Stayed for 2 nights, booked a standard room and was upgraded to a superior room. The room was very modern and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Nice bathroom with soap, shampoo and amenities kit. You can request an iron from reception. There is a mini fridge and a balcony. The bar at the hotel was very good. They have free snacks available when you buy a drink. The breakfast was very good. Staff all very helpful when needing directions. There is a bus/tram stop a couple of minutes walk which can take you to main attractions. It’s about a 10 minute walk into the main area of Trastevere. This area is great for food and drinks.

Et fint hotell. Litt hard seng og puter, men fikk byttet til mykere puter. God frokost, godt renhold og hyggelig personale. Stor deilig veranda i toppsuiten. Det eneste minuset er veldig små og saktegående heiser. Anbefaler hotellet.

Horrible smell throughout the hallways, stale smell, loud The breakfast time was CIRCUS. The elevators are tiny and if you have luggage you might have to bring them up or down by stairs since they are always busy. Horrible experience

Rome was a highlight of our trip and it was ALL because of hotel Ripa Roma. The location in Trastevere was perfect. We walked to all the sites and had so many restaurant and cocktail bar options. The restaurant in the hotel was also good and hosted an awesome happy hour. The morning breakfast options were fantastic. If you have a chance to stay in room 805, the view from the wrap around terrace in incredible.

Most of the staff is great. The breakfast team was very nice to accommodate my diet restrictions. Breakfast is great, with lot of options. Big rooms, nice location. Room have a balcony as well. On the negative side, the room is too old, outdated, don’t believe in the nice new pictures you see online, I was very disappointed. While in the lobby and breakfast spaces you feel you are in 2030, in the room you feel you are in the 1980. Room furniture does not make any sense. Pillows are very hard, not fluffy or soft. Elevators are very old, it shakes and makes a lot of noise, doors does not close fully (it was a bit scary every time we go into the elevator).

This is a very funny place. The hotel rooms are very dated. However, the breakfast/breakfast room, restaurant & bar are amazing. The Happy Hour is fantastic and food is wonderful. The location is good. Not a far walk to all of Trastevere.

This hotel was more than I was expecting. The room was a nice size and was very clean. The restaurant Ripa Place that was part of the hotel had good food and the lounge that opened earlier than the restaurant was a great place to unwind with some drinks. Speaking about the drinks …… some of the best I had ever had. The bartender was amazing. Happy hour deal for a drink and buffet that ran from 1800-2100 was a great deal for 10 euros. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Very large selection on everything. I was not expecting such a choice and was impressed. Highly recommend this place to stay when in Rome.

I would only stay here one night max. The walls are dirty and the carpets have a funk. The lobby presents well. But the rooms are not well kept and everything smells smoky. Carpets were soiled. Like I said this is fine if you’re coming in and out and want a cheap stay before the airport. The neighborhood is also not that safe and I would not walk around here at night. They also have traditional keys which you have to give back to them every time you leave the property bc they are way too big to carry (I assume by design). This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. The one good thing is the front desk arranged our airport transfer which was super helpful.

We had a great experience at this hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and they made us feel right at home. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Thank you for a lovely day!

The photos didn't look anything like the property. It was extremely dirty, smelled awful, there was black mold in the shower on the ceiling. Worst hotel I stayed at on my trip and had it been for more than a night I would have switched instantly.

The hotel is in an ok location. Walkable to shopf and restaurants. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was very good. Our room and the hallway on the sixth floor smelled like sewage the whole time. The air conditioning did not work well. Decor was dated and could stand to be refurbished but the room seemed to be clean in spite of the terrible smell. The bathroom was awkwardly laid out and the bathtub had very high sides so anyone with any even minor mobility issues would have trouble getting in and out for a shower. The onsite restaurant was convenient and the food was very good.

The room was immaculate. Bed was huge, bathroom was a great size and towels soft and fluffy, The staff were fabulous and the breakfast was amazing. Plenty choice, fresh and delicious The only downside we had was not enough socket outlets. Only 1 we could see or access. However our stay was awesome and would throughly recommend and hope to visit again very soon. This hotel was quirky

Very good breakfast, good service in the front desk with valuable information to visit the city. The hotel looks modern but needs to be refreshed, the room needed a lot of repairs, bathroom very poor clean, curtains and window very dirty, when we turned on the AA unit it blowed a lot of dust

Breakfast is awesome and the staff is friendly. Our room was 80 plus degrees and never cooled off. The air conditioner leaked water down the wall. The room is dated and needs some updating. The carpets look dirty. The bed was comfortable and clean.

The hotel is located in the wonderful area of Trastevere, next to a bus stop that takes to Piazza Venezia and even at 20-30 minutes walking from the center of Rome (Vittorio Emmanuel). Staff is very helpful and nice, breakfast is rich and delicious. Things that are not as good: 1-The wifi sucks in the rooms. To get a good and relatively “fast” internet (3-5 Mbps) you have to go near the lifts or down to the lobby. 2-The sink in our room is clogged and despite two interventions of their staff, the water dissipated very slowly which affects the cleanliness of the sink. Same applies to the shower. I gave 3 stars mainly because of those two defects otherwise i would have given 5.

Excellent, safe area close to very nice restaurants in the evenings. Easy tram line into the city. Modern deco style hotel with funky light up ducks outside, quirky statues in the lobby. Large room and bathroom was really big also. Decent buffet breakfast in morning. Staff were attentive and helpful. Was some noise from other rooms on occasions(not really Hotels fault I guess). All in all, a decent hotel and would stay here again if needed in Roma

The staff here was great! Breakfast had spot of options and some of the BEST tomatoes I’ve tasted in my life. My only issue was the AC in my room. It never seemed to get cool. They sent someone up to look at it & he told me being that the room was large, that’s why it couldn’t get cool. But I also feel like all of Rome doesn’t really have good AC. Other than that, 10 out of 10 for this hotel!

Bra service pratade engelska/bokade taxi åt oss, läget bra med gångavstånd till mycket, frukost mkt att välja på för att vara utomlands, rum (superior) med balkong, restaurangen trevlig och god. Det enda negativa var att rummen var mycket lyhörda. Positivt att bo längst bort i korridoren så att inte alla behövde passera, grannar bredvid/över/under hördes sen kväll och tidig morgon. Dock var det tyst under natten.

Water pressure in the shower was great, got hot quick and stayed hot, better than most other hotels. This hotel does have you leave the key at the front desk when you leave the hotel and you show a card with your room number on it to get the key back, I’ve never had to do this before, not sure if it’s common practice but took me by surprise.

Lovely hotel, clean, easy to get around. Only small annoying thing is you have to give your key back everytime you go out, so if people are checking in you have to wait a while to get your key back. Again that’s just small and the hotel was really excellent overall.

Great art deco around the hotel and entrance. Love the staircase design. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff helped with calling taxi. Helped to answer questions about the trams. English was used by the front desk staff to help with our questions.

Personalen var helt suverän!! Vi har bott på hotellet vid ett flertal tillfällen och tycker jättebra om det. Det ligger dessutom bra till för att ta sig till fots till det mesta av Rom.

Great hotel near Trastevere area of Rome. In a quiet location, but easily walkable to bars/restaurants. There is also a tram stop few minutes walk from the hotel. Hotel room was spacious, and clean. Free water each day. Breakfast included was a good addtion.

I had an awesome stay at this hotel and really liked the area too. It’s got great transportation connections to all the main landmarks, and it’s only about a 15-minute walk to Trastevere’s most popular restaurants and nightlife. Totally recommend this place!

Prima betaalbaar hotel op ongeveer 2 kilometer van het centrum. Met tram 8 ben je echter snel op Plaza Venetia. Trastevere ligt op 5 minuten lopen van het hotel. Vriendelijke bediening.

Quirky and pleasant. The room came with a balcony which was wonderful. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast from 8 is a bit chaotic (other guests) as its hard to find a space. There is no system to seat people and its 1st come 1st serve. But its pleasant enough and runs well. I would suggest going earlier or close to close. Machine coffee is not good, but everything else is wonderful. I would definitley come back amd stay again.
