The entire aquatics facility shut down, no pool no splash pad. Nothing for the children! they said it was straight line winds that damaged the pool area, but funny how all of the lounge chairs the tables everything was as if they had never been touched and funny how all of the swimming pools in the surrounding hotels within walking distance or up and running and just fine. I think the Hotel lied I don’t think there were any straight line wins or weather related issues that happened to the pool.

The property was amazing. It was really convenient to drive to the main strip. I wish the pool was working. Probably would’ve spent more time at the resort but can’t do anything about Mother Nature. Best part of the room was the fireplace and the huge tub in the bedroom. The view from the patio was amazing, looking at the pond and the waterfall.

This property was amazing! From the pool and hot tube to the escape room and beautiful room everything was great! It was easy to text the front desk when we needed something which was super nice and even though they were working on the property construction never interrupted our stay. The only thing that we though could improve was that you had to walk from the rooms to the pool and YouTube area (no parking down there) and the walk ways were not lit very well.

Biggest downside was there was no access to the indoor or outdoor pool which was the only reason we chose this property. We found out the pool was closed THE DAY BEFORE we arrived. This property was great though. I stayed with my family and we booked the 3 bedroom villa. It was beautiful, spacious, clean, and concierge was on point.

I loved the size of the room and it was spotless! Room looked exactly like pictures with large patio, sunken bath tub, huge bathroom and fireplace! We had a few minor issues (ice maker wasn’t working and toilet was running) Gavin from maintenance was quick and polite. Rizza at front desk was helpful (pools were closed) we requested to waive resort fee. The bed was super comfy and shower spacious. About 15-20 min drive into attractions but worth it to us. I would recommend!

Everything was absolutely clean an tidy. Everything we needed was there an parking was good. I really cant think of anything negative. It was their slow season so we pretty much had the run of the place. Only ones mist of the time in pool an doing stuff. Which we liked. If you want more people probably go in the busy season in Branson. Everybody was really helpful an kind. Was a experience we plan to repeat next year.

The staff was verry pleasant. The property is well maintained and very clean. I enjoy walking in the morning before the heat and stopping by the turtle pond. Unfortunately when we stayed the pools were not open and it was very hot. I would definitely recommend this property and I will return when they open the pools. Very family friendly, but also quiet if your looking for peaceful. The beds were very comfortable and the King one bedroom suite was very large. Grocery and liquor store nearby. Downtown area is a 15 minute drive.

Would not recommend. No housekeeping. Bedbugs in the couch and I got bitten a half dozen times and my arm swelled up like a balloon. Tub wouldn’t drain. Towels were hidden in the weirdest place. Not great front desk communication. All three of my in shower bottles were empty, (see above no housekeeping). Body wash, shampoo and conditioner. First shower was interesting for sure. Apparently they couldn’t find any to bring me either because I got three bottles of lotion. Umm ok? Will not stay again, zero stars don’t recommend.

The unit itself was very nice, clean, adequately furnished, and just as pictured - very nice. However, the housekeeping staff would leave bags of laundry and trash outside of units over night. We contacted the front desk to remove bags of stuff outside our front door after it sat there over 5 hours in the evening after check in. Other units had a smaller bag outside over night as it was visible when you came out in the morning. This appearance detracted from the overall unit and stay.

Location was good. The room had limited views and was on a basement level facing a brick wall. It was noisy as the people in the room above us kept jumping on the floor. It really wasn’t worth the money we paid. I’d check out other locations next time we visit Branson.

Nice condo like stay with deep jet tub, sliding doors to modern bathroom. Washer, dryer in unit. 2 tvs. Sofa bed very uncomfortable but no other issues. Nice balcony view. Friendly workers. Awesome free escape room, pool table, checkers, family activities free or $. Location a bit away from downtown but fine. Wish pool was warmer but it was big and had a slide. Grounds well maintained.

This place was awesome , we got the villa with the jet tub and fire place . It was amazing , the beds were super comfortable slept like a baby . It was quiet ! Kid friendly , the pool was amazing my kids loved the water slide . And I loved the two hot tubs! They were even passing out popsicles at the pool for the kids . Such a great place to stay with your kids ! The ONLY NEGATIVE thing I have to say is the little money scheme they try to sucker you into at the front desk when you check in . Don’t do it ! We were told it was just a 2 hour tour of the property and we would receive 2 flight tickets and two night stay at a hotel in Vegas . Then said for just answering our phone to confirm our tour we would get a $100 visa gift card . We did answer phone and confirmed but never received our gift card . And then when we got there for our tour , we then shortly found out it wasn’t a tour they were trying to get us to buy a time share . We were never told it was about time shares . I got pissed and left . They lie just to get you in there to sell you stuff .

Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution.

Checking in the front desk girl was not good at all!! Acted mad and resentful Did not explain things very well acted like we were bothering her to be there. Checked a very frustrated at us and it wasn’t anything we did it. I think she’s just in a bad mood and took it out on us.

We're required to speak with the concierge for a parking pass which was really a sales pitch to participate in a 2 hour meeting to join the club. The facility was under construction which was not stated when booking. We were told there was ice in our unit, there was not and the bucket was dirty. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. However, that was not enough to make up for the rude and disinterested staff at check-in, the lack of a functioning pool (despite being told it would be open up until and after check-in), and the lack of compensation for the pool not being available. My biggest issue with the property, however, came after check-out. I accidentally left a small Bluetooth speaker in our room. Despite telling them this the same day I checked out, they were incredibly disinterested in helping me get my belongings returned to me. They begrudgingly claimed to have someone go check the room and then simply pushed me off onto an online form. Once filled out, they didn't call back to check and see if the situation was remedied. They *did* call to try and sell me their timeshare. It was undeniable where their priorities were. I would not recommend this property for anyone to stay at. Rooms and resorts are a dime a dozen in Branson. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. However, that was not enough to make up for the rude and disinterested staff at check-in, the lack of a functioning pool (despite being told it would be open up until and after check-in), and the lack of compensation for the pool not being available. My biggest issue with the property, however, came after check-out. I accidentally left a small Bluetooth speaker in our room. Despite telling them this the same day I checked out, they were incredibly disinterested in helping me get my belongings returned to me. They begrudgingly claimed to have someone go check the room and then simply pushed me off onto an online form. Once filled out, they didn't call back to check and see if the situation was remedied. They *did* call to try and sell me their timeshare. It was undeniable where their priorities were. I would not recommend this property for anyone to stay at. Rooms and resorts are a dime a dozen in Branson. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere where the employees value you, your satisfaction, and your comfort level should you actually need their assistance with something rather than just you as a possible new fish on the hook for their timeshare.

Quiet location yet close to Branson attractions. Nice treat is the water park open year round with heated water and hot tub inside and outside. Rooms are fantastic, spacious, full kitchen and bathroom that you can play football in-so big. Its fantastic for extended stays .

The staff was verry pleasant. The property is well maintained and very clean. I enjoy walking in the morning before the heat and stopping by the turtle pond. Unfortunately when we stayed the pools were not open and it was very hot. I would definitely recommend this property and I will return when they open the pools. Very family friendly, but also quiet if your looking for peaceful. The beds were very comfortable and the King one bedroom suite was very large. Grocery and liquor store nearby. Downtown area is a 15 minute drive.

Away from traffic. Beautifully furnished unit. The property is lovely - well-maintained with large green spaces. Nice fitness center. Spacious pool area. Most comfortable bed we have ever slept on. Very nice staff. We hope to be back!

Stayed at property during the holidays. They were able to put our families in the same building close to the pool and hot tub. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend the property for anyone visiting Branson and Silver Dollar City. Awesome lights at Silver Dollar City. You will need a car to get to Branson and Siver Dollar.

We had a wonderful stay. It was the getaway we needed. Nice quiet area, super friendly staff, pool, hot tub & water slide were greatly enjoyed. Comfortable bed, beautiful, relaxing views from back patio with comfortable seating. Smores were served & hot cocoa! Game room tons of fun! Only needed a little convenience store but that was only .5 miles away. Do wish they had elevator or ramp to upper level.

I was extremely surprised when we arrived at the property, based on the pictures, I expected more of a resort atmosphere. Instead, I felt like an apartment complex. It felt old and a bit run down. Our room was nice, but again, older. We had a patio with chairs, but the view was of power lines. The “resort” had a pool and gym, but no food, drinks, etc. The kicker was when I went to take a bath in the big tub and found a bunch of hair. Yuck! It appears they are remodeling, so hopefully it’ll improve in the future.

It was an OK stay, but with poor follow through. I was refused a paper statement upon checkout and told it would be sent to my email. A week later I am still waiting for their follow through. I like a statement upon checkout to check the accuracy of the charges. Absolutely no food service, or even a pantry, on the property. Confusing signage.

Property was under construction and we were unaware of this before visiting. They closed the pool which gave us no access to the activity room. There was one path but was unsafe due to construction debris. Overall the room was really nice but that was the only plus. The pool closed due to lightning and even when the storm passed it remained close. The photo of the game room was inaccurate. There were no good places to eat near by, no apps that would deliver and a lot of places are closed on Sundays. We paid more than double due the resort amenities but didn’t get to utilize them so that was the disappointment.
