Main hotel reception lovely, hotel location excellent, staff friendly (Simone barman gr8). We had to change rooms as inner room / no window had poor light but reception staff acted promptly and got us a lovely room with windows onto street. Breakfast and rooftop bar across the road so slight inconvenience but OK. Breakfast OK but not enough fruit/healthy choices for us. The main issue we found was the rooftop bar/restaurant was lovely BUT you had to book even as a guest and they had 2weddings/events on our 4 night stay so the facility was closed to all !!!

A stunning hotel in a perfect location for exploring Florence. The staff were most helpful and friendly. The bar was beautiful and the rooftop restaurant was gorgeous. Our room was clean, spacious, and quiet. I would only recommend better pillows as they were flat and lumpy. However, overall, an incredible stay at a beautiful hotel.

The hotel has a great location in the center of Florence, within 10 min you can walk to everything. We even walked to plaza Michelangelo from the hotel (30min). The staffs are super friendly and do their best to recommend restaurants, shops etc. they made us feel welcomed. We got two inner rooms (no windows facing the street). It is dark but quiet. The air condition is powerful and keep the room cool when it is 100 outside.

Excellent hotel. Very central and decent value for a top tier and location hotel. The airline lost my bags for a week and the staff were very helpful with toiletries and recommending where to go to buy replacement clothes etc. Lobby bar is great and rooftop bar is beautiful
