Hotel great for our overnight stay prior to flying. Only problem we encountered was trying to catch a hoppa shuttle bus to terminal 5 from outside the hotel. The shuttle didn’t keep to its published timetable. One bus came ( was empty) but went whizzing past. Ended up getting a taxi otherwise would miss our flight ( and cost £28 !!) hotel staff weren’t overly helpful trying to help us arrange transport. Just pointed to a telephone to call taxi service .

The receptionist was helpful to offer a room according to our needs. Breakfast was limited to buffet only. More choices or vending machines should be provided. The Shuttle Hoppa was UNRELIABLE.

The staff was great. As was the restaurant and bar area. However, my room had a hint of piss smell that I really didn't notice until I was doing push ups the morning after I arrived. Then I noticed a stain on the floor. Should have been taken care of a little better. But other than that, really enjoyed the place. Oh, Expedia says they have laundry facilities, they do not

The first disappointment was finding no usb port in my room. Really?? On asking at reception the girl knew nothing to help. Second dissatisfaction was seeing that the carpet had not been vacuumed- and I don’t mean just a speck of something here and there, but a build-up of hair, cobwebs and dust in corners. Had I been able to charge my phone I would have taken photos but needed what battery I had left for an early morning alarm. Also, skip any pasta dishes in the restaurant- it’s beyond overcooked.

Upon checkin, staff was kind of in cooperative & WASN'T HELPFUL. SECONDLY THE ROOM WAS NOT AS SHOWN IN PICTURES VERY RIDICULOUS N DISAPPOINTING THE ROOM WAS TOO HOT..NO ac was working there was no wayer on arrival. The bed sheet had stains.

Convenient location, clean and comfortable. Hotel is extremely dated which isn’t a big issue however as it’s affordable it was used by big groups of teenagers who were in and out of their rooms and in hallways late at night banging doors and making noise which is really annoying.

The service was good, food very good and the stay was good. I would suggest, if renovations are ever made to rooms, please change the lighting. One can not even see to shave in the mirror. Just image a woman trying to apply make-up when she can’t even see her face in the mirror. This is for a disco bar, not a hotel bathroom.

Clean room. Shower was not draining properly but they came to fix it quickly. Room is small but comfortable. Could have used more pillows on the bed. Friendly staff and they let us check in early. Restaurant downstairs convenient and food was good

upon arriving at the hotel there was no reservation for me. Hotels.com neglected to send a reservation number to the hotel for my reservation. I had to wait for over an hour while the hotel sorted it out. I had been traveling for 10 hours and was exhausted and just needed a bed to sleep in and I had to wait. needless to say, I was angry and frustrated at the mixup. I am requesting a refund for the inconvenience of not having my room available once I paid for it

Desk staff always very helpful and courteous. Food and drink good and not so expensive. Room excellent for what is a 3-4 star hotel. Location is great for the airport with regular bus services. Room was clean and bathroom was fine with soap and hair wash supplied. TV. Coffee and tea provided with kettle, hair drier also supplied. All in all very good value

There were 100 people all trying to check in when I arrived. The Wye was horrendous and moving slowly. Most people were from a cancelled BA flight. All arrived at once. Only the receptionist who came along the queue asking if there were any non BA people waiting in the hour long queue. Hats off to her and her initiative.

Not so convenient from the Heathrow airport. Shuttle bus cost 6.80 pounds per person per trip. If your group is two persons or more, better to take Uber. However, it is a short distance from the public bus transport. From Heathrow take no.105 or 111, located within the airport terminal. Coat 1.75 pounds.

Great hotel. Was quiet and got a great night sleep. Fairly clean. Very close to the bus stop which we took, didn’t bother with the hotel shuttle bus as that was more expensive, instead we walked about 6 mins to the nearest bus stop and paid less than 2 quid.

The room was quiet and clean but I needed to do laundry and there was none. I hated having to buy sandwiches and snacks virtually and the breakfast options were expensive and horrible. That said the soup and salad at dinner as well as the fish and chips were quite good. I felt the kitchen staff was highly overworked as the gentleman who was taking orders for food was also having to do several other tasks.

We stayed for one night before we flew home. The hotel looks new and is very clean and comfortable. The room was very small, only two people would fit into it. We had a great dinner at the restaurant but the breakfast was expensive and limited so we decided to eat at the airport. The best feature is the airport shuttle but you had to pay for it. Nice hotel for getting to the airport the next day.

If you are planing to stay here. Make sure you wear socks or sleepers when walking in the room. Carpets are disgusting. Also, if weather is warm, you’ll be boiling in the room, no AC and windows can’t open. I slept nothing that one night I stayed because weather was warm but was hopping at night time to have some fresh air from outside and windows won’t open. Horrible night I had there !

I stayed here with my son and we had such a lovely experience. The hotel was beautiful, very clean and well looked after, and our room was spotless and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and I especially loved how they interacted with my son and made him feel welcome. He absolutely loved staying here and genuinely didn’t want to leave! The buffet breakfast was amazing and there was plenty to choose from. The location was also really convenient, with easy access to public transport. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely come back again. A lovely, comfortable and welcoming hotel that I would happily recommend. ❤️ lots of love to the house keeping staff👌

Pretty good airport hotel for the price. Room was nice, clean and comfortable bed. Bar was in the hotel lobby, with people coming in all the time, so not the best. If you want to have a dinner in the hotel, might want to go to one of the neighbor hotels.
