Indoor & outdoor hot tubs. Indoor/outdoor pool w/ waterslide. Anastasia in the activities room was great! We had a blast in the escape room & making caramel apples & friendship bracelets. The rooms were gorgeous, spacious & cozy! Loved the fireplaces & balcony. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook & have meals. Great vacation!!!!

I had a great experience at the Hyatt Lodge in Branson. Staff and communication about the pools being under renovation was excellent. The Villa I choose was beyond my expectation, very clean and provided all of the supplies needed for a wonderful experience. I highly recommend and will definitely stay here the next time I'm in Branson.

This property was amazing! From the pool and hot tube to the escape room and beautiful room everything was great! It was easy to text the front desk when we needed something which was super nice and even though they were working on the property construction never interrupted our stay. The only thing that we though could improve was that you had to walk from the rooms to the pool and YouTube area (no parking down there) and the walk ways were not lit very well.

checked and went straight to the pool! Gorgeous condo and had a blast swimming and sliding! The staff out on music, ice cream and smores! Fireplace in our condos takes the cake! Clean and beautiful

Great property but main reason we rented it was for the nice Indoor pool which was closed for renovation. Would stay again just wish pool was advertised as closed.

The hotel was amazing, very clean, and everyone was helpful! Our little one loved that they did s’mores every night at the same time. The only downside was their pool was shut down due to storm damage but the hotel did make it right with us.

We had a full kitchen with all the supplies we needed. Washer and drier in room. Fireplace in the living room with couch that turned inti a bed. Separate bedroom and sitting area with a fireplace. Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. Our own balcony with doors leading to it from living room AND bedroom. It was great. It was like our own little apartment!! Seemed like they had cool amenities for entertainment as well. We just never tried them out. Indoor pool and hotub. We thought about trying out but was a little chilly.

Nice condo like stay with deep jet tub, sliding doors to modern bathroom. Washer, dryer in unit. 2 tvs. Sofa bed very uncomfortable but no other issues. Nice balcony view. Friendly workers. Awesome free escape room, pool table, checkers, family activities free or $. Location a bit away from downtown but fine. Wish pool was warmer but it was big and had a slide. Grounds well maintained.

The place was huge with a room that separated the living area from the bedroom. The place was clean except for the sleeper sofa which had stains on the mattress and sheets. There place appeared to have at lot not working. The vending space in the lobby only had water! The pool is not working when we went which was advertised but we overlooked. Anyways the price is way too high for what was offered. Might be worth it when the pool is working. Not currently. Last minute trip so it was not awful. Clean and spacious. Pricey for sure.

Would not recommend. No housekeeping. Bedbugs in the couch and I got bitten a half dozen times and my arm swelled up like a balloon. Tub wouldn’t drain. Towels were hidden in the weirdest place. Not great front desk communication. All three of my in shower bottles were empty, (see above no housekeeping). Body wash, shampoo and conditioner. First shower was interesting for sure. Apparently they couldn’t find any to bring me either because I got three bottles of lotion. Umm ok? Will not stay again, zero stars don’t recommend.

The unit itself was very nice, clean, adequately furnished, and just as pictured - very nice. However, the housekeeping staff would leave bags of laundry and trash outside of units over night. We contacted the front desk to remove bags of stuff outside our front door after it sat there over 5 hours in the evening after check in. Other units had a smaller bag outside over night as it was visible when you came out in the morning. This appearance detracted from the overall unit and stay.

I loved the size of the room and it was spotless! Room looked exactly like pictures with large patio, sunken bath tub, huge bathroom and fireplace! We had a few minor issues (ice maker wasn’t working and toilet was running) Gavin from maintenance was quick and polite. Rizza at front desk was helpful (pools were closed) we requested to waive resort fee. The bed was super comfy and shower spacious. About 15-20 min drive into attractions but worth it to us. I would recommend!

The space was amazing and we were all very comfortable. My friend on a special diet truly appreciated having the full kitchen. We were a little surprised at how thin the walls were. We were able to hear a baby crying in another room as if they were in our suite.

This was a great place to stay for our quick trip to see Queen Esther. We are already planning a longer stay at this property in September of next year when we come to see King David at the Sight and Sound Theater. We had a 1 bedroom villa with a full kitchen. The property exceeded our expectations.

Location was good. The room had limited views and was on a basement level facing a brick wall. It was noisy as the people in the room above us kept jumping on the floor. It really wasn’t worth the money we paid. I’d check out other locations next time we visit Branson.

This place was awesome , we got the villa with the jet tub and fire place . It was amazing , the beds were super comfortable slept like a baby . It was quiet ! Kid friendly , the pool was amazing my kids loved the water slide . And I loved the two hot tubs! They were even passing out popsicles at the pool for the kids . Such a great place to stay with your kids ! The ONLY NEGATIVE thing I have to say is the little money scheme they try to sucker you into at the front desk when you check in . Don’t do it ! We were told it was just a 2 hour tour of the property and we would receive 2 flight tickets and two night stay at a hotel in Vegas . Then said for just answering our phone to confirm our tour we would get a $100 visa gift card . We did answer phone and confirmed but never received our gift card . And then when we got there for our tour , we then shortly found out it wasn’t a tour they were trying to get us to buy a time share . We were never told it was about time shares . I got pissed and left . They lie just to get you in there to sell you stuff .

Timber Ridge is one of my favorite places to stay when I visit Branson. Very well maintained property. The only downside. The timeshare sales pitch when you check-in to get a "parking pass".

Charity the lady at the front desk was so rude to me and to my sister in law. She definitely should not be in hospitality. I had a funny feeling she would not follow through on a simple request I made and sure enough nope. The lady that let me know said Charity is often like that. That statement told me everything. The facility looked like housing projects but was nice on the inside.

The staff were great. They called ahead to communicate how to check in since they have some construction going on. We loved our room. Lots of space and everything you need for a week away. The pool is nice and the water slide is always fun. We enjoyed the s’mores poolside also. The escape room was a great way to spend an afternoon. The activities staff were helpful and friendly.

The room itself was spacious and comfortable. However, that was not enough to make up for the rude and disinterested staff at check-in, the lack of a functioning pool (despite being told it would be open up until and after check-in), and the lack of compensation for the pool not being available. My biggest issue with the property, however, came after check-out. I accidentally left a small Bluetooth speaker in our room. Despite telling them this the same day I checked out, they were incredibly disinterested in helping me get my belongings returned to me. They begrudgingly claimed to have someone go check the room and then simply pushed me off onto an online form. Once filled out, they didn't call back to check and see if the situation was remedied. They *did* call to try and sell me their timeshare. It was undeniable where their priorities were. I would not recommend this property for anyone to stay at. Rooms and resorts are a dime a dozen in Branson. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere where the employees value you, your satisfaction, and your comfort level should you actually need their assistance with something rather than just you as a possible new fish on the hook for their timeshare.

More Lighting ,markings and signage is needed . Room and Grounds were VERY clean . Staff were friendly . Property was older ,but appeared well maintained . Location was "off the busy path" ,Quiet and dark . Distance to Dining and Activities was very reasonable ,15-20 minutes. Pricing was high ,compared to many other sites. We would visit again .

Stayed at property during the holidays. They were able to put our families in the same building close to the pool and hot tub. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend the property for anyone visiting Branson and Silver Dollar City. Awesome lights at Silver Dollar City. You will need a car to get to Branson and Siver Dollar.

Felt secluded! It was nice to "get away" from the business of Branson, while still being close to all the hot spots. Rooms are spacious. Very fun indoor pool! I usually am affected by the chlorine at indoor pools, even if I am not swimming. At this location, my eyes did not burn al all! Everything was well ventilated. I would definitely recommend staying here. There was some construction happening, but it didn't bother us or hinder our trip. We ended up extending our stay due to a snow storm. The hotel was very accommodating in getting us a different room. We had a lovely time.

I was extremely surprised when we arrived at the property, based on the pictures, I expected more of a resort atmosphere. Instead, I felt like an apartment complex. It felt old and a bit run down. Our room was nice, but again, older. We had a patio with chairs, but the view was of power lines. The “resort” had a pool and gym, but no food, drinks, etc. The kicker was when I went to take a bath in the big tub and found a bunch of hair. Yuck! It appears they are remodeling, so hopefully it’ll improve in the future.

It was an OK stay, but with poor follow through. I was refused a paper statement upon checkout and told it would be sent to my email. A week later I am still waiting for their follow through. I like a statement upon checkout to check the accuracy of the charges. Absolutely no food service, or even a pantry, on the property. Confusing signage.

The accommodations are nice enough (although decor needs some updating in several areas), this is NOT the place to take a family as most of the amenities they advertise are no longer available. Both the indoor waterpark and outdoor pool and hot tub are not operational at this time, the mini-golf course has been removed, there is no available restaurant on the property and no gathering area for breakfast or coffee. The activities are limited and not worth the additional cost and the pull out sofa beds are the worst. Just know before you go.

Fully equipped kitchen, very clean. Best shower ever! We wish we had known it was under construction, we were excited to enjoy the hot tub, but couldn’t. The air conditioning unit often made a loud, annoying noise in the ceiling, which woke us up several times. Also, you can hear the people in the room next to yours if you’re in the kitchen, because of the adjoining doors. We actually had to switch rooms because of how loud they were. They did that for us with grace and apologies, so we appreciated knowing the staff truly cares about guest comfort. Overall, we would stay here again, but call first to make sure all amenities are working and available because it was an expensive stay. We did alert the front desk about the HVAC noise in the ceiling. Hopefully they fix it so it doesn’t bother the next guest. Loved the lattes and freshly brewed coffee every morning, which we enjoyed on our large beautiful balcony.
