Excellent hotel. Extraordinary staff going out of their way to make guests feel special. Our room was spacious, with the terrace, very clean.There was a coffee maker and kettle for water to make a tea in the room. Breakfast was pricey ( 40 Euro per person) but all you can eat from 7:30 to 11:45 AM with main dishes cooked upon request and fresh; unlimited cappuccino and tea, many bread choices, yogurts , fruits etc. You can also buy items a la carte.Breakfast area is on the roof top, inside, but you can also eat outside ,by the pool ( at the tables or comfortablle chairs with great views of Milan). Pool size is small ( two people can only swim comfortably) but I was usually only one swimming there around 9-10am . Hotel is not far from the center so it is easy to go by tram, or taxi that hotels calls for. I would definitely would love to visit this hotel again.

A tidy, modern bedroom and bathroom. The room also had a good espresso machine. The service in the hotel itself is good. The food at breakfast itself is very average, whereas the night-time rooftop bar is a very pleasant area, with good food options and was open until 11pm. The roof-top pool has a limited amount of seating in the shade. During the weekend there were no spare seats left around the pool. I didn't mind that the pool closes at 6pm but you are also 'discouraged' to lie around the pool after 6pm. This area also seemed to be reserved for the bar patrons (after 7pm). The information in the bedroom didn't state anywhere that the pool closed at 6pm, and stated that you could 'dip in the pool and bask in the suns rays until dusk' (which should have therefore been 9pm whilst we were there).

Initial photo of the pool is misleading as it can only be used in summer months. Rooftop bar was very nice, but closed for an event for the evening meaning we could not make use of this for our limited stay. Limited facilities in spa area, all thought this was well kept and clean.

Fabulous hotel- right beside the tram stop 14 & 16. The 16 takes you right to the San siro. The no 10 tram stop takes you to the train station. Hotel is spotless and super modern, classy too. A little pricey for wine and cocktails but lovely rooftop bar and pool and lovely views. Would definitely stay here again

As a business traveller this hotel is not for me. I would rate it lower but the manager did come see me personally to explain the issues the hotel has which included: 1. The top floor which includes the restaurant, views and pool gets booked out for events so as a guest you wont have access to that. 2. There arent enough steamers in the hotel so if you want to get wrincles out of your business clothes before work you have to be lucky enough to order one as soon as you arrive. Otherwise you wont get one. 3. I spent €800 per night but I booked a entry level room which doesnt come with hair conditioner foe some reason. I feel I get a much better experience at a 4 star Hilton or Urban Hive in Milan.

Super stylish and super comfortable, loved almost everything about this hotel except for the slightly too expensive breakfast options - 40 euros pp at booking and 45 on-site is way too much especially given the standard quality and limited selection. The rooftop pool was amazing on a hot day although I wish there were separate times set aside for families as it’s dominated at certain times by children which really ruins the experience and made it uncomfortable. Also appreciated the unattended spa area - sauna, steam room and ice shower which could be used till late. The staff were always polite and helpful at reception although service at the pool could have been slightly more attentive. Loved the Viu, it will be my go-to hotel every time I’m in Milan.

A beautiful stay! Really helpful staff, finding us the best restaurants to go to. Gorgeous rooftop pool, bar and spa. Really good gym too. Bathroom was gorgeous, and the breakfast was so nice.

Incredible hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. Rooftop is nice and well held, great drinks at reasonable prices (for a hotel) and the restaurant served great food. Highly recommended!

Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Front-Desk Personal und schönes Zimmer, obwohl die Türe beim Badezimmer nicht vollständig zu geht. Schönes, aber sehr kleines Spa. Toller Pool auf dem Dach mit bequemen Liegestühlen. Coole Bar mit sehr guten Drinks. Der Service im Rooftop Restaurant beim Frühstück war alles andere als 5*, sehr langsam und unfreundlich. Das Essen á la carte war leider mittelmässig. Wir hätten uns mehr erhofft, das Hotel verdient deshalb nur 4 Sterne.

Rooms are small and frankly for a 5* hotel there were too many paint patches and marks on the walls. The water faucets are not convenient and difficult to operate specially in the shower with soapy and wet hands. We chose this place mainly for its rooftop however we were disappointed that it only serves snacks and closes around 11pm. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Also not the best location in relation to Milan main attractions.

The housekeeping was very good at their Job, but they only came if you ordered them. The staff was nice, always friendly and professional. The room was absolutely clean and the bed was comfortable. Only the location was a minus - our room was at the first floor, right next to an park where teenagers met to drink and party.

Wonderful place to stay. The staff is beyond courteous, helpful, friendly and accommodating. Anything you need to ask, they will help. Restaurant was delightful. There were multiple dining options that were walkable from the property and if not, staff would call a cab for you that would immediately pull up. Room was clean and modern. Had a lovely view of downtown. Can’t say enough about the people that work there. They made sure you were cared for at all times.

I really liked it, but I didn’t get that 5* hotel feeling from this place. Directly opposite the entrance were full of homeless people (I know this may be out of their control) and other sort of activities going on in the surrounding areas. As well as this, the TV isn’t even a smart TV which is a real shame. On the plus side, it has good location, walkable distance to cathedral and other sights.
I really liked it, but I didn’t get that 5* hotel feeling from this place. This property was amazing! It was clean and tidy and beautiful to look at. All the staff members were very professional and nice. Wanted to shout out Karyn and Monica for checking us in, Davide and Lorenzo for checking us out, the cleaning staff, the doormen for helping with all the luggages, and especially- I will forever hold a special place in my heart for Savo. He is so passionate and knowledge and just exudes a pure warm and loving personality. He is a true gem and made my stay sooo memorable and extraordinary. Fabulous hotel- right beside the tram stop 14 & 16. The 16 takes you right to the San siro. The no 10 tram stop takes you to the train station. Hotel is spotless and super modern, classy too. A little pricey for wine and cocktails but lovely rooftop bar and pool and lovely views. Would definitely stay here again

I really liked it, but I didn’t get that 5* hotel feeling from this place. Directly opposite the entrance were full of homeless people (I know this may be out of their control) and other sort of activities going on in the surrounding areas. As well as this, the TV isn’t even a smart TV which is a real shame. On the plus side, it has good location, walkable distance to cathedral and other sights.

Our room was spacious, with the terrace, very clean.There was a coffee maker and kettle for water to make a tea in the room. Breakfast was pricey ( 40 Euro per person) but all you can eat from 7:30 to 11:45 AM with main dishes cooked upon request and fresh; unlimited cappuccino and tea, many bread choices, yogurts , fruits etc. You can also buy items a la carte.Breakfast area is on the roof top, inside, but you can also eat outside ,by the pool ( at the tables or comfortablle chairs with great views of Milan). Pool size is small ( two people can only swim comfortably) but I was usually only one swimming there around 9-10am . Hotel is not far from the center so it is easy to go by tram, or taxi that hotels calls for. I would definitely would love to visit this hotel again.

A tidy, modern bedroom and bathroom. The room also had a good espresso machine. The service in the hotel itself is good. The food at breakfast itself is very average, whereas the night-time rooftop bar is a very pleasant area, with good food options and was open until 11pm. The roof-top pool has a limited amount of seating in the shade. During the weekend there were no spare seats left around the pool. I didn't mind that the pool closes at 6pm but you are also 'discouraged' to lie around the pool after 6pm. This area also seemed to be reserved for the bar patrons (after 7pm). I loved the hotel and the room's interior. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The rooftop swimming pool made my time in Milan more relaxing and mindful. The only thing that could be improved would be more vegan options on the menu and barista-style coffee.

Super stylish and super comfortable, loved almost everything about this hotel except for the slightly too expensive breakfast options - 40 euros pp at booking and 45 on-site is way too much especially given the standard quality and limited selection. The rooftop pool was amazing on a hot day although I wish there were separate times set aside for families as it’s dominated at certain times by children which really ruins the experience and made it uncomfortable. Also appreciated the unattended spa area - sauna, steam room and ice shower which could be used till late. The staff were always polite and helpful at reception although service at the pool could have been slightly more attentive. Loved the Viu, it will be my go-to hotel every time I’m in Milan.

We throughly enjoyed staying at the hotel. We arrived early and were able to check in as our room was ready. We had lunch on the rooftop patio which had a fabulous view of the city. We ended up having dinner there the first night and the food was exceptional. The breakfast the next morning was was also delicious. The staff was very accomodating. The woman at the front desk went above expected service in assisting us with reservations we had for a train trip into the Alps. I would stay there again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Milan.

honestly for a five star hotel i tought the room wasn't clean enough. the room and bathroom were indeed very nice but however i did notice some weird stains and mold in the shower. the staff was very nice overall, but the hotel itself should provide better service. i for example didn't have a bathing suit for the SPA and when I asked for one, they gave me a very low quality one, that they charged me 45EUR (without of course mentioning the price in advance) when it really cost 5EUR in any shop. then when i left the hotel they were supposed to put my luggage in my car, which they forgot to do and i realised it only after driving an hour away from the place. overall not a very good experience for the expected level of standing
