Henge Estate - Large Manor with ensuite double rooms, hot tub and tennis court

There were 20 of us from 17-93 for this 70th birthday weeklong celebration. The house was beautiful, very well appointed and although grand felt like home. Plenty to enjoy in the lovely grounds - tennis matches/ croquet / hot tub under the stars. Very helpful housekeeper swiftly tackled any minor issues. We had the most amazing time.

This is truly the most wonderful property. We were a family group of 12 celebrating Christmas and the house was decorated with a magnificent Christmas tree and other touches that made it feel just like home. The house has been beautifully renovated and refurbished so that you have all mod cons, and yet retains the charm of a traditional house. There is also plenty of space with 9 bedrooms all with private bathrooms, as well as different rooms to sit and read a book, play games etc. Unusually for a rental property there are lots of personal touches that really makes it feel like you are staying with dear family friend. The kitchen is fabulous and made cooking for a large group a breeze. Don’t hesitate to book this house - you won’t regret it!

The property os simply stunning, with more than w could ever have asked for. The managers were incredibly helpful from when we booked and throughout the holiday. We'd com back here again in a heartbeat.
