Great location-We wanted to be near the Milano Centrale to get in and out easy. Very nice room, comfortable. The only issue would be that one elevator was out so it was a bit slow getting up and down. But I’m sure that will be fixed quite soon.

밀라노 중앙역과 가깝고 밀라노 공항과 바로 연결되는 공항버스 정류장과도 가까워서 이동하기 너무 편리했습니다. 다만 밤에 트램 다니는 소리가 중간중간 들리긴 합니다. 아주 예미한 사람이면 조금 거슬릴수도 있겠지만 저는 괜찮았습니다. 호텔 입구에 계단이 8-10칸 정도 있는데 체크인/ 체크아웃할때 모두 짐을 옮기는데 도움을 주셔서 크게 불편함을 느끼지는 못했습니다. 이탈리아의 다른 호텔들과 다르게 엘리베이터가 많아서 편리했습니다. 다만 객실내에 샴푸, 바디크렌져 올인원 하나 밖에 없어서 그것은 좀 개선했으면 좋겠습니다. 샴푸, 컨디셔너, 바디클렌져 따로 그리고 바디로션까지도 구비해 놓으면 더 좋을 것 같습니다.

Hotel was located within walking distance to bus stops, train station & metro line. Lots of cafes and restaurants around the hotel. Roof top terrace was pretty disappointing, nothing but a couple of chairs. Overall a fine stay in Milan.

Ultra convenient to Centrale railway station, €10 coaches to MPX airport and the very useful Mercatore food complex within the station. Decent rooms, excellent reception and door staff, pleasant al fresco bonus area to decent hotel bar. A Lidl just around the corner, buses and trams galore, or straightforward walks to most of Milano’s main attractions.

Everything was well. Only two observations. First, I did not care of the stairs to reach the lobby from the street. They remedy it with an attendant to carry the luggage but the stairs are fairly steep and slippery when wet. The second point is about the opening hours of the bar in the lobby. It should start in the morning for those who just want a coffee/cappuccino rather than the whole breakfast in the restaurant

Mycket trevligt hotell med närhet till tågstation med enkla förbindelser. Lite tråkig väg att gå mot centrum så ta istället tunnelbana. Stora rymliga rum, rent och fräscht och trevligt inrett. Saknade dock de två barerna som skulle finnas, verkade inte varit in action på ett tag. Kanske pga att säsongen inte dragit igång, vi besökte Nyx i början av maj.

We had 1 night stay to get to Malpensa airport on check out day. Staffs were nice (especially guys working at the door!) and checking in/out went smoothly. However, we stayed on 3rd floor and the noise level from tram was awful. Window and ground were trembling everytime tram went pass which was horrible especially at night time. Not sure if its better on higher floor but better ask for higher floor. Room was pretty dusty too

The 1st our room we got had lots of fly's buzzing all over the room. If room was cleaned why was not the fly infestation in the room cleared before we checked in. we were transferred to another room after calling it in and housekeeping inspecting the rooms

Absolutely awful experience at NYX Hotel Milan. We stayed here as part of our honeymoon and it completely ruined that part of our trip. The room was infested with either bedbugs or mosquitoes — I was bitten all night and couldn’t sleep even for a single minute. What was supposed to be a relaxing and memorable stay turned into a nightmare. For a hotel that claims to be modern and upscale, the lack of basic hygiene and pest control is shocking. We expected comfort and cleanliness, but instead got itching, exhaustion, and disappointment. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and hope management takes this issue seriously — no one should have to go through what we did.

We stayed in early May, and AC system was not turned on , when we complained that the room was warm, we were told that the central AC system is off as a part of Hotel policy for that time of the year. We had to open the window, and bear the noise of traffic’s and trams till 2-3 am in the morning. Building should be temp controlled throughout the year. This is not the characteristic of a 3 or 4 star hotel.

This is a great location in Milan. The breakfast is great and the hotel is clean and the staff are nice. The only two items we didn’t appreciate were the slow internet and the shower head wouldn’t stay up by itself. That said I would stay there again.

Modern hotel. Decent sized room. Nice sized bathroom but shower is way too small, makes no sense. Close to the train which is a bonus but far from everything else. Also tried to cancel this hotel right after I booked and they were very un-communicative. Pretty boring all in all.

The room is spacious- after opening up 2 big luggages you still have room to walk around. There is also a desk for you to work with your laptop. The room is clean and tidy, so are the beddings. Has coffee machine and boiler, and provides daily complimentary water. Finally it has a very convenient location, just opposite the Milan Central Station. Would recommend it.

The hotel is in an excellent location just across the road from Milan Central train station and the Metro. Easy access to Malpensa airport on the train for 13 euros in 50 minutes. The breakfast is decent but not worth the money, I have had better at other hotels in Italy. My room was spacious with a balcony facing the station, it was great having some outside space. The staff were friendly and helpful, I asked for a late checkout as my flight from Malpensa was later in the day, and it was complimentary. My only criticism is that the room was very noisy due to the trams passing by the hotel constantly. I could also feel vibrations. It was difficult to sleep, even with earplugs in. My room was on the second floor, at the front, so maybe a higher floor would be better.

The hotel in generell is ok, it is definitely not a 4 star hotel but everything is clean und the location is definitely it's best asset. That being said, I would never ever stay here again and the reason is the one person who checked me in and unfortunately out as well. I have never encountered such an unprofessional and outright unfriendly person at any of the many hotels I stayed at in my life. He did not talk, he just stared, no good morning/buongiorno after I greeted him, just blank, stares. I arrived at noon and the only thing he said was "check in is at 3" - which is ok, but at really good hotels they check if there is a room available or at least are friendly. Then I asked for parking which I did in advance month ago. And he just replied with "parking is full" to which I said that I asked for it in advance. His response: you could have asked a year in advance and it would not mater at all. When he checked me in later that day he did not talk to me at all, just threw me the key card over the counter. Same the next mornng when I checked out. No word, just arrogant stares. Don't stay here, the risk having to deal with this person is too high.

Staff were all fantastic, friendly and extremely helpful - we already had 1 night booked here at NYX for the end of our stay in Milan, however we needed a room for the first two nights we arrived due to the first hotel we booked turning out to be pretty much a disaster. We turned up ay NYX very last minute and rather late at night and explained our situation. The lady on reception was absolutely amazing, she went above and beyond to get us a lovely quiet room and was extremely sympathetic in doing so. We would definitely recommend NYX for accommodation. The staff were second to none and an absolute credit to the hotel!!

We can't recommend NYX Hotel Milan enough! This was our third stay, and it consistently impresses. The service is exceptional. All staff were friendly and helpful, but a special shout-out to Amir at the reception. He went above and beyond to fulfill all our requests with a smile, making us feel truly welcome. The hotel's location is fantastic. It's right next to the train station, providing easy access to the city center, shops, and the metro. This made exploring Milan a breeze. The lobby itself is spacious, stylish, and a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Overall, NYX Hotel Milan provided a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. We'll definitely be back for a fourth visit!

We arrived before check in time & our room was ready for us, we appreciated that so much as it meant we could go out exploring right away. The room was clean, spacious and smelt very fresh. The door staff were incredibly friendly & helped us with directions & food recommendations. The hotel is in a great location as so close to central station.

We appreciated the helpful staff. We had a very short stay but they ensured we made the most of it. The hotel was unique and the room was clean and nice sized for Milan. The elevator was a bit iffy as it made large clunking sounds and felt like it was going to break down at any moment but it held up for our stay. Unfortunately breakfast was not great. The eggs were cold and the bacon was extra greasy.

The courtyard was nice during the day. In the evening the music too loud. The breakfast was disappointing. It had a good variety but the eggs, bacon and Frittata was cold every morning. Even when they refilled the station it was cold.
