom. Rooms are over $200.00 a night and they won’t even cover parking costs. Water was white when it came out of sink. Put in cup and didn’t clear for 2 minutes. They tried to say that was normal. Then charged for bottle water.

The Jasper is beautiful. The staff are helpful. The room is very clean and nice. The only concern is there is no place to put your clothes, there is a very small closet, no shelves or drawers so u will b living out of your suitcase.

Likes: Heart of downtown, views from hotel on Main Street were spectacular especially around the holiday time, a lot of restaurants, shopping, coffee shops all with walking distance. Shower was spacious. Dislikes: TV did not work

The hotel itself is quite nice. The beds were comfortable. Great view, full mini-bar in the room, etc. All that said, the gentleman at the counter acting like I was bothering him or I wasn't the 'clientele' he was expecting. After driving 800 miles, I was exhausted and set my credit card and license on the counter for the room. He visibly rolled his eyes and grumbled because I didn't hand them to him. Whilst the lady who was checking in the person next to me told her guest about when the restaurant was open, when happy hour was, when checkout was, etc, all I was told was "Well I guess you have everything" and that was it.

I was in Fargo for a wedding. I arrived at the hotel an hour early (2:00 pm) and my room wasn’t ready so went on a short walk and came back at 2:55 pm and the room still wasn’t ready. My wedding reception started at 3:15 pm and they finally got me checked in at 3:25 pm so I was almost an hour late for the reception. The receptionists were super friendly and very apologetic and they actually upgraded me to a larger corner suite.

Looks awesome and great location. Should have Valet parking with the cold weather. Also the sink was clogged and bathroom was missing supplies. Service is the restaurant was extremely slow, both nights. Good food but very slow service.

Loved the design of the Jasper. We had a panoramic suite and The bathroom & shower with the view was incredible! Very spacious, large windows, Grown Alchemist products, lots of charging points, large TV and a very comfortable bed. My only negative was in room dining which was terrible.
