Club Wyndham Mountain Vista

We originally booked at the sister property but were moved to this one as they had overbooked. The 2 bedroom suite was large but dated. The indoor pool at our property was closed due to renovations, we had to use the pool at the original booked property, which looked nothing like the pictures. Pool was chilly but the kids swam anyway. Parking was very tight and there didn't seem to be enough for the amount of guests. We parked 4 buildings away one night due to this. It's a time share property so they tried to get us to do the 90 minute presentation. Quiet hours are from 11pm-7am, we were not notified of this or any check out policies when we checked in. Overall, it was a decent property. Staff was nice but I would not stay again.

Pros - 2 bedroom deluxe condo was roomy with great floorplan. Customer service during stay good was always good and everyone showed a desire to assist. Cons - Reservations were made several weeks in adv. The day after we could cancel for free we get a text that the activity center & indoor pool would be closed during our stay for maintenance but we would have access to sister property near by. I ask for a transfer but it was stated they couldn't do so. This was an inconvenience to need to go to another property. They should have offered the option of cancellation. We was on the bottom of 4 floors. Know that you will need to bring noise filters if you want to sleep. Anytime someone walks above you, it sounds like elephants. While the grounds are very nice, clean up is needed to remove trash from the beautiful grounds.

I liked the property and will stay there again. I just wish when I checked in that they would have told me more about the property and what it had to offer. Like the location of things, recreation center, swimming.

Checkin Facility should be provided on the same property. Driving down to the other property just for chekin or resolving issues if your access card doesnt work is not a good experience.

We enjoyed our stay at Club Wyndham Mountain Vista. Check in is easy, at Club Wyndham Meadow. The concierge is pushy to set us up for the timeshare presentation. We just politely said no saying we already have full itinerary during our stay. We booked the two-bedroom condo. Overall, the condo is very clean. The only thing that wasn't clean in our condo is the dishwasher. It was clogged, thus moldy. We ended up hand-washing the few dishes that we use during our stay. They supply us with kitchenette, paper towel, dish soap, laundry detergent. The toiletries provided were very minimal. We would bring our own from home if we knew. The condo is very spacious; the beds are comfortable. There is always coffee available at the activity building. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the pools, but they look nice and the employees there said they're heated. Overall, we enjoy our stay and will most likely book again the next time we visit Branson.

This was the 3rd time I have stayed at the Club Wyndham Mountain Vista. Anytime I am in Branson, this is where I stay. It's so much more than just a room...it's a Condo, which offers much more privacy...two TVs...a huge 2 part bathroom...a great kitchen and dining area. The property is very well maintained and I love working out in the weight room. The property has multi outdoor pools and an indoor pool...with hot tubs and a sauna. The staff is always very friendly and willing to assist with your needs. Plus, it's off the beaten path, yet extremely convenient to everything in Branson. I highly recommend.

For starters, Club Wyndham needs to make sure they put on their bookings that these are timeshare resorts and not condos. They also need to put on their bookings that you will be persuaded during your check in to buy into their timeshares. If you do not agree to attending the presentation they will call you daily during your stay to try to schedule a presentation. I really wish I had know about that before I booked. You check in at The Meadows. The first lady at the check in was really nice and helpful. The lady who was scheduling presentations was rather rude and pushy. Be ready to stand in there for 20 minutes or more when checking in. We weren’t told until the day we left for Branson that the activity center at the Mountain Vista was shut down. We had to use the indoor pool and gym at The Meadows which was down the road. This wasn’t an issue, but I would have cancelled and booked elsewhere had I known about it sooner. You don’t want to drive anywhere after you’ve had a whole day of activities with the kids. The timeshare itself was very nice and spacious. There was plenty of room for the family to have their own space when needed. I love it when we go on vacation and the kids get their own bathroom! There were two issues with the timeshare that we noticed. The cleaning lady didn’t do a good job before we got there and the detergent cup in the dishwasher was broken. The counter was sticky and I had to wash it off before we could sit anything on it.

Room was nice, however the water fall through the property was down, they were working on a lot of stuff, and one of the activity centers was closed. The staff lied about presentation and kept trying to sell us more stuff just to get our room keys.

The condo was clean and well appointed. We had a very comfortable stay. It was close to the attractions in and around Branson. The family had a great time.

This property was so clean and well maintained but inside the unit and the grounds. Staff was amazingly friendly,courteous and accommodating.

Very clean and well maintained property. It wasn’t outdated , like some motels and hotels in Branson . We stayed in a 1 room suite and it was way nicer than a regular hotel room. Very nice and would stay again .

It wasn't cleaned well before we got there, it had a funky smell when we entered and the screen door on patio was broken and the time share representatives were so rude and even followed me out the door to sell me something. I don't think we will ever go back to Wyndham at Branson again.

The room was nice and spacious. Room was clean other than really dusty cieling fans and furnace closet vent. I liked view of the pond and watching the ducks. The pools were really nice and we had alot fun at the club house. Every employee we spoke to from check in to checkout was really nice and helpful. Thankyou for a relaxing vacation space.

The tub needed a good clean, and I had to get cleaning supplies to do so.

For the most part the condo was clean except for the 2nd bedroom toilet. I did use the bath tub so I could see something which seemed to be black mold inside under the rim of the toilet. I could not see it unless I was sitting in the tub. Also there was more than one of the lights around the sinks that would blink so must have been burning out. The hand soap in the main bathroom was almost empty at one of the sinks. We did stay in room #5942 in building #159. Also, one afternoon when we got into the elevator to go to our 4th floor room, it would not move. We almost got shut inside but somehow got out but then had to walk to the 4th floor then back down which wasn't real good since I have a heart condition and my husband has trouble with his back.

The place was super nice!! Looked like the pictures. The bed was heavenly. My only issue was sound travel. There were kids above us and they were incredibly loud and banging on things everywhere at seemingly all hours. I just wish the sound proofing was better in that aspect.

I wish we were staying longer to take advantage of all of the amenities. We had a 2 bedroom condo. We had a king bed and 2 large full beds and a pull out couch. It was very spacious and we enjoyed our stay.

This is a nicely appointed property. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels. We could hear the people walking around upstairs from us. It was like a herd of elephants. My one complaint is that we were pressured to attend a 90 min sales pitch, which we declined politely.

Property was immaculate. Condo was large verywell stocked lots to do on property wish the pool was open later. Few minor repairs needed in condo but would stay again

If it had not taken me three different locations to log in and then in the third location having to talk to two sets of people, it would have still been rough. Bed had not been made (it was folded up but not made) and had stains on it. It was also so uncomfortable that I tossed and turned on one side and my husband slept on the coach. Then each night from about 9 to 11 we got to listen to the herd of elephant's stomp around above us. You could not sit on the patio as it was covered in bugs and cobwebs. It was also very inconvenient to load and unload luggage. Did we complain...honestly no...I did not want to get stuck being hit up to join the Club Wyndham stuff again. Also if they want you to join club Wyndham maybe their properties should be better decorated. Ours looked like it had left overs from several decades. We were gone both days most of the time and we had a great bed once we got to Memphis.

This property was great. We loved the spacious condo with a kitchen, two bathrooms, it was perfect for our family with older teens. Enjoyed the location and being out of the busy strip area.

Overall, we had a great stay. We were in a 1 bedroom condo suite with a balcony and jacuzzi. We were impressed with how spacious it was. The bed was very comfortable, and we were pleased with the ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. Our only complaints were that the jacuzzi room and bathroom floors were sticky upon arrival and the towels/washcloths were very rough. Also, the bathroom door between the bathroom and jacuzzi room wouldn’t latch or lock, and the light switch to the jacuzzi room wouldn’t work on the first try, but after flipping it a couple of times the light would come on. We didn’t reach out to anyone about any of this stuff, or I’m sure they would have at least sent someone to mop the floors. The customer service was great. Like I said, overall we really enjoyed it, and we would go back.

The lady at the front desk was rude while checking in. After she checked us she said we had to Ck in with the concierge. He was very aggressive and did not really explain what he was insisting we schedule an appt for the am. He charged me $40 which he said was just a hold, when I told him no he pressured me into it. He NEVER explained that the appt was for a timeshare presentation. I’m there for one night only so why would I need to watch this! Also, the $250 hold is excessive when most hotels only hold $100. I will be disputing the charges if they are not refunded by Friday.

Best thing about it was very few guests so wasn't crowded. Some of the staff were very nice. I would not stay there again. It's one step up from a motel 6 at best. It was dirty. Brown ring in jetted tub. Only one blanket that was thin and worn. I asked for more. First time i was told 3 would be brought in 10 mins. 7 hours later when we came back still none. I had to ask 2 more times. Itn ended up taking 2 days to get one blanket. I even went in to the office. They can't just get one. My daughter was sick so i wanted to extend a day to sleep. It took 4 calls to be told it was 3xs the amount i had paid and more than any prices i found online. It was also loud. Like it sounded like horses running upstairs. It was a crap place but ib guess served its purposes. I went to time share, oddly enough they were the nicest staff even when i said no.

Check-in building is actually a ways from where you are actually staying. Once you get there, you check-in and then they tell you that you have to stop by the “guest services” area to pick up your wristbands. Here, an employee will try to get you to sign up for a “slot” for a “survey”. They will tell you that because you booked with Hotels.com, there is an offer available and when you look surprised, they sweep in and say something along the lines of, “you didn’t know? Oh yeah, you can choose between either a $100 gift card or two free nights for later use”. Long story short, they try to get you to come for an hour and a half presentation about time shares and that’s how you can get this “offer”. They try to charge you $40 to attend this meeting but disguise it by saying that they are going to “take off the taxes for the stay”. To avoid it, just tell them no and that you don’t want the offer. They will try everything under the sun to try to get you to go. Just keep saying no, it’s not worth it. Onto the room itself… There are dishes available for use and a kitchen with dish soap and everything you may need. It was nice. The AC works really well. No off-putting odors in the room, it was fairly clean. The only part that wasn’t so great about the room is the showers were a little dirty, but they were easily cleaned up. There were adequate spaces for parking and lots to do on property itself. It’s located within a good driving distance from the main attractions. Overall nice

The man at the front office at check in was kinda frank and rude and offensive. But got the job done he changed our location to the older campus kinda in the cut and noticed only people that look like us in this particular area but overall the stay was great and very accommodating based off amenities ..

They screwed up and allowed us to book a room and did not have the space. When we went in to check in they told us it was Expedia’s fault and not theirs.

Location is nestled near the lake, and wooded hillside provided a serene view from my window on the backside of the building. I appreciated the quiet. The studio condo I stayed in was well-appointed and very clean. Everything I needed for food prep and service was there (except for salt/pepper). Coffee and filters provided with coffee pot, but all other items - such as cream/sugar/salt/pepper (spices for cooking) you need to bring with you. I enjoyed my stay very much.

The property was close to town yet we felt like we were away from the busy areas. Very nice facility and staff all were very personable and courteous.

I travel often, so when I search for lodging I look for quality, convenience, cleanliness, and comfort. This was my first trip to Branson, and I've already decided to stay at Wyndham properties for all future trips. I was extremely happy with my room and all of its amenities! The property was quiet, clean, and conveniently located near every we attended. The check-in process was easy, and the staff was welcoming and knowledgeable.
