Old hotel, run down, bad location (but this is my fault for not checking), AC in the room doesn’t work and when front desk answered the proposed solution was to send a fan to the room! Not change room or try and fix AC which means they are aware of it. And fan was not sent for hour and half so I called again and no answer so I went down and got it.

This place does not look like the pictures. It a dark journey from the train station at night. There was no coffee maker, wash clothes, the beds hard, you get one pillow, and there are 5 outlets in total with none by the bed. Housekeeping skipped our room Sunday and our tub didn’t drain. Basically, anything over 50$ a night for this is a no

E un peccato di avere un eccellente personale pero la struttura e sporca la mia camara aveva dell'aragnatela ,bagno con muffa la decorazione del bagno pareva un bagno d spiaggia la camera splendidamente grande però non stata approfittate al massimo non c'era dei cuscini doppio lo che c'erano troppo piccoli x il letto molto confortevole un peccato x essere un 4 stelle non lo ripresenta un hotel de quella magnitudine la entrate del parcheggi era deplorevole non dovrebbe fare pagare il parcheggio a 12€ la notte x lo meno al ospite ci sono altri punti però mi fermo qui......

The hotel matched the photos exactly. Everything was in order and met our expectations. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. There is a beautiful large yard, perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The only issue we encountered was in the bathroom. The shower area had an unpleasant odor, likely due to a loose tile under the shower. Water had accumulated beneath it, and stepping on it occasionally caused dirty water to surface. Despite this minor inconvenience, our overall experience was very positive. Given the high standard of the rest of our stay, I still believe the hotel deserves a 5-star rating

Quando siamo arrivati in camera la tv non funzionava e nemmeno la ventola del bagno, l'ho segnalato alla reception e mi hanno assicurato che avvisavano il tecnico, ma al mio rientro dalla passeggiata era tutto come prima, torno alla reception e mi dicono che il tecnico non ha visto la segnalazione cosi mi cambiano camera. Il problema c'è stato anche nella seconda camera, ma problemi di pulizia. Nel letto abbiamo trovato dei capelli e per terra un pistacchio, vuol dire che non è stata nemmeno pulita.

DO NOT BOOK this hotel!!!! I spent a night here and I came back home with bites and rashes all over my body. I went straight to the doctor right after because I thought I was reacting to something I ate! Ladies and gentlemen 2023 behold 😂I had been bitten by bed bugs!!!! This is a supposedly 4 star hotel but naaaaaah that’s a cruel lie! It’s a 2/3 star at best! Rooms were more like an American motel with gray comforters and terrible lighting!

Hôtel qui ne mérite pas 4 étoiles. Nous sommes restés 5 nuits et chaque soir c’était la chasse aux insectes ! Grillon qui nous a empêché de dormir la première nuit, énorme mille pattes, divers insectes ! La propreté relative des chambres, toiles d’araignée et poussière derrière les lits. The room is huge, even by American standards let alone European. We had a king and single pulse enough room to probably get another queen in that room. The space is great, but it was aesthetically basic, gray and more gray. There were signs of wear on the furniture and the balcony did not make you want to spend any time on it but it was overall a great room, except for the bed which was as hard as a rock. The hotel is the only hotel in that area so do not be surprised when random people will start giving you directions in an assortment of languages. It is about 15 minutes from the metro, which is the last stop of that line. This means you are about 30 to 45 minutes from most places in Milan. Despite how negative this review may sound, my group did enjoy our time at this hotel, for what time we spent there.

Not a bad place to stay, a little way out from everything. As for the staff, not so friendly or helpful. The breakfast dining room manager needs to be mindful of where and when to talk to staff about anything. The Airconditioning system wasn’t working and the young lady at the front desk wasn’t very helpful.

Extrem schlechter Service. Vom Security Mann der uns ansah, als ob wir kriminelle sind (Meine Familie mit Kinder 1 und 4). Es ging dann genauso weiter am Empfang. Kein Hallo nichts. Der junge typ am Empfang total unfreundlich und genervt von allem. Zimmer war in Ordnung. Toilette leider etwas zu verbraucht und nicht wirklich sauber. Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel niemanden empfehlen.

The room was beautiful and comfortable. The front desk service was very good but the food and restaurant service was okay. The location is inconvenient but an easy train ride into the main city. Overall I enjoyed it, but because of location would not choose it again.

Das Hotel an sich ist Sauber und Günstig. Eine S-Bahn fährt direkt neben dem Hotel, somit ist die Innenstadt gut erreichbar. Die Umgebung ist jedoch etwas gruselig.

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. Our room was massive with tons of space and decorated lovely. We were fortunate enough to also have a balcony. Staff were very lovely when checking us in and out with the process being very quick which is fab! The hotel is located right around the corner from Bruzzano Parco Nord train station and is a 10/15min walk to Comasina underground which is probably the quickest mode of transport into Milano (direct to the Duomo and Centrale). The only negative is the surrounding area of the hotel which wasn’t the best. Quite dirty and run down but that isn’t the fault of the hotel. Would not put me off staying here again and if I do visit Milan I would look to book Hotel Da Vinci before any other as the value for money is definitely there.

Das Hotel war sauber. Die Türen klemmten und man hörte jeweils wenn die Nachbarn das Zimmer betraten. Die Wände sind nicht gut isoliert. Die Lage ist super, leicht ausserhalb aber gleich neben eine S-Bahn Station.

The restaurant has a terrible service and the food was not good. I was overcharged at the restaurant please check your receipt. My daughter and I ordered 2 paninis and the quality was poor and they were burn on the button. I tried eating at the restaurant 2 times and in both ocasión we had a very poor experience.

Hotel was very nice, there was also a restaurant in the hotel. The breakfast was not worth the 15-20 euro charge. Hotel is in a bit of an inconvenient area outside of the city. It was a 15 min walk to closest train/metro. You do just have to watch what times they close for the evening.

Where to start? The property is inconveniently far away from the city center. Is kind of hard to move around if you don't understand the transportation system. At the restaurant the food is bad and the drinks at the bar are bad also. Definitely not recommend staying at this hotel.

Environnement de l'hôtel déplorable (batiments desafectés/gare.grafittis). On comprend pourquoi il faut paye 12 euros de parking surveillé pour une nuit. Nettoyage douteux dans les suites (toutes les piéces) Petits dejeuners industriels... et repas du restaurant trop chers vu la qualité.
