Nice and helpful staff, but… Many things could be better. The bathroom had a lot of mould around the window and bathtub. The floor in the bedroom did not get the proper cleaning. Breakfast was dominated by empty trays and the waiting time to get them refilled was simply not good enough. The breakfast selection was of medium to low quality The swimming pool was nice and clean but the kids were not allowed to splash or jump into the water and it was mandatory to wear a swimmingcap

Tre dager familieferie. Flott hage med lekeplass for barn og badebasseng. 5 min gange til flott badestrand med deilig sand. Ikke sentralt og for vår del utenfor sesong og lite tilbud av aktiviteter/spisesteder i umiddelbar nærhet. Heldigvis matbutikk rett ved siden av hotellet. Også maursesong så det var mye maur på rommet.

Hôtel très fonctionnel, très grandes piscines ensoleillées et idéales pour nager des longueurs et pour les enfants également . Très calme., les chambres sont très propres et spacieuses. La plage est à 250 m et les commerces tout proche. Le parc est agréable et bien entretenu . Le personnel est à l’écoute . Nous recommandons cet hôtel .

Disappointing stay. For £200 a night and 4 stars, I expected more. The room was outdated, with mould in the bathroom, old furniture, and a noisy, ineffective AC. Breakfast was basic, staff rushed guests, and the pool closed too early. Nice greenery, but poorly used. Wouldn’t return.

we received a very good reception with thorough and good information. our hotel room was wonderful, it was large, clean, had good air conditioning and a fridge, which we really appreciated. the pool area was lovely and there were always sunbeds and if not the lifeguards found some immediately. we think it was silly we had to wear a swimming cap and didn't understand why? directly opposite the hotel there is an ATM, supermarket and a few restaurants. if you walk 2-3 kilometers down the road there is an area with several restaurants, shops, bars etc. the breakfast was very boring and basic. would suit a 2 star hotel more than a 4 star resort. the day of our return we asked for help to get a taxi to the airport. we were going to the airport at 2pm and asked for help booking a taxi at 10am. we were told that you couldn't pre-book and that they generally couldn't promise we could get a taxi?! that it was a general problem especially on Sundays. a 4-star resort, 15 km from the airport, which obviously sees it as a general problem, simply has to come up with a solution. Own shuttle bus? cooperation with a taxi company? at 11.30 we approached again, as we didn't dare wait after the receptionist said they didn't know if we could get a taxi. They ordered a taxi and we were picked up 20 minutes later.. we Were at the airport over 2 hours before we had to because of this and honestly the hotel should have better service and advice. Maybe a collab with a taxi service, shuttle etc

Ok park area if visiting with kids, but not very relaxing pool as they played loud radio music all day long. Also had to wear swimming caps in the pool which is a nogo. Hotel is quite faded and all concrete, so very damp without AC on, which turns off as soon as you leave the room. Our room had basicly no cell phone reception, and no wifi reception at all. When trying to explain the staff that the signal was too weak, they only gave a new password voucher and shrugged their shoulders. They said they could not find another room since they were full, but a quick search online called the bluff. I needed wifi for work, this combined with noe 4/5G signal inside made the stay cumbersome, left a day early due to this. Ok place for seniors, not so much for anyone else. The area around the hotel is clearly beyond the point where they ran out of money when establishing the area.

Vi hadde hadde to rom for en familie på 5. Rommene trenger oppgradering, skitten på rommene, sopp i dusj, maur på rommet, utstyr på badet i dårlig tilstand. Greit bassengområde som snart trenger oppussing. Vennlig personale.

Vi kunne ikke få en parkeringsplads da vi ankom, så vi måtte køre op og ned af gaden til vi fandt en offentlig plads. Der var mug i vindueskarmen i badeværelset. Men ellers var der rengøring, rene håndklæder osv hver dag. Poolområdet er fint. Det er altid til at få en plads og så er der en lille legeplads til børn. Morgenmad er fint. Aftensmaden på hotellet er ikke noget særligt og for dyrt.

Wir waren als Gruppe von 8 Personen mit einem Hund nur eine Nacht zu Gast. Unser Zimmer war groß, schön eingerichtet und sauber. Allerdings waren die Wege innerhalb des Hotels sehr lang, wir haben fast 10 Minuten gebraucht, um unser Zimmer zu erreichen. An der Rezeption wurden wir zunächst von einer Dame empfangen, die etwas gestresst wirkte. Nach einer langen Anreise hätte ein freundliches Lächeln sehr gutgetan. Später am Abend war jedoch ein anderer Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, der genau das Gegenteil zeigte: sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, das hat uns positiv überrascht. Das Frühstück war insgesamt in Ordnung, jedoch war das Rührei leider eher breiartig und geschmacklich nicht überzeugend. Etwas schade fanden wir auch die Regelung für Hunde. Obwohl wir 20 Euro pro Tag bezahlt haben, durfte unser Hund nicht mit ins Restaurant. Das führte dazu, dass wir uns beim Frühstück abwechseln mussten, was für uns nicht optimal war. Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel mit Potenzial zur Verbesserung , besonders beim Service und bei kleinen Details wie dem Frühstück!

A good place to stay close to the beach and with a good pool area. The breakfast was very good and the rooms okay. On the downside - the cleaning of the rooms could be better and there was far too much noise from the evening entertainment (it was to laud and going on to long past 23:30). Otherwise a general good hotel with nice and service minded staff

Had booked a superior room but don't know what was superior about it. The water would fill up in sink and bathtub when showering. Dog hair on the couch and blankets. Mostly just sweets for breakfast. You couldn't swim in the pool without a cap (wich they charge you 3 euros for). No views. Just expensive. Choose something else.

Ok park area if visiting with kids, but not very relaxing pool as they played loud radio music all day long. Also had to wear swimming caps in the pool which is a nogo. Hotel is quite faded and all concrete, so very damp without AC on, which turns off as soon as you leave the room. Our room had basicly no cell phone reception, and no wifi reception at all. When trying to explain the staff that the signal was too weak, they only gave a new password voucher and shrugged their shoulders. They said they could not find another room since they were full, but a quick search online called the bluff. I needed wifi for work, this combined with noe 4/5G signal inside made the stay cumbersome, left a day early due to this. Ok place for seniors, not so much for anyone else. The area around the hotel is clearly beyond the point where they ran out of money when establishing the area.

Reading some of these reviews about the pool being dirty and the rooms needing to be updated is complete nonsense. The rooms are beautiful. Our room was enormous and featured a canopy King bed. Air conditioning works great. The pools are extremely clean. The staff at the pool bar were charming and fun. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful (special shout out to Roxana who truly is a star and Lorenzo was very helpful too!). Unfortunately, the restaurant on-site is an absolute catastrophe. I really try to be understanding but, my lord. Just a hot hot mess. Unless there is a complete change in management and staff at that restaurant - AVOID at ALL costs. Instead, there is a string of restaurants to the left of Conad’s (the grocery store located across from the reception). Osteria Del Mare was fantastic (bringing out free prosecco and appetizer to welcome us). The staff was amazing, and the ambiance can’t be beat. Next door is a « cocktail lab » and I had some of the best cocktails that I’ve experienced in Europe. And they were 8eur a piece! A deal. Excellent outdoor seating and music. There are several private beaches (5 minute walk away) and located to the left of the beach. We paid 45 eur for an umbrella, two lounge beds and a chair at « la siesta » beach. Bring your own towel! I would 100% stay at this resort again. I just really hope that their restaurant can get it’s act together.

Wir waren als Gruppe von 8 Personen mit einem Hund nur eine Nacht zu Gast. Unser Zimmer war groß, schön eingerichtet und sauber. Später am Abend war jedoch ein anderer Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, der genau das Gegenteil zeigte: sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, das hat uns positiv überrascht. Das Frühstück war insgesamt in Ordnung, jedoch war das Rührei leider eher breiartig und geschmacklich nicht überzeugend. Etwas schade fanden wir auch die Regelung für Hunde. Obwohl wir 20 Euro pro Tag bezahlt haben, durfte unser Hund nicht mit ins Restaurant. Das führte dazu, dass wir uns beim Frühstück abwechseln mussten, was für uns nicht optimal war. Helt okej hotell. Dock kanske inte så skandinaviskt utan mer åt polacker/balkan. Poolvakten var otrevlig och tog sig själv på för stort allvar. Rätt dyrt i baren men man kunde ta med egen dryck till poolen. Rummen var fina och rymliga.

we received a very good reception with thorough and good information. our hotel room was wonderful, it was large, clean, had good air conditioning and a fridge, which we really appreciated. the pool area was lovely and there were always sunbeds and if not the lifeguards found some immediately. we think it was silly we had to wear a swimming cap and didn't understand why? directly opposite the hotel there is an ATM, supermarket and a few restaurants. if you walk 2-3 kilometers down the road there is an area with several restaurants, shops, bars etc. the breakfast was very boring and basic. would suit a 2 star hotel more than a 4 star resort. the day of our return we asked for help to get a taxi to the airport. we were going to the airport at 2pm and asked for help booking a taxi at 10am. we were told that you couldn't pre-book and that they generally couldn't promise we could get a taxi?! that it was a general problem especially on Sundays. a 4-star resort, 15 km from the airport, which obviously sees it as a general problem, simply has to come up with a solution. Own shuttle bus? cooperation with a taxi company? at 11.30 we approached again, as we didn't dare wait after the receptionist said they didn't know if we could get a taxi. They ordered a taxi and we were picked up 20 minutes later.. we Were at the airport over 2 hours before we had to because of this and honestly the hotel should have better service and advice. Maybe a collab with a taxi service, shuttle etc

Tre dager familieferie. Flott hage med lekeplass for barn og badebasseng. 5 min gange til flott badestrand med deilig sand. Ikke sentralt og for vår del utenfor sesong og lite tilbud av aktiviteter/spisesteder i umiddelbar nærhet. Heldigvis matbutikk rett ved siden av hotellet. Også maursesong så det var mye maur på rommet.

Hôtel très fonctionnel, très grandes piscines ensoleillées et idéales pour nager des longueurs et pour les enfants également . Très calme., les chambres sont très propres et spacieuses. La plage est à 250 m et les commerces tout proche. Le parc est agréable et bien entretenu . Le personnel est à l’écoute . Nous recommandons cet hôtel .

Hotellet ligger i utkanten av Tirrenia. Enkelt å ta seg til Tirrenia og Marina de Pisa med buss. Få restauranter i området ved hotellet. Ikke spis middagsbuffe på hotellets restaurant. Dyrt og veldig lite utbud. Ta bussen til Marina de Pisa!!!

Nice and helpful staff, but… Many things could be better. The bathroom had a lot of mould around the window and bathtub. The floor in the bedroom did not get the proper cleaning. Breakfast was dominated by empty trays and the waiting time to get them refilled was simply not good enough. The breakfast selection was of medium to low quality The swimming pool was nice and clean but the kids were not allowed to splash or jump into the water and it was mandatory to wear a swimmingcap

Bis auf eine Dame in der Rezeption waren alle sehr höflich und bemüht, Englisch zu sprechen. Eine hat sogar mit uns deutsch gesprochen - sie war der richtige Sonnenschein der Rezeption. Frühstück war außerordentlich gut!!!

Service personalet var søde. Især dem i morgenmads restauranten. Rengøringen var hæslig. Der var støv i alle kroge, gulvet var beskidt og man fik sorte sokker. Der var et gammelt tyggegummi på badeværelset fra gæsterne før os. Pool området var super godt. Maden i pool baren var kedeligt og frys retter der bliver optøet. Morgenmaden var ok, med det sødeste personale.

Vi kunne ikke få en parkeringsplads da vi ankom, så vi måtte køre op og ned af gaden til vi fandt en offentlig plads. Der var mug i vindueskarmen i badeværelset. Men ellers var der rengøring, rene håndklæder osv hver dag. Poolområdet er fint. Det er altid til at få en plads og så er der en lille legeplads til børn. Morgenmad er fint. Aftensmaden på hotellet er ikke noget særligt og for dyrt.

we received a very good reception with thorough and good information. our hotel room was wonderful, it was large, clean, had good air conditioning and a fridge, which we really appreciated. the pool area was lovely and there were always sunbeds and if not the lifeguards found some immediately. we think it was silly we had to wear a swimming cap and didn't understand why? directly opposite the hotel there is an ATM, supermarket and a few restaurants. if you walk 2-3 kilometers down the road there is an area with several restaurants, shops, bars etc. the breakfast was very boring and basic. would suit a 2 star hotel more than a 4 star resort. the day of our return we asked for help to get a taxi to the airport. we were going to the airport at 2pm and asked for help booking a taxi at 10am. we were told that you couldn't pre-book and that they generally couldn't promise we could get a taxi?! that it was a general problem especially on Sundays. a 4-star resort, 15 km from the airport, which obviously sees it as a general problem, simply has to come up with a solution. Own shuttle bus? cooperation with a taxi company? at 11.30 we approached again, as we didn't dare wait after the receptionist said they didn't know if we could get a taxi. Hotellet ligger i utkanten av Tirrenia. Enkelt å ta seg til Tirrenia og Marina de Pisa med buss. Få restauranter i området ved hotellet. Ikke spis middagsbuffe på hotellets restaurant. Dyrt og veldig lite utbud. Ta bussen til Marina de Pisa!!!
