Gute Lage für eine Stadtbesichtigung. Sauberkeit des Bades war mangelhaft. Es wird mit „Parkplätzen verfügbar“ geworben, jedoch sind diese von einem Fremdanbieter und sehr teuer. 30 Euro für eine Nacht. Darauf sollte hingewiesen werden.

Extremely convenient location - literally right in front of our tram from the bus station. They will hold your bags for free if you still have some touring to do after checkout. Bed was comfy, and the AC was decent. An odd smell was in the lobby, but our room was unaffected. There was noise from the street, but that’s to be expected in an older building in a busy part of any city. Overall it was a good experience.

We had a great experience at this hotel! A special shoutout to Stephanie at the front desk—she was incredibly helpful and welcoming. We arrived earlier than the standard check-in time, and not only did she allow us to check in before 3 PM, but she also kindly stored our luggage for free while we waited. Her professionalism and warm attitude really made our stay start on the right foot. Notre séjour avait plutôt bien débuté, jusqu’à ce que les températures augmentent encore et la Climatisation n’arrive plus à suivre à l’extrémité de l’hôtel, dans les dernières chambre du long couloir. Jusqu’à 29 degrés dans la chambre, chaud pour dormir. Sinon, le personnel était sympathique, et tout particulièrement le barman. Je vous conseille vivement l’happy hour, de 18:00 à 20:30. My rating is totally negative because there were small animals in the bed that have bitten my entire body, especially one entered my eye on the night of Monday the 4th, I went to the reception to notify to the reception that those animals were eating me and the official at the reception did not give it importance, then I requested to request a call to my health insurance and they denied me the phone call, I went to the doctor which cost me 95 euros, I spent on medicine, at the time of checkout The official told me that the room will be disinfected, the service is terrible.

We've been an expedia member for years and never been so disappointed. This hotel had excellent reviews online however the sheets were dirty, we left with bug bites, the room smelled, and the bathroom sink didn't drain properly. Truly not the standard.

If you’re coming from a colder region Id suggest avoiding this hotel in the summer. We were initially assigned a room without a working AC. When we told the hotel the person who came to check gaslighted us and kept saying it should be cooling down. Safe to say we didn't sleep that night as it was peak July and the temperatures outside were in the 30s. The next morning we spoke to the hotel again and they sent someone who confirmed the AC in the room in fact was not working. At that point we were given a change of room with a working AC however working might be a loose term as it was acting more like a dehumidifier. It did get cooler at night once the temperature outside started falling. Except for that first night overall it was a pleasant stay. The staff were kind and spoke good English. Convenient location as well being right next to the station.

The rooms were clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly and the location was good for the train station and Florence. Only selected rooms have 2 windows to help keep the sounds out, unfortunately, my room didn't you could hear the trams constantly as they turned the corner. When I looked outside the rooms on either side of me had a 2nd window so don't know why they haven't done the rest, there was only 50% of them with a 2nd window. I asked to move but they stated they was fully booked. Bought some ear plugs which helped me sleep without being disturbed when the trams started

Check in was a long wait. There was only one person doing check-ins and the process was really slow. Cleanliness was okay, some stuff left behind in the room and left over hair in the shower from a previous guest. Other than that, great location!

The service was terrible, we asked for the iron to be sent to the room and had to wait for an hour and call them again. The smell in the room was disgusting( seemed like chemical cleaning supplies), we stayed one night and were super tired to ask to move us to another room. Shower and sink were clogged and the water was overflowing when we were washing or taking shower.

In the evening we noticed a very loud noise from the AC, also when we turned it off. We told it at the reception and someone from the staff came only to laugh very unfriendly at us and to tell that he is no technician and can't do anything. He also said he has no other room for us and left. We are very disapointed from out stay because also the Toilet didn't worked well and at the second day also water dropped put the AC. Also the Location is not very safe next to the trainstation. I wouldn't come back..

Check in was smooth, the staff assisted with our needs. After the first room cleaning, food and an item inside a toiletry bag went missing. When brought to attention they claimed a language barrier. On the second day, the Do Not Disturb sign was on the door and we returned to the housekeeper inside the room. Again, a language barrier was claimed but I pointed to their door sign. On check out I asked for a manager and none was available. Only stay here if you are okay with people going through your stuff.

Do not stay here if you are female! The congregation of men who loiter outside and under the hotel room windows is very uncomfortable and not particularly safe. They are there 24/7 and its only when the Military are patrolling do these men move on. Unfortuntely the location of this hotel is good - across from train and walking distance to key areas but slum and noise outside this hotel is not worth it. Find somewhere else.

The hotel itself is nice. The rooms are a bit small - but to be expected in Florence. The location is right across from the train station where a lot of unruly behaviour happens. I didn't feel safe walking at night. The hotel was clean but had a bit of a smell that hit you once you enter the hotel and in your room. It was more of a street sewer smell rather than cleanliness. The hotel staff were great. The breakfast had lots of options. One staff in particular - Angelica - was absolutely wonderful. She was authentically kind and sweet. She made us the best cappuccino every morning as well as freshly squeezed orange juice. She also put cool patterns on it with chocolate drizzle. In terms of the hotel, I would not return - only because of the proximity to the train station. If you don't mind having that time of rift raft around, then the location is great otherwise. It is within walking distance to all main attractions.

This hotel is located behind the main train station in Florence, so it was ideal for me. It is very close to the cathedral and other main sights of the city. I felt very comfortable walking around the atea during the day, but not at night.

The hotel is in a perfect central location, close to everything you need. The beds were large and very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant. There’s a good breakfast and a nice bar area as well. The rooms could use a bit of an update, as they’re starting to feel slightly dated. The area outside felt a little unsafe at night, but we didn’t have any issues. Overall, a good stay for the price and location.

조식이 특히 기억에 남을 정도로 맛있네요! 다른 호텔에 비해 종류수도 많고 맛도 좋았어요~ 커피도 다양하게 준비 되어 있고 빵도 맛이 아주 좋았습니다. 호텔이 꽤 넓어서 엘레베이터에서 객실까지 꽤 멀었던것 같습니다.
