This was honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Even though it’s located outside the city, it’s very easy to reach. The property is huge and well-organized, suitable for different types of travelers — whether you arrive by car, camper van, or just as regular guests like us. Each accommodation is a separate little house on its own street, which makes the place feel private and peaceful. Inside, everything is spotless and smartly arranged, with plenty of space. The shower is fully made of stone, spacious and comfortable to use, and both the shower and the toilet have small windows for ventilation. The toilet is separate from the shower, which is very convenient. Between them, there’s a large sink with a big mirror and a built-in hairdryer — a bit weak, but perfectly fine. The main room has a comfortable large bed, and all windows and doors have curtains, so the light doesn’t disturb sleep. It was a bit chilly during our stay, but the air conditioner worked great for heating the room. We had a minor issue with it halfway through our trip, but the maintenance team came very quickly and fixed everything. The room also had a fridge, which was very useful. The entire property includes swimming pools, a shop, and a separate bar — everything you might need was right there. The place is spacious, bright, clean, and incredibly comfortable. We were truly impressed and absolutely loved our stay.

This place is outside of Florence but easy transportation options and short drive to Florence , the facilities were super clean and the staff very professional and kind. They have washing and dryers but expensive we paid like 28 Euros for 1 load of clothes we have todo it again because it did not rinse our clothes. :(. Different from that the place has a convenient store, restaurant, a bus station across the street from the property. I traveled with my husband but we saw lots of families They were enjoying the pools (3) and a small playground We definitely come back

Would absolutely go back! Had a fantastic 9 nights away, convenient for the bus into Florence! Beds were firm and really comfy. Food was fantastic and very reasonable. Breakfast was good, we only had it on the first morning for convenience. The choice of pools was brilliant, all clean, just a little cold!! The only thing I think could be improved is the wrist bands! If you stay for longer than a couple of days, the bands don’t last due to suncream use, as a family of 4 we went through at least 3 each over 9 nights. Didn’t feel very eco friendly. Other than that, perfect!

Das Zelt was wir gebucht hatten war vollkommen in Ordnung, da wir eine Lage am Rand des Platzes Richtung Arno bekommen hatten. Nur 3 Sterne weil die Poolanlage unfassbar überfüllt und laut war. Kein Urlaubsgefühl! Rein für die Übernachtung aber ok.

The chalet we were given was very tired. Lots of bits broken or damaged. Needed repainting and renovating. It was also really dark. The biggest issue though was the restaurant was only open for breakfast or dinner and not lunch. And the pools were shut the majority of the time we were there as in Italy it is illegal to have a pool open in the rain. As the rain was on and off they refused to open it between the showers. Some of which were 2 hours apart! The playground was also tiny with no swings or slide. Overall just a bit disappointing as a place to stay with a toddler. If the weather is good then it would be lovely but in bad weather the place is useless!

Thr urban safari tent was very well maintained. The site itself has a laundrette, restaurant, 3 popls, a pool bar, cycle hire and excursions available if tou havent prebooked they can facilitate day trips for you. The forst night we got there we dined at the on site restaurant which was fairly good . The entertainment that night was a wonderful italian songer that also covered english songs too, he clearly lives what he does and fot many people danicing . The on site shop has plenty of options available, and also has microwaveable food available which you can heat in their microwave. We tried thr risotto, meatballs and cous cous all of which were pretty palateable. You do pay a little over the odds for certain items but you pay for convenience. To get in and out if town we used the train which is about a 8 minute walk from the site , the machine is in thr underpass and tou can validate tickets on the platform, validation is edsential in italy prior to boarding else you couod receive a dine for not doing so. We also used thr number 14 bus which again needs tickets validating , but you can do this onboard. You can buy tickets for this from a tobacconist close to the train station.

I went into this with low expectations, and I was completely blown away by how much I enjoyed staying here. The number of amenities you get while staying here is unmatched. We had a market to shop at, a restaurant, pools, laundry, parking, and a shuttle service. The AC here was immaculate, so if you're coming to Florence in the blazing heat, this place needs to be on your list to visit!

Not a bad place for the price to be perfectly honest. The only downside is the noise, the old units outside for the air con etc in the chalets make a lot of noise. Chalet was a little bit grubby, bathroom areas weren’t cleaned down very well from previous users.

Vor unserem Mobilheim gab es sehr viele Mücken. Das hat uns den Urlaub etwas verdorben. Leider wurde uns kein anderes Mobilheim angeboten obwohl wir erwähnt haben, dass direkt neben unser Mobilheim eine grosse Pfütze vorhanden war, die extrem viele Mücken angelogt hat. Außerdem sind mehrere Klassenausflüge vorhanden gewesen. Die Schüler waren abends sehr laut. Ansonsten war das Mobilheim ganz sauber, es gab keine Käfer oder so bis auf die Mücken. Die Zimmer waren sehr eng aber das haben wir in Kauf genommen gehabt.

The cabin was very clean and Modern structure. A/C worked great. Water pressure was great and Hot very nice when you need a hot shower to relax at the end of a busy day. Bathroom was good too. If i was in Florence again i would much rather stay here than in the city.

The place was ok. It’s a little bit far away from the city but public transport was pretty good even though the time table wasn’t quite precise. We had bungalow for 5 persons and that was good for us, so there was plenty of space for two of us. Walls were paper thin so you could hear all the voices from outside. Nights were pretty silent though. Pool area was nice.

The tent was right next to the road. Was able to hear people coughing on the street. The bus was very packed depending on when you went. Hard bed with thin pillows and light switches not easily identified. Otherwise it was amazing. I enjoyed my time here.

The facilities in our room exceeded expectations—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful, always ensuring a pleasant experience. The on-site supermarket, restaurant, and laundry facilities were a huge convenience, making our stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Jeta, the manager, for being so humble and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Also, a big thank you to Dorim for kindly giving us a ride from the camp to the reception during checkout, especially with our heavy luggage—it was truly appreciated! The overall ambiance of the camp was fantastic, offering a perfect mix of nature and comfort. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Florence!

Everything was outstanding and I was honestly mindblown. I felt like I spent my time at an extremely luxurious hotel and I can highly recommend it. But don’t expect any communication of any kind. I lost my wallet at hu and they never replied to any of my mails or calls. Calls just didn’t go through. Before my trip I asked if early check in was possible, and I also got no answer. But if you don’t need anything from them it’s one of the greatest experiences I’ve had, especially for the price

Staff was very nice. Room was very nice. Rented two bikes had issue with gears changing and kickstand on one and chain falling off on the other. One bike lock was impossible to use key was not easy to get out and to put in. Mentioned when returning bike and got brushed off. Received phone call two days later asking if bike was returned when returned and spoke to the staff member in person

Staff were great on reception. Property was neat and tidy and the park was all very clean and well maintained. Everything on site cost extra and a lot. For example half a loo roll provided and they wouldn’t replace and it cost €8 in their shop. Location was good just out of city and there is a bus stop right outside. Not properties fault of course, but buses very irregular so a lot of time spent waiting around for one to show up. Lovely walk into city along river though and took around 1hr.

The accommodation was nice, but checking in/speaking to reception took ages because of a lack of staff. It took 2 requests to get an extra pillow because they only provided 3 pillows for the two of us. The main issue, though, was the wifi. It didn't work on my laptop, even when I created a new account with a different email address. It kept telling me to reset my password to access the internet, even after I just had. I emailed support about it and didn't hear back.

Excellent place to stay in Florence. The site has everything we needed - nice restaurant, good shop and a swimming pool. The is a frequent and cheap bus into town at the entrance to the site. We stayed in a bungalow and it was perfect for two people in a lovely large bed with a nice outside seating area.

This place was amazing. We stayed one night but wanted to stay longer. The pools are great and family friendly. Clean tent rooms. Only issue is that it is about a hour and a half walk from the city and 30 minute bus ride. Buses get full fast so you have to wait. There’s a really good cafe and dinner place right in front of the resort that is very accommodating and gets full. Not a lot of other options for food than that.

Excelente hotel! Me encantó en todos los sentidos! Limpio, hay un restaurante muy bueno! Su bufete de desayuno súper precio y rico! Tiene lavandería a un súper precio! Está lejos de Florencia, como unos 7 km, pero por 3 euros un camión te lleva y regresa con horarios establecidos. Lo súper recomiendo!

Laundry room, it's open 24 hours, but the machines not available between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Signage was extremely minimal, ended up having to leave wet clothes overnight before drying first thing the next morning. AC in the room worked minimally and didn't circulate or dehumidify the air at all. Need extra towels. Cleaning more than once every 14 days is an extra charge. Mattresses are very hard. Didn't receive info upfront that the key card needed to be inserted into the AC control to operate it and to access the lights and TV in the room. Onsite dining was okay, but very limited and overpriced. Despite requesting two beds, only one was set up prior to arrival. When I asked for extra sheets to use on the extra cushion in the room staff gave me attitude until I threatened to cancel and get a different hotel. Room was in a very awkward and hard to find location and parking near it was problematic. Bathroom isn't separate from the main room. Shower was roomy, plenty of hot water, however there was no place to set a bar of soap or bottle of shampoo inside it.

L'expérience de la tente a été bonne, cependant l'emplacement été tres bruyant et nous avons eu tres froid. Pas de couverture supplémentaire. Parking ,juste à côté, parfait. Le restaurant est grandiose, les menus proposés sont assez copieux et bons. L'arret de bus ,juste en face ,tres appreciable pour les visites de la ville.

Great place to stay with children in Florence. Cabins are comfortable with air con and parking is right outside. The swimming pools offer a chance to cool off and relax after a day of sight-seeing, which is easily accessible by local bus from right outside the holiday camp. Breakfasts offer good selection and a pleasant, relaxed dining area. The same place offers evening meals and a well stocked bar. Overall, a very relaxing and enjoyable short stay which didn't feel like it was on the outskirts of such a major city. We would defintely stay there again.

The accommodation itself was quite nice. The promised parking space was blocked by a tree. My biggest issue with this is the really really bad breakfast. It was so bad the we never tried the dinner but 12 euros for some kind of dry bread and small choices of over things are the low-light for the whole Italy journey.
