The staff was very friendly. Very clean and comfortable room. The breakfast was amazing! Beautiful property.

Staff responded immediately to any concerns. The bar was well stocked and had attentive staff, as well as the breakfast restaurant. The pool area is beautiful, but we didnt use because if our schedule.

Staff were terrific, from front desk at check-in, to restaurant for dinner, to restaurant for breakfast, to front desk at checkout. All were gracious and helpful. Lobby/public areas were aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. Pool area was fabulous. Room was clean and well-appointed. Food was outstanding! This is a proper hotel! We’ll be back next week on the return leg of a road trip, and we can’t wait. In future, I can see Hotel Encanto being the reason for us to come to Las Cruces.
