Park Grand Heathrow

Looking at the web site it's says 4 stars. But the room isn't a 4 star standard. The hotel was clean. But the room was far to hot. The air con didn't work. The furniture was all chipped and was tatty. There was no fridge in the room either. Clean sheets and comfortable bed on the plus size. Bathroom was clean and the extractor was very good hardly any steam. The gym is so basic not worth it being there. There is kettle and coffee in the room which pretty standard. Didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on it. We had breakfast near the station. We had dinner out as well. Parking was 12.50 for 24 hrs. Just park app isn't easy to use either. Hotel bit of a let down. But we slept well.

Very comfortable stay. Room well laid out including desk and chair. No noise. WiFi unsecured for Guest use, as expected. Excellent shower. Tea & Coffee making. Breakfast - buffet had good choice of everything still at 9am. Worth paying for.

This place offers great value, location and just all round perfect choice . We always stay here. I have paid more with other hotels and got less

Clean room, good temperature

I have stayed at the Park Grand Hotel several times and it’s a nice hotel with great staff. The rooms are now need an update, charging points, carpets, etc. The BIG PROBLEM is BREAKFAST the sausages are awful, the bacon anaemic, luke warm beans, no mushrooms, congealed scrambled eggs (they will cook you eggs if ordered, but slow if busy) Stewed coffee, I did notice there was one loaf of different bread apart from the usual cheap white or brown loaf. I was in a group of nine and the vote is now to look elsewhere because of the terrible breakfast.
