We really enjoyed our stay at this campground and the one in Florence! The grounds were beautiful and I loved that we had access to a restaurant, market, and pool. Additionally, there was a grocery across the street which came in handy. The shuttle into Rome was an added perk, but I do wish they had later return times. The room was perfect for the two of us. I was so thankful to have air conditioning and a luxurious shower. If I find myself in Italy again (praying I do) I would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at hu Roma but it’s not for everyone. It is very family friendly so expect a lot of children and dogs (even in the outdoor restaurant and indoor cafe). The pool will always be crowded and there is late night entertainment that can be loud. The location was a bit inconvenient as the bus system was a bit confusing and unpredictable.

We loved this property and were surprised that they also had entertainment on the nights too. The bus and metro to get into Rome were easy to navigate; however, the garbage outside the property, especially on the overpass that you need to use, was terrible. We would stay at the property again and found that once you were inside the campground, it was very clean.

I have never been to a campsite so clean! The entertainment was decent the pool was lovely, the lifeguards were amazing, talking to all the young children getting involved and teaching them rather than just shouting at them. Decent prices for food and drinks and very good food.

What nightmares are made of!!! My wife had bites all over her body, because of bedbugs. There was so much humidity in the rooms that all our clothes were wet. There was only a thin sheet covering the beds. So very good conditions for bedbugs. We told the reception about the problem and we got moved to another room and we were promised new beds. When we came to the new room the madras was not new and full of bedbugs once again. After that we decided to pay for a new hotel and get away as quick as possible. Save your money and find another place to stay in Rome!

Place was great. Only thing I noticed was the bungalow I was in had a moisture problem. The windows were open when I arrived but I didnt think anything of it and shut them while I slept, but woke up to a lot of moisture in the air and some of my items got moldy because of it. Just ensure you keep the windows open in the bungalow. Because everything else was wonderful

Finns olika typer av rum/bungalows våra 2 var rena, moderna, kompakta, med AC, kylskåp, dusch. En liten uteplats och bilen kunde stå intill. Härlig pool som man dock inte fick hoppa/dyka i! Då ljöd badvaktens vissla. Fin modern restaurang med superbra mat. Underhållning vissa kvällar. Shuttle-bus in till Rom (avstigning 1km från stadskärnan ungefär). Lätt att ta sig till om du kommer norrifrån. Ett kanonställe. Rekommenderas!

hu Roma is a nice property, but beware of the of the standard bungalow. It is basically a room that is connected to another room in one large trailer looking thing (it doesn't move though). It's nice and charming, but if you happen to have rowdy neighbors, you're cooked as the walls are as thin as paper. Ours kept myself and my two children up all night the first night. The front desk is not 24 hours and we got no help until the next day, when *we* were moved and not them. Kind of ridiculous, but whatever. The property is nice. We were there in April so the pools were closed, but there is a store, restaurant, playground .. everything you could need. If you are trying to visit the city/ruins, please be ready to pay for 15 to 20 minute cab rides. This is a suburb and not close to the actual city all. If you're a walker like I am, you might find it difficult to just set out and "see some sights". There is a bus stop right outside the property, so it's easy to hail a bus,cab or Uber, and a grocery/all purpose store across the street (just walk over the bridge). The restaurant was more convenient than good. All in all it was okay. I did like that it is gated and I felt relatively safe with my family. I probably would not stay there again though.

The facility was very clean and the maintenance staff were very responsive. I had an issue and the maintenance person arrived to my bungalow within 5 minutes of reporting my issue. Food and beverage service staff were not very friendly. The only criticism I have of this place.

Room was nice, site map confusioning, online check-in is useless as they asked for the passports again In the FAQ they said early checkin is possible, I sent flight information and asked about the early checkin 3 days before the arrival date but they didn't reply. They kept us 4 hours waiting becuase the receptionist didn't want to call the housekeeping to check in the room is ready (she said I am busy and cannot call them) After 5 hours flight and 4 hours waiting for the room my family was very tired to go out again and visit the city and we lost a full day :(((

Posto ottimo e casette pulite e nuove....peccato per la reception....... avevo fatto regolarmente il check in on line ma arrivato in struttura avevo due documenti dei bimbi scaduti ed il bimbo di 4 anni era senza documento.....mi hanno detto che non potevo dormire in struttura senza darmi nessuna alternativa......allora mi sono rivolto alla polizia che mi ha fatto un foglio di nessuna valenza a detta di loro attestante che eravamo 2 genitori e 3 figli......con quello sono riuscito ad accedere alla struttura ma ho avuto il terrore di dover tornare a casa o dormire chissà dove......negli altri Hu negli ultimi 5 anni mai chiesti i documenti dei figli, bastava la loro tessera sanitaria.......ok , d'accordo meglio avere i documenti in regola ma allora perché fai fare il check in on line con un solo documento del genitore se poi in struttura non va bene?nella pagina del check in chiedi obbligatoriamente tutti i documenti se poi li vuoi per davvero........mi hanno detto che è una loro regola interna perché è proprietà privata......ok bene pure quello......se decidono nel loro regolamento di fare entrare le persone con gli occhi azzurri io non potrò più accedere........mi dispiace, tutto molto bello ,però sono cliente da anni e questa non me la aspettavo...... non mi hanno motivato l' accaduto nemmeno collegandolo alla nuova normativa Piantedosi, solo come regolamento loro privato..... vabbè, ci tornerò con i documenti e tutti vissero felici e contenti...

The room was suitable, but the walls were quite thin and the bed wasn’t very comfortable and the shower was problematic. Food and pool was good. The WiFi didn’t really work outside of the pool/restaurant area. The location isn’t good — it’s completely surrounded by dual carriageway so it can even be dangerous to walk anywhere around the property without going on the one path. It’s not close to town at all.

La limpieza, el orden y la ubicación son muy buenos. Justo al frente hay un supermercado e incluso dentro del camping hay otro más pequeño. Fuera del camping a los alrededores está muy sucio con mucha basura pero es realmente seguro.

This place is great for everyone!!! The vibe is great! They had a band on a Saturday night in an outdoor area & for all ages. The pool is big and perfect after a hot day out! The location is also terrific. It’s a 20min walk to Aurelia train which is a 20min ride to termini station & across the road from a supermarket. Great bang for your buck when visiting Rome!

Very disappointing stay. We are a couple who stayed for 3 nights in a Smart Room, and unfortunately, we would not recommend. The location is difficult to access and the surrounding area did not feel particularly pleasant. The welcome was also extremely poor. We waited around 20 minutes at reception while the first staff member spoke on the phone and completely ignored us and avoided eye contact. The next staff member could not even say the tourist tax amount “18 euro” in English. The room had hot-water issues, a bad smell from the shower, and a blocked sink from the moment we arrived. There was no housekeeping during our stay. The interaction with staff was as unpleasant that we did not complain to them and managed it ourselves. The room was also extremely basic: 2 hand soaps, 2 toilet rolls and very rough towels, poor quality blanket. No shampoo, no kettle, and none of the basic amenities you would expect. Overall, we were genuinely dissatisfied. It felt more suited to groups of teenagers than couples or families looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. Positive points: good air conditioning and comfortable mattress In the resort, you will have access to cafe, market and pool in the area; which I have not used to comment about cleanliness, and quality.

You get exactly was you paid for, and all personal was very helpful! There was enough sunbeds for all and the pool was big. Ekstra credit for personal at the restaurant and the food, we did not expect that kind service and great tasting food at that price! We ended up giving them some ekstra money, they had to service so many tables and always had a smile and was helpful. The quality of the food was very good, really good pizza to decent money. It makes you want to eat in the restaurant for lunch and dinner!! Can’t rate them high enough!! Great option with transport to rom centrum also!
