We visit Milano frequently and this property is very near the Church of Scientology. It is very nice, service is good and we will continue to stay there.

The area is nice and quiet,

My recent stay in this hotel was a mix of positive and disappointing experiences, falling short of what I expect from a 4-star establishment. The Negatives: - Upon arrival, I discovered long hairs inside the duvet cover, which was very off-putting. - No slippers were provided in the room. When I requested them, I was given two pairs of the cheapest, lowest quality variety, which felt inadequate for the hotel's rating. - Although I added breakfast to my booking for an extra charge, I faced a recurring issue every morning. A staff member at the restaurant repeatedly questioned whether breakfast was included in my package, requiring me to go to reception for verification. After this happened three times, I became so frustrated that I gave up and had breakfast elsewhere. -The shower area was extreamly small with awful curtin The Positives: -The general staff were polite and helpful. -The quality of the breakfast food itself, on the occasions I accessed it, was very good. -The hotel's location is near shopping center and location is convenient.
