Personale molto cordiale, camera nella norma, pulizia generale ottima. È presente un servizio navetta gratuito del quale, appena arrivati, nessuno ci ha avvertito. Il secondo giorno al cambio personale, ci è stato detto di poterlo utilizzare. Fin qui tutto bene ma al ritorno dopo un ora di attesa telefonica nessuno ci ha risposto per venirci a riprendere. Siamo rimasti alla fermata della metro più vicina e siamo stati costretti a prendere un bus per tornare in hotel e farci più di un km a piedi in una zona poco raccomandabile, perché il bus non arriva fino al hotel.

It is an ok hotel, not great but not the worse. One of the things that I liked was the breakfast, it was very good and complete. The hotel is far from downtown they have a shuttle that takes you to the metro station. There is nothing around the hotel, actually the neighborhood doesn’t look very nice. Another thing is that the halls are very dark.

A FUIR - A FUIR - A FUIR. Cet hôtel n'a strictement rien d'un 4 étoiles. Tout est vétuste et sale ! Au mieux, c'est un 2 étoiles. Il ne faut pas se laisser avoir par les photos du site, elles ont été prises il y a bien longtemps ! Cet hôtel n'est globalement pas entretenu et ça n'a pas l'air de déranger les managers. Dans les couloirs, traces de dégât des eaux, peinture écaillée partout, moquette très sale. Dans les chambres, toutes les douches sont moisies (j'ai voulu changer de chambres, mais elles sont toutes comme ça !). Les structures de douche tiennent avec du scotch. Le mobilier est en mauvais état. Les équipements (sèche-cheveux et coffre-fort) ne fonctionnent pas et les sols sont sales. Pour finir, ATTENTION, le parking est payant (8 euros par jour) et ce n'est marqué nul part. Vous êtes mis devant le fait accompli en arrivant avec peu d'autres solutions.

Pictures look GREAT but the inside of the room was terrible - Maybe i was unlucky, but was checked in late, room was dirty, no food, bar was closed :-( Very upset - some would say, if you didn't like it, you should have gone elsewhere - true - but was only there for a night to watch a football game, so where i was staying didn't really matter. However, wouldn't go there with my family. Very noisy, bad neighbours - not family friendly at all. Ive attached pictures of the bathroom

This has to be one of the worst hotels I have stayed in for a very long time. Typical rip off pricing when an exhibition is held at Fiera Milano. Breakfast fruit was out of date and rotting , rooms where not clean Lifts were broken , place is run down . I was booked and paid for three nights but I couldn’t put up with it anymore so checked out and got another hotel for my last night.

Il y avait normalement un service de navettes. Or, celles-ci étaient hors service. En l'absence de bus 423 le dimanche et 423 et 433 les autres jours après 20 hr, impossible de regagner l'hôtel sans marcher au moins 1,2 km. Je repartais le dimanche et aucune solution ne m'a été proposée pour suppléer l'absence de navettes. Même pas un geste d'excuse comme offrir un verre au bar ou autre. Pour le reste, le petit déjeuner était très convenable et les installations étaient propres.

There was hardly anything to like about the property. I booked two rooms for my family of six, but there was hardly anything good about the property. The rooms smelled badly, the fridge in each of the rooms didn't work, the bed sheets had stain marks, the bins were broken. To make matters worse I slept with my youngest son on the same bed and we experienced what appears to be multiple bug bites that swole up and became large watery bullous blisters. These blisters are red in color and intensely itchy. We really deserve compensation for these issues.

L’hôtel est dans une zone industrielle, la chambre sentait la cigarette et le parfum pour couvrir l’odeur, la salle de bain avait le plafond moisi, le lavabo etait bouché, l’abatanr des wc cassé, la pomme de douche fuyait, les joints étaient moisi, les sols sales et la porte rouillée.

Nous avons eu une très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. La première chambre était sale et nous avons découvert des punaises de lit. Nous l’avons signalé à la réception et on nous a changé de chambre, mais la deuxième avait le même problème. Avec ma famille, nous n’avons pas pu dormir à l’intérieur et avons dû passer la nuit dans la voiture pour éviter les piqûres. Cette situation a été très stressante et décevante. Tant que l’hôtel ne traite pas sérieusement le problème d’hygiène et de parasites, je ne peux pas le recommander.

Mal ganz ehrlich, uns ist es ein Rätsel, wieso diese Absteige überhaupt positive Bewertungen hat. In unserem Ranking von Low Budget bis absolutes High End, belegt diese Unterkunft den vorletzten Platz. Schimmel in der Dusche, Farbe die abbröckelt, Löcher in den Wänden... Unfreundliche Rezeption und ungenießbarer Kaffee ist da noch das kleinste Problem

We were happy with working AC and speed internet. Also breakfast was amazing. The beds are not comfortable at all . The hotel alows people to smoke on the floors so you will fill it even if you requested a non smoking room.

Everything was good except for the complete lack of air conditioning in the room. The room was a sauna and there was not the options to regulate the temperature from your own thermostat. It was dine by the horel/ city. I had 26 degrees in the room. Not good at all

The hotel claims 4 stars but it is not quite worth this level. I would definitely not go beyond 3 stars. My room does not even have bedside table and I had to use a chair to hold my phone for the night.

Our initial room that we were given was very noisy due the air conditioning, however when notified reception we were given another room without problem. Was disappointed there was no where to get any refreshments as the bar only opens later in the day, and with the lack of any local amenities around the hotel, this is disappointing. Overall the room and the hotel were nice, but could definitely do with updating. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Rummen var väldigt enkla men man saknade väsentliga tillbehör såsom galgar, papperskorg, stör ej skylt att hänga på dörren, en fungerande tv mm. Rummen höll mellan 24°-27° och ACn var avstängd för säsongen. Personalen var dock trevlig och tillmötesgående.

8 euro's a night for what was supposed to be secure parking, in/out barrier up all the time, aircon doesn't work, shower head hanging off, no plug in sink, curtains hanging off, lots of stains on carpet, only 3 hangers, crooked tv bracket, 1 out of 3 bulbs working in bathroom, breakfast ok but bacon swimming in oil. MILES away from anything, no local bars restaurants or bars in the middle of industrial area. would not recommend this hotel

By far the worst place I’ve ever stayed in, plugs were hanging out of walls, handrails hanging off, doors don’t lock properly, shuttle bus service that is inconsistent and doesn’t run during the main part of the day. Doors bang all night long, constant noise from exposed wiring and air con in the room, toiletries disappearing during the day, dim and flickering lights, only had 1 room clean in a 4 day visit, no explanation on where anything was, really poor breakfast, hole in the tiling of the shower, uncomfortable beds, 1 thin pillow, windows don’t close, gaps around the frame. The hotel is very deceiving from the photos, looks nothing like advertised, wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Localização de difícil acesso, se você estiver sem carro, um recepcionista mal humorado, não deu as informações necessárias que ajudariam a acessar o serviço de transporte gratuito ao metrô, faltou profissionalismo e empatia em vários outros aspectos, o primeiro dia nesse hotel foi terrível, cogitei a possibilidade de cancelar o restante da estadia e mudar de hotel. No dia seguinte “descobri” transporte para me articular pela cidade a partir do hotel e com a ajuda de outros funcionários comecei a vencer as dificuldades. Não recomendo para férias, o stress foi maior do que se estivesse trabalhando.

Personnel pas agréable, les photos sur le site ne sont pas les même sur place, c'est de l'arnaque. J'ai commandé sur la base de ce que j'ai vu sur le site, mais sur place c'était autres choses. Quand je suis allée revendiquer, la dame me dit l'hôtel est en rénovation, la chambre n'est pas disponible. Très très très déçu

Ao chegar no hotel às,10h da manhã não houve auxílio para retirar a bagagem do carro. Depositei a bagagem na sala indicada e esperei o Suttle que me levaria para o metrô com outras hóspedes. O motorista foi grosseiro e sequer desceu do carro para abrir a van. Eu tive que fechar a porta depois que todos desceram. Não nos foi Ingormado de que não teria Suttle à tarte. Reclamei na recepção e .ostrarsm uma ya ela "das 7:00 asi 22:00. Ora, ou é das19:00 às 22:00, ou é das 7:00 às 10:00 PM. No banheiro do quarto a válvula de saída de água da pia estava estragada, não tinha piso nem toalha de rosto e a caixa de lenços de papel estava vazia. A cortina estava despencando. A cama foi adequada.O carpete de todo o hotel estava sujo e cheio de buracos. O piso da recepção, de cor preta com manchas brancas dava a impressão de ter papel picado por todo lado. Havia uma excursão de adolescentes que fizeram a maior algazarra no café da manhã e detonaram com quase todos os produtos oferecidos prejudicando a tranquilide e o conforto dos outros hóspedes.A distância do centro torna a diária cara, pois a utilização do metrô nem sempre é possível e a viagem de táxi do hotel ao centro e vive versa custa 40 euros, cerca de R$ 250,00. Hotel de 3 estrelas somente e não de 4. Elogios ao maitre do restaurante pelo seu ágil atendimento e boa comida e às meninas da recepção pela gentileza ao chamar o táxi.

Our initial room that we were given was very noisy due the air conditioning, however when notified reception we were given another room without problem. Was disappointed there was no where to get any refreshments as the bar only opens later in the day, and with the lack of any local amenities around the hotel, this is disappointing. Overall the room and the hotel were nice, but could definitely do with updating. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Völlig überbewertete 4 Sterne. Zimmer sind sehr renovierungsbedürftig, Dusche war verschimmelt, Badezimmer ohne Heizung, es war sehr kalt. Handtücher im Bad waren wie Küchentücher. Perfekte Lage um ins Stadion San Siro zu kommen.

Je ne recommande pas cet hotel. Il est économique et les personnes qui y travaillent sont gentilles. En revanche bien que ce soit un hotel non fumeur le hall, le premier étage et la chambre empestaient l’odeur de tabac froid. Il n’y avait pas de produits de toilettes dans la chambre et la fenêtre ne fermait pas bien. Il est difficilement accessible en transport en commun, mais un service de navette est proposé en fonction des horaires.

It is an ok hotel, not great but not the worse. One of the things that I liked was the breakfast, it was very good and complete. The hotel is far from downtown they have a shuttle that takes you to the metro station. There is nothing around the hotel, actually the neighborhood doesn’t look very nice. Another thing is that the halls are very dark.

Etablissement à 20mn en bus du stade San siro. 40 minute du centre de Milan. Hotel sale, des taches sur tapis et de la poussière partout, salle de bain avec porte cassée. Petit dejeuner avec un café immonde et du jus tellement sucrée qu’il est imbuvable. Personnel tres aigri et vous relooke sans cesse . Zone pas tres sace . Je ne reviendrai jamais et je ne conseille a personne d’y aller !

Also die Bewertung wird etwas länger 1. das Foto vom Hotel ist von Hinten aufgenommen. Das ist der Garten. Es sieht anders aus und ist wirklich in die Jahre gekommen. Vieles ist Renovierungsbedürtig und kein 4-Sterne Hotel. 2. Die Unterkunft ist 40 min von der Innenstadt entfernt. Sonntags fahren die Busse nicht so wie es auf dem Plan steht. Deshalb wäre es besser Hotels Nähe der Metro zu buchen, um keine Zeit zu verlieren. Denn Tickets für eine Einzelfahrt 90 min kosten 2,20€ (Tageskarte 7,60€) Ihr könnt im Bus natürlich mit der Kreditkarte am Automat bezahlen, habt es aber nur digital und müsstest dann wider 2.20€ für die Metro bezahlen. Gleich in der Metro ein Papier Tagesticket 7,60€ holen und ihr seid sorgenfrei. 3. Sauberkeit sollte verbessert werden. Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt und auch nicht gesaugt. Wir hatten kein Zimmer mit Teppich sondern Laminat. Also etwas Staub war überall, aber kein Schimmel. Die Betten war super. Wir haben Prima geschlafen. Klimaanlage hat funktioniert, Minibar leer gab es. Genügend kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Hotel. 4. Das Frühstück war gut. Obst, verschiedene Sorten Brötchen, Toast, Kaffeeautomat, Salat, Marmelade 5 Sorten, Joghurt, Käse, Eier, Bacon und Wurst. 5. abends konnte man im Restaurant günstig essen. Eine Pizza für 9€ und Getränke für 3€, Aperol Spritz 10€. 6. Im Zimmer gab es leider kein Stuhl zum sitzen. Das Bad war völlig in Ordnung und sauber.

Nous avons été extrêmement déçues par notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout d’abord, la propreté laissait vraiment à désirer, ce qui est inacceptable. Le petit déjeuner est beaucoup trop cher par rapport à la qualité proposée. De plus, le manque d’informations est flagrant : nous nous sommes retrouvées à attendre plus d’une heure avant l’arrivée de la navette à cause de renseignements imprécis. À notre arrivée, nous avons aussi découvert des taxes supplémentaires sur le parking qui n’avaient jamais été mentionnées lors de la réservation. Pour couronner le tout, le chauffeur de la navette s’est montré désagréable et condescendant, nous parlant comme si nous étions des imbéciles. Franchement, entre l’accueil médiocre, le manque de transparence et la qualité très discutable, je déconseille fortement cet hôtel. Première mauvaise expérience. A FUIR

The hotel building is generally OK, and the dining (both for breakfast and dinner) were great. Staff were mostly very helpful and friendly. Location-wise, it’s a bit out of the way, although quite close to the autostrada. The area around the hotel could do with a bit of work - the car park and maybe cut the grass once in a while as it is pretty overgrown. Initial impressions of the room was OK, however, the rooms themselves were pretty badly maintained. We stayed there for two nights and had to change rooms due to a leak in the bathroom from the floor above. In both rooms, there were different, random things that either didn’t work properly or just weren’t there. Bathroom fans, lights, the fridge (empty in one room, with bottled water in the other), hairdryer etc were all inconsistent. And in the second room, we were given 1 towel for a family of 4. The most fun part of the stay, though, was playing the ‘which lift is coming, if any?’ game. This includes a series of random lights and pings from anywhere except your lift… Overall - not bad, but could be a lot better with some investment in upgrading or improving the facilities

I liked the breakfast spread they had, however, they didn't even bring out the eggs on our second morning. We were told when we booked that breakfast was included but when we got there we had to pay. The floor in our room wasn't cleaned properly as we found Almonds that weren't ours on the floor. During breakfast, it was hard to find a clean table. When we asked the front desk for a second pillow, the guy at the desk sighed and seemed very upset that we had asked for a pillow. Then he said he would bring one up in 20 minutes. The beds were made nicely, and the breakfast was very good. The Lobby was clean and the front entrance was well kept.

We were happy with working AC and speed internet. Also breakfast was amazing. The beds are not comfortable at all . The hotel alows people to smoke on the floors so you will fill it even if you requested a non smoking room.

Hôtel mal entretenu, en très mauvais état général. Ne peut absolument pas correspondre à un 4 étoiles. Cuisine et petit déjeuner de piètre qualité, on est très loin d'un hôtel digne de ce nom. Extérieur à l'abandon, vitres sales et fortement abîmées

This is definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. More like a 2 star. We found the tap broken. Our toilet seat broken. The shower door off it's hinge. All things that could be fixed if someone took pride in managing this property. Plus the breakfast was not great. And the restaurant charges a $2 euro cover charge to eat in their restaurant when you're already paying to stay at their hotel. Yuck. The only good thing was one of the front staff Tiziana. She was very helpful in helping us book with a nearby medical clinic for a small medical issue.
