Condo was a good place to stay and convenient for area attractions. The indoor pool was closed all week. The outdoor pools were packed and not the cleanest. We enjoyed the game room, tennis court, mini golf, and other amenities that were offered. Overall a good place to stay and on par for the expectations.

We stayed in one of the suites and it was certainly a place I would stay again. No question. Bed was comfortable. I’d say if you have mobility issues, at least inquire ahead about the shower. The shower had a tub that’s somewhat like a hot tub in appearance, but was just a large tub with no handrails. Not a criticism, just a warning. My mobility is… I’m getting older let’s just say, so have a strategy. The suite had two televisions and ample space, a stove and full fridge, a nice balcony with a screen so you could hang out without mosquito trouble. Ample activities: a full 18 hole mini golf that was pretty well done, shuffleboard, table tennis, etc etc. It’s a nice place and I’ll go back. Unless I develop mobility issues and can’t use the shower because of a me problem. BUT they do have an elevator to all three floors of suites! I’ve been going to Branson sometimes once a year for 30 years and it’s one of my best stays, that I can say. I mean this as fairly glowing praise.

The condo we stayed in more than exceeded our expectations. It was extremely roomy, with so many amenities. We loved the screened porch with table and chairs. Pretty much a full kitchen, stocked well, even with a washer and dryer! No USB ports (so take your own), but this was NOT a deterrent by any means. We did get a laugh out of the alarm clock/iPod dock in the bedroom! Nice roomy jetted tub. Great towels (I usually take my own, as you never know what you're going to get in a hotel - didn't need them this time). Our rooms were very quiet, never heard a peep from anyone. Great indoor pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay here again.

They have outdoor pool and inside pool. Several outdoor games, and pool tables. Playground and walking trail. Nice rooms, only thing that wasn't known was a $200 soft hold on card. If ur on a tight budget make sure you have scheduled for that.

Condo is outdated and was not clean when we arrived. We found clothes from previous tenants on the floor in an area that should have been vacuumed prior to our arrival. The linen closet smelled like animal urine.

The room was easy to book on line however, the room was not the cleanest. It had a rug that was dirty, old, and the tub/shower was dirty and also outdated. The staff was friendly upon check in and check out process.

Hole in curtains, dirty and worn bathroom. Bath soap was empty in both bathrooms. Called for service and did not get my rooms cleaned they just brought another bottle bath soap but no conditioner!! They still the empty bottle!! They have the nerve to charge for a resort fee! One of the worse properties I have stayed in a while. Dirty carpet! I wish I could upload pics!

Beautiful property but was hoping everything was more in walking distance. Room was perfect for what my family needed but it appeared that cleanliness was not a top priority. One bathroom had mold all over the tub and hair on the floor. There was garbage under the beds and old socks in some of the closets. Aside from the cleanliness, it was a nice space.

room needs a major overhaul. Furniture was stained and walls looked terrible, carpet was soaking wet and stained around the dining table, no conditioner, no laundry detergent like our family members in a different room, bath tub was completely clogged while showering. all around this was a disappointing stay. you get a ton of room but couldn’t enjoy it as the couch looked like it was peed on and had stains and i felt the need to clean my whole visit.

The room was very spacious and well laid out. The bed was super comfy and large. Everything worked well and it was nice having a full kitchen and washer / drier. Only bad thing was we hated to leave! Would highly recommend.

This is clearly an older property however I heard Hilton bought them and in process of remodeling. Walls are extremely thing and you will hear everything about your neighbors. Great check in process and friendly staff. Large comfy rooms

Our room was on the 4th floor. It was hot all the time. The air wasnt able to cool it down. During the day it would get up to almost 80. Everyone was so miserable trying to sleep. Pool wasnt big enough for all the guest trying to use it. Dont feel they should be charging resort fees when everything isnt able to be used right now

We have stayed here several times. Unfortunately, the facility is going downhill. The units are extremely dark. For some reason, the lights over the dining table and in the living area have been removed. The only light on the dining table comes from the windows. After dark, the family can not use the table for any activities or meals. The living area is only lit by very weak lamps. Reading is very difficult due to low light. The '90s decoration has never bothered me but neither the decor nor the maintenance seems to be updated. All of the plumbing fixtures, except the kitchen sink, had problems. Staff stated that they are updating some "older" units. I would like to return, but only after there is enough light to enjoy the units and the plumbing is addressed. It is a shame to see what was an enjoyable resort not being kept in good condition.

No hot water the entire stay and the air conditioner is tied between two rooms (one room controls both) so there was no way for me to cool it down and the room temp was 80 degrees all night. Unable to sleep or take a comfortble shower. Absolutely terrible.

We felt that there was no privacy. We could hear every word, footstep, piece of silverware being used, shower, etc. in the adjoining condo! It made us self conscious to even talk, or consider having intimate moments. It was a very uncomfortable feeling, not relaxing at all. We slept ok and the studio was clean. The tub area needs hand bars to create a more safe space with such a luxurious, deep tub.

cold water room 101-103! Can not get hot water. Cell service everywhere but high speed internet only outside of pool in parking lot!😆 It was crazy trying to get work done there. At least they had internet service. Nice for vacat

Our original room had major heating/cooling problems. We told them repeatedly but they couldnt do anything but bring heaters which they did do. They were kind and helpful but we were left freezing because the controls werenot changing the temperature. After 2 days my husband demanded help by giving us a new room. They did and everything about the new room was outstanding!

I noticed that I was not informed of hotel amenities like the person checking in beside me, that’s always concerning. The person next to me was told about an indoor pool, ability to text, and other amenities, I was told of none. I asked if I could get the parking pass at the reservation desk, as I’ve been to Branson many times and did not want to be presented with a pitch. The lady said she didn’t have them. I politely asked her again, since the previous time I was in Branson the lady told me it wasn’t needed anyway. I went to “concierge” politely informed her after greeting her “just want the parking pass, no pitch.” She looked at me awkwardly and asked me if I was having a bad day. I absolutely was not, I was not rude at all, I just established my boundaries and that was an issue. If someone does not want to entertain a sales pitch that should be respected. I will not be back to this resort.

This place was great! The condos have everything you need to feel home anyway from home. Washer and dryer, full kitchen and dining room. The one bad part of our experience was we was at the desk to check in at 3:55. they didn’t have our room ready. We didn’t get our keys u til after 5pm. Check in took about 20 mins and still didn’t have our room ready to give us our keys. On top of that after you check in to get your keys they make you get in another line to get a parking pass where they try to sell you tickets and tours and won’t take no for an answer until you get kinda of rude with them. If others are in the line before you, you can be standing in that line for a good 30 minutes to an hour before you even get to the desk to get the parking pass like what we had to deal with. Just give the parking pass when you give the keys and if people want to buy tickets or tours then let them get in line for it. Our friends that we were meeting there checked in the night before around 8:30 and they did not have to get a parking pass nor did they have to deal with someone trying to sell them tickets and not take a note for an answer. That seems to happen if you check in right check in at 4 PM.

Check in took too long. Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful - just not enough staff available at 4:00 check-in. Lines too long; wait too long. If everyone has to wait until 4:00 to check in, need twice the staff, or stagger check in times to everyone does not show up at 4:00.

We came to Branson for our anniversary. The room was nice enough, but the walls are very thin we had a family In the room next to us that were pretty loud and the people in the room above us were up all hours of the night stomping around. Be prepared this is a time share scheme. Checkin was fine but then they send you across the lobby to get your parking pass and that is where they try to give you the spill about it. I stopped her before she got started good and she didn’t press on.

The cleanliness would be at the top of my list. It was quiet and convenient parking. It had elevators thankfully, we were on the top floor. We felt very safe. Was very convenient to the theater’s and many of the restaurants.

Folks were great. Pool, game room , clubhouse were all nice. Suite needed some fixed...jacuzzi tub in one bathroom didn't work, lock on door was in need of repair. We were lock inside upon arrival. Staff assisted quickly and were friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would return. We are sure they would have addressed the jacuzzi we just were ok to not use it.

The condo was from very nice except for a few bugs in the kitchen. One thing I did not like was they charged in amenity fee for $40 extra just to use the pool and other things. Nothing was advertised about this fee. No breakfast.
