Ostello Bello Milano Centrale

屬於hostel類型的旅館，有很多和旅客交流的機會，但住宿區與社交區的隔離做得非常好，晚上一樓明明在開趴，但卻聽不到任何噪音，極力推薦！ 旅館備有投幣式洗衣機、廚房及24小時營業的酒吧，隨時想喝個咖啡或調酒都很方便。 最最最方便的一點是，有免費的熱水、氣泡水和冰水可以裝，這在其他更高級的飯店也看不到的服務真的很貼心！

Estão de parabéns! Fomos muito bem atendidos. O quarto era limpo e silencioso. Além disso, eles disponibilizam uma cozinha bem equipada, com ingredientes que os hóspedes podem usar pra preparar algumas refeições, inclusive vegetais frescos e deliciosos. Muito bem localizado e seguro, com espaços agradáveis e descontraídos. Vale a pena pagar o café da manhã. O único ponto negativo foi a temperatura do quarto, que não passava de 18,5 °C, apesar de estar programado para 21 °C.

Excellent Location Very central right next to the Main Train Station, Perfect for a City Break when you are out and about most days! Enjoyed all the areas of the hostels like the Garden, Roof terrace and main Bar, Lots of places to chill out and also socialise. Rooms were basic but have everything you needed. Staff are very helpful, Bubbly and Great Fun! The Breakfast and kitchen facilities were superb. Overall it's a great place to stay especially with all the activities and information provided regarding Milan and also Comfortable and full of all the amenities you need with a Hipster Style! Also it has one of the most stylish and funky downstairs restrooms I have ever seen for a long time! Cheers!

This was everything I wanted in a European hostel; cute, fun, safe, and with a great atmosphere. Loved the rooftop garden and free drink/dinner!

A cosy hostel, highly recommended. The staff are helpful and friendly, there are plenty of free fruits, vegetables and food in the kitchen for you to enjoy or cook. There are a good amount of spaces/seats both indoors and outdoors for travellers to chill or work. If you would love to hang out with friends, their bar is a good choice and they have different events throughout the week.

Helt topp! Her får man utrolig mye for pengene. Vi hadde tremannsrom med eget bad da vi reiste med bad. Det var rolig og perfekt for en overnatting. Vi ble veldig positivt overrasket over dette hostellet. Det føltes overraskende fresht, det var hyggelig, med god frokost og hyggelige folk. Badet var litt sliten, men det gjorde ingenting for oss som bare skulle overnatte en natt. Vi tok en brus på takterrassen og spilte litt fotballspill i kjelleren før vi dro. Her vil jeg absolutt anbefale andre å booke.

Staff was very friendly. I had an issue when it came to purchasing laundry tokens as there was inconsistencies. I paid 9 euros and received 3 tokens, but came back some hours later where a different staff member gave me 2 tokens.

ミラノ拠点のイタリア旅行で初日と最終日に利用しました。ミラノ中央駅から徒歩3分で、アクセスの面では本当に助かりました！チェーンということもあり、スタッフの対応も設備もとても整っている印象です。キッチンも広々していてやり放題だし、屋上のバルコニーはとても気持ちがよかったです！ウェルカムドリンクがあったのも感激！ コワーキングスペースも十分なほどありました。2日とも、預け荷物を取りに行った後居心地良すぎて1時間ほど共有スペースでぐうたらしてました笑 マイナスポイント、強いて言うならですが、一階のバースペースが23時?まで空いているようで、若い子達がワイワイやっていて、慣れてない人はびっくりしちゃうかなぁと。 でも総合的によかったです。ミラノ行く時はまた利用します！！

Clean room & friendly staff

駅に近く、一階は夜はバーになるホステルです。システムはチェックインから鍵の開閉までGOKIの携帯アプリで管理します。 ゆったりできるスペースが多くてよかったです。部屋はドミトリーの5人部屋でした。 朝食はとても美味しかったです。 ひとつだけ不満点があったのは、掛け布団が臭かったのでこれは改善して欲しいです。

Worst. someone was sleeping in my bed, so I had to checkin twice. They don’t feel sorry about this 2x check-in. Shower head was covered with white.

Great place. Such friendly staff. Literally right around the corner from Milan Centrale. Dinner they offered at night was delicious. Room and bathrooms were clean. Definitely worth the stay.

The service was very courteous, a 3-minute walk from the train station, very convenient. I stayed at the Ostello in Florence and I don't know if it's an isolated case, but in Milan, the room wasn't that perfect clean. I think it's important to pull out the boxes to clean underneath sometimes too. The atmosphere and entertainment are there, it's great for socializing. My requests were well heard and taken into account. Very good staff.

Stayed 3 days in Nov. Staff was very helpful and they speak English. Our room wasn’t cleaned during my 3 night stay. The breakfast buffet staff was dismal - staff was nowhere to get a clean plate or napkins, food runs out and slow to replenish.

I picked Ostello Bello because of the proximity to the train station, which was excellent! I was very impressed by the entire property and amenities. Their outdoor garden/sitting area is beautiful and they have something planned every night which is nice for solo travelers. The breakfast was great and so was the staff. There was a small mixup with the computer system that affected a lot of rooms but it was resolved and the staff was very apologetic. I felt very safe in the shared dorm and booked an extra night in a private room when plans fell through. The private room was exactly what you need and nothing more (it does have towels and bed made vs the dorms) but bathrooms in the shared and private rooms were both very clean. There was a kitchen with fresh produce and ingredients for anyone to use, which came in handy after being stuck on a train and arriving after midnight. The only thing that wasn’t excellent, was the cleanliness of the kitchen. Only because as a shared space, not all guests clean up after themselves as well as others. But again free kitchen and cooking supplies makes it hard to complain. The staff was so friendly and trustworthy that I ended up paying to store my extra bag for the week while I was traveling in southern Italy. Overall, it might not have been something I would have splurged on as a 20yr old. But the price was definitely worth it in my opinion.

I booked one night in a single private room. I was only going to be in Milan for one night in order to catch an international flight so I needed something basic, clean, and close to the train station. I was not looking for anything fancy so I was totally fine with the minimal amenities in the room. The bed was actually quite comfortable for a twin. I really appreciated the safety measures they took given the proximity to the train station (key codes in the elevator and on the room door). The shower was very small, which I know is fairly common in Europe, but the way this one was laid out, it was almost impossible to raise my arms without banging into either the shower head and or the shelf. One thing that I personally did not like was that the reception area is adjacent to/ basically a part of the bar. I had a late train and had to walk through rain to get to the place; the last thing I felt like dealing with at that moment was blasting music and drunk college kids in the middle of me trying to check in to my room and get a glass of water. Obviously hostels see a lot of young people, which is fine. I just wish they would rethink having the bar literally right in your face when you arrive. I was afraid that it would be noisy, given what I dealt with in the lobby. I am happy to say, though, that once it was past 11pm or so it got quiet and people were pretty respectful in the hallways when they entered/exited their rooms. Overall, I was satisfied with it for what I needed.

Good stay in a great location very close to the central train station allowing for easy access any where in the city. Room was simple but well appointed for being a hostel. Fun activities and spaces at the hotel. Also, fun to see all ages staying here. Young to old, solo, groups, and couples. It’s a bit noisy at night, but ear plugs are provided.

Our check in went great, but when we discovered that the air conditioning wasn't working, the front desk (Asher) started making excuses about why she couldn't fix it (even saying that the individual temperature apparatus was not individual to rooms when it clearly was). The next day, another staff member (I forget her name, but very bubbly & sweet) was able to easily help us. The walls were quite thin, wifi was weak, & the beds were not very comfortable (but there were 2 comfy pillows per bed which was a plus). The space & bathroom was decent for a private room in a European hostel. While cumbersome to punch in multiple codes to access different areas (entrance, elevator, stairs, room), this would make me feel safe if I were traveling solo. The location can't be beat so close to the train station & public transport as well as tons of cafes, restaurants. The in-house bar looked very active w/ live music at night - would be a great place to meet others for backpackers & solo travelers who are okay with a little discomfort & noise. For older travelers looking for a bit more "hotel", you're better off paying $20-30 more per night at a nearby place. We left 2 days into our 4 day reservation because we had friends offering us a free place to stay elsewhere.

It’s a cool, interesting place that is very convenient to the train station. It’s a hostel so don’t expect tv, phone, etc in the room. (I had a solo room, not shared) The shower stall was tight and had some staining, but otherwise it served its purpose of being a central point and the staff was extremely friendly.

My fave accommodation in Milan. I stayed in a single room & was given an excellent room, it was quiet & facing the backyard. So despite all that was going on downstairs(karaoke night), i hardly heard the noise. Bed was very comfortable too. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks OBG

The staff were great and very friendly. I’d booked a single room which was basic but clean. The first night was ok but the second noisy. The location doesn’t look so great as many locations close to stations are a bit grubby but it’s very handy for the station and I didn’t feel unsafe walking to and from the station. I would stay again: it’s affordable friendly and felt safe.

Ostello Bello offers what you needs for accommodation, close to the train station and easily accessible. The room was clean, but as the room was facing the main street, it does get noisy. The lockers in the rooms only work with a luggage lock (i.e. thin and easily breakable locks) and not a standard and more secure padlock. This was disappointing, but they will hold onto your valuables in case or offer to sell you a lock instead. This should be noted somewhere online.

Very convenient hotel close to Milan Central Station. Aimed at a young crowd but also suitable for young at heart! Good vibe in the lobby and bar area. Service was very helpful and polite. Even a welcome drink at the bar. Very good for a short layover and very good value for money.

Clean room & friendly staff

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOSTEL!! The room was filthy. Only 1 bathroom( with combined wc and shower) in a dormitory for 5 people. The bed was not maid. You had to maid the bed with ALL bedsheets by your self. Never had that experience at any hostel. Hard when it’s a loft bed and you arrive late=no lights to not wake people up. The staff is extremely rude. Especially the skinny girl with dark hair in the reception. She tried to make us re-book our booking to a more expensive room. She was very sassy and did not help us with our questions. We booked breakfast for around 6-7€/person. We had a morning train so there were no breakfast to be find. The receptionist offered us a brown banana instead. No coffe, nada. That’s the most expensive banana I have bought ;) It was hard to sleep because the loud music from the lobby/bar was playing to 2:30 in the morning. I was staying on floor 3. The bar is on the ground level. This place may suit a younger crowd (18-23). It’s a lot of alcohol, loud music and rude staff. I would never recommend anyone to stay here.

Excellent service, convenient location and best value. Plus close to everything by walking, the staff was very helpful and informative, also provided valuable advice for getting to airport which is by bus rather than by taxi. Definitely will come back to this hotel again.

Un excelente servicio, quiero felicitar a David quien nos atendió durante el desayuno y se tomó un tiempo para hacernos sentir en casa y guiarnos por la ciudad. Igualmente el lugar es un lugar muy agradable, fue un lindo detalle la bebidas de bienvenida y la rapidez con la que realizaron el check in

One of those places where you wonder why it's so highly rated. I was shocked by how rude the staff was everytime. I kept giving them chances, said please and thanks (in case they just have such a hard job), but they were constantly awful when I asked any questions - despite it being my first time there. The only good thing is that its close to the Central station. Upon arriving, they gave no help, didn't point out where the elevator was, where to go for breakfast, etc, and then seemed annoyed I didn't automatically know. Despite the poor design of the layout. I was dropping off my luggage early, and the man there was so unhelpful, and pretty much laughed at my questions about luggage safety. The rooms are poorly insulated for noise, so we could hear the people hanging out in the lobby - the lobby is close to the front door, and the front door was underneath our dorm windows. Or maybe socializing at the front door. One of my roommates had been there a week and said it's like that most nights. Thankfully I was only there 2 nights. So unless you can sleep with the sounds of people singing and partying downstairs, you'd have a rough sleep. The bathroom kept making gurgling sounds through the night and smelt pretty terrible in the morning. No idea what's wrong with their plumbing but something was off. I had to spray poopoori to be able to shower in there. **Please make sure you do NOT pay extra for breakfast** You can get better for that price anywhere else.

Siento que la ubicación no es la mejor, se me hizo un poco lejos del centro, además no se me hizo seguro salir de noche. En el hostel había una persona aparentemente drogada en el área común, parecía que tenía metido fentanilo, y nadie hizo nada, no me sentí segura en este hostel por esas razones. La limpieza bien. En recepción no me explicaron nada sobre las amenidades, solo me dieron las llaves. Pero lo que más destaco es la seguridad, es el único hostel en donde no me sentí segura del todo.

Loved that it was super close to the train station I arrived past midnight and was not afraid as a woman to walk by myself there after midnight.

Super location near the central station. Friendly helpful staff. Our room was small but clean and basic. Cute outdoor garden space. A good base to spend a couple of days in Milan , especially so close to the stations.

Basic needs are met here, great location , 5 minutes from train station.

Walking distance to the train station Very uncomfortable room and environment. We paid for breakfast for 5 people but the time of serving is too late . Breakfast is not till 0730 and we have to catch a train at 0700. It should be available as early as 6:00 am for early travelers.

I like the idea of Family Dinner on Sunday night. The meal is simple with wire. Meeting other travellers was fun.

숙소 분위기, 전문적 운영, 과일과 채소등의 무료 제공이 좋았습니다. 공용 휴계공간은 넓지만, 방이 좁았습니다. 이층 침대 프레임이 철제여서 내려오다 손가락을 다쳤고, 커피랑 차를 바에서 사 먹어야 하는 점이 불편했습니다. 조식도 괜찮았고 도착한 날 바에서 라자냐 사먹었는데 맛있었습니다.

Apenas uma noite, mas adorei a atmosfera do hostel! Áreas comuns, quartos, localização… a poucos metros da estação central! O café da manhã poderia ter mais opções para veganos e/ou pessoas com restrições (lactose/glúten free)!
