One of the most disturbing hotel stays I’ve ever had. The room was unbearably cold. I asked repeatedly for a blanket over several hours while I sat there shivering, and staff showed zero urgency or concern. Food was another joke—each time I ordered, the portions got noticeably smaller, to the point it felt deliberate. Cleanliness was unacceptable. There was a thick chunk of dust stuck to the TV and its equipment, clearly untouched for ages. When I mentioned it, staff rolled their eyes instead of apologizing. Privacy and safety were completely ignored. I returned to find staff cleaning rooms with all doors left wide open, exposing my belongings to anyone walking past. The walls were paper-thin, and the guests next door were drinking, smashing whiskey bottles, and trying to intimidate us. Despite multiple complaints, the hotel did nothing. us.
