Hele mooi, schone kamer. Het voelde meer als een appartement. Prachtig ingericht. Heel ‘aards’ Mooi zithoekje, heerlijke koffie op de kamer en een fantastisch bed!!! Prachtig uitzicht! Je voelt de verbinding met de natuur. Leuk die kipjes die op het terrein rondlopen. Het was wel wat koud. M.n. op de douche. Er hangt een invertor op de slaapkamer maar die verwarmt het zitgedeelte en badkamer/ wc niet. Wij hebben ook gebruik gemaakt van het restaurant. Heerlijk gedineerd en ontbeten. Leuk restaurant, sfeervol ingericht, prachtig terras buiten!!! Genoeg parkeerplek. Prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Vriendelijk personeel.

It’s a bit like a tiny house, connected in a row of about 10 tiny houses. The view of horses running in the meadow was beautiful. I was glad I realized on time that check in was possible only until 9 pm. Breakfast starts at 9 am. It’s served quickly and was good (if a bit pricey).

Pleasant room in a quiet location, the hotel part is a separate building and contains of 10 rooms in a row. Walk from the main building/restaurant is only a 1 minute walk and there is a gate that will open with your room key to keep the uninvited guests out. Room itself was fine, shower was great (but makes a bit of a water mess in the bathroom) and beds were okay, although on the narrow side and it's 2 double beds instead of a queen or king size one. Improvement suggestions: some extra pillows so you can sit up in bed comfortably while watching tellie for instance and more light in the front area of the room are welcome. Overall, it's a good accommodation to stay at for a decent price, we were able to extend our stay from the original booked 2 nights to 3 (and at the same rate).

Leuke mini appartmentjes met alle voorzieningen. Aan voorzijde is de autoweg te horen, maar achterzijde waar je slaapt is het rustig. Restaurant op loopafstand en voldoende keuze. Parkeren is erg gemakkelijk en practisch voor de deur.

A beautiful farmhouse, like feeling spot, just south of the city of Utrecht which we are glad we did not stay in. There are only 10 cabin like sweets on this property along with the beautiful restaurant. Both restaurant and hotel cabins are architecturally and designed very pleasing. The highlight though is the view out of the bedroom and the living area animals all around green and canals both front and behind the property highly recommend if you are driving especially since free parking is a rare commodity in these areas.

This is a beautiful place out in the countryside, close to the motorway and with plenty of parking. The restaurant was spacious and the food and service excellent. Everybody was very friendly. We were there for 4 days and were calling it home after 2 days. The rooms are large and comfortable (chalets about 70 yards from reception). They back on to a narrow canal and the land on the other side belongs to a horse farm. There’s about 40 yearlings galloping around. Graceful and inspiring, it’s a privilege to watch these beautiful animals develop.

Agréable surprise dans ce restaurant niché au calme. On bénéficie d'une vue "verte" dégagée. Une très bonne literie et une chambre spacieuse. Le parking est aisé et gratuit. Rapport qualité/prix top: à conseiller si vous envisager une visite d'Utrecht.

The view and location are great. The rooms seemed not finished after construction with concrete walls and ceilings. Sound and noise was very much, literally all the words neighbours said were hearable. It also looked like there was leakage from looking at the water marks on the walls.

The view is out of this world and worth booking just for that! So peaceful, and waking up to horses accords the water was just beautiful. Very stylish accommodation and an excellent breakfast. Do not hesitate to book here

The view from the rooms is amazing. The staff is welcoming and easy to communicate with, the parking is free. I didn't like that there is no place to store the luggage and only a ceiling light at the living room. but those are minor things. Overall our stay was amazing

Ik vind het een fantastische accommodatie, personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamers heel mooi en schoon. Een paar aandachtspunten: 1.leg een mat binnen in de hotelkamer. Het regende flink en dan loop je met je natte schoenen over de mooie vloer. Jammer. 2. Ontbijten kan niet voor 8 uur, uitchecken aan de balie ook niet.(ik moesten een rekening hebben om te declareren). Had hier al de vorige avond om gevraagd, maar dat ging pas bij het uitchecken. Ik moest om 8 uur weg en wilde graag ontbijten maar dat was niet mogelijk, restaurant ging pas om 8 uur open.

A beautiful farmhouse, like feeling spot, just south of the city of Utrecht which we are glad we did not stay in. There are only 10 cabin like sweets on this property along with the beautiful restaurant. Both restaurant and hotel cabins are architecturally and designed very pleasing. The highlight though is the view out of the bedroom and the living area animals all around green and canals both front and behind the property highly recommend if you are driving especially since free parking is a rare commodity in these areas.

This is a beautiful place out in the countryside, close to the motorway and with plenty of parking. The restaurant was spacious and the food and service excellent. Everybody was very friendly. We were there for 4 days and were calling it home after 2 days. The rooms are large and comfortable (chalets about 70 yards from reception). They back on to a narrow canal and the land on the other side belongs to a horse farm. There’s about 40 yearlings galloping around. Graceful and inspiring, it’s a privilege to watch these beautiful animals develop.

Unterkunft liegt sehr schön und bietet eine tolle Aussicht auf das Grüne. Zimmer sind in gutem modernen Zustand. Leider ist es bei kalten Temperaturen etwas Luftdurchlässig an den Fenstern. Alles in allem ist die Unterkunft zu empfehlen. Personal ist auch sehr nett und freundlich.

Hele mooi, schone kamer. Het voelde meer als een appartement. Prachtig ingericht. Heel ‘aards’ Mooi zithoekje, heerlijke koffie op de kamer en een fantastisch bed!!! Prachtig uitzicht! Je voelt de verbinding met de natuur. Leuk die kipjes die op het terrein rondlopen. Het was wel wat koud. M.n. op de douche. Er hangt een invertor op de slaapkamer maar die verwarmt het zitgedeelte en badkamer/ wc niet. Wij hebben ook gebruik gemaakt van het restaurant. Heerlijk gedineerd en ontbeten. Leuk restaurant, sfeervol ingericht, prachtig terras buiten!!! Genoeg parkeerplek. Prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Vriendelijk personeel.

It’s a bit like a tiny house, connected in a row of about 10 tiny houses. The view of horses running in the meadow was beautiful. I was glad I realized on time that check in was possible only until 9 pm. Breakfast starts at 9 am. It’s served quickly and was good (if a bit pricey).

The view is out of this world and worth booking just for that! So peaceful, and waking up to horses accords the water was just beautiful. Very stylish accommodation and an excellent breakfast. Do not hesitate to book here

The view and location are great. The rooms seemed not finished after construction with concrete walls and ceilings. Sound and noise was very much, literally all the words neighbours said were hearable. It also looked like there was leakage from looking at the water marks on the walls.

The view from the rooms is amazing. The staff is welcoming and easy to communicate with, the parking is free. I didn't like that there is no place to store the luggage and only a ceiling light at the living room. but those are minor things. Overall our stay was amazing
