It was just okay..the Wifi was not working..no coffee in the room..but had a coffee maker. The toilet was not good..there was no ice..told to go across the street to circle k to get some..no breakfast..said there was going to be..And no sundries.. No extra toilet paper..just less than half a roll.. No kleenex..and the swimming pool was empty..my first time so disappointed...

DO NOT STAY HERE. This is an older hotel that has not been updated in a long time. There is no elevator, so you have to haul your luggage to the upper floors. The carpets are horribly stained, the bathroom grout moldy, and the pool horribly green. Their IS an air of "old grandeur" to the place, and would be incredible if the money was spent to update. Will not stay here again.

It looked abandoned, under construction, poor breakfast, back broken door latch that we had to prop open or we were locked outside. No ice machine, no pool, moldy curtains in room, as we drove around in the morning my husband saw 2 men climbing out of a room window. Did not feel safe. Desk staff was very nice at check in

The hotel is in disrepair, and is dirty. Vagrants loitering around lobby andnparking area. Pool is surrounded by dirt, not sure if there was any water in it. Staff is disgruntled.

The room was clean, no Kleenex in bathroom, window drapes needed replaced, tv wouldn't work, and there was no refrigerator. Generally run down condition. Girl at front desk was sweet and helpful. Breakfast 2nd morning was inadequate, no juice or milk, no biscuit and syrup wouldn't dispense. Pool was 'out of order'. Side door left open all night, heard someone at my door at 1:47am, called front desk but no answer. Only 2 ice machines a mile apart. Had the beds not been clean and the a/c cold I'd not have stayed 2nd night. Would not rebook nor recommend this facility as it needs lots of upgrade.

Condition of this hotel is horrible. Totally unsafe. Doors to the sides are unlocked, the card reader doesn’t work so anyone could come in. It smelled like weed and was dirty. Had my mother in law which is on medication and my kids. Totally not family friendly. Pool was green and dirty.

This is the first hotel I have ever walked out on after only 15 minutes after check-in. It was so disgusting. The place looked filthy and like it hadn't been vacuumed or dusted or cleaned in a long time. And the guy checking us in was laying on the couch playing on his phone. It was clear he didn't give a two poops. On the second floor there were chicken feathers everywhere like someone had chased a chicken through the entire second floor or had a major pillow fight. There were dried boogers, juice stains, random strands of hair, andlittle red spots on the sheets. The curtain was half torn down with gross sticky metal tape stuck to it. The window looked like it had been from the 1960s. I opened it a little bit and there's no screen so it's easy for a child to fall right out the damn window. Then I couldn't shut the window because it was stuck. There was a hole in the wall in the hallway with electrical wires hanging out. The carpets were so filthy. On the stairwell up to the second floor the lights were flickering like I was in some sort of horror movie. It was hot and no air conditioning. I was afraid of getting bedbugs. When I tried to open the door with the key he gave me, it didn't work so I had to go down to the front desk and let him know that it didn't work and he said that sometimes you have to flip it over and turn it around to get it to work. Horrible. I walked out and found a different hotel.

Rooms were dirty... carpets stained... Toenail clipper and shavings on the floor when I walked in stained beds and floors... with dogs barking next door all night....this was the second room because the first room offered was ghastly....First room the complete toilet bowl was stained brown.... with the thermostat hanging off the wall with wires exposed... Asked for room to be cleaned while I left didn’t get done.... honestly would never stay there again and wouldn’t recommend it....

Front desk agents clearly overworked, rooms not clean because of staffing issues (according to front desk.) Broken windows, stained carpets, mold in bathroom, security lock broken on room door. Breakfast not provided even though it’s advertised was told they didn’t have staff or money for providing breakfast. Terrible place to stay . The grounds around the hotel are also not maintained, trash and weeds throughout. Disgusting

If I could do zero would do it. Worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life. I chose La Quinta when traveling with my dogs because is pet friendly and usually the rooms are clean. But this hotel seriously I was considering leaving but I got there at 11pm and was planning to leave at 5am. 1. Hotel is so old, lobby dirty 2. Room- NO toilet paper, dirty, I was disgusted that were pubic hairs in the sink and inside the covers on the bed were hairs as well. 3. Bathroom dirty and the towels had a bunch of stains I had to sleep on my clothes and on top of the covers and decided not taking a shower.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Exterior and interior is gross, my room smelt terrible, carpet was sticky and I never took my shoes off, mold in the bathroom, night staff was curt when checking in (morning staff was much nicer), breakfast was very bare, and the location was very unsettling at night. This place needs serious help to do a 180 or shut down

Aboslutely filthy from the entrance to the room. Used shampoo/conditiner bottles in bathroom, no tv remote, horribly disgusting and stained carpets throughout room and lobby with trash, leaves, and cigarette butts. Hardly anyone at the desk. Avoid this property at all costs!

Bedding had stains. Outside of hotel needs maintenance. No internet or tv access. Check in staff was very friendly. Shower was not used due to dirtiness. Plumbing for toilet needs updated. Toilet very slow to flush and refill tank. AC in room worked well, but filter was dirty and caused stuffiness from allergens.

They first put us in a room w/o A/C and w/o a TV. After going around looking for another room they offered me a refund. Since it was too late, I practically begged them to unlock a room that had the security door lock stuck. A staff member came and unlocked it. Two employees, tried their best, it's just the condition of the hotel that leaves a lot to be desired.

I was fearful for my life, drug deals going on in the parking lot, hotel was VERY dirty and smelly, no TV, no wi-fi and hot. Rooms had broken doors, like someone broke into them. Best to tear it down. Will be contacting Wyndham about this, should be ashamed to have their name on this site. Checked out and went across the street.

What Didn't I like Was That The TV In My Room Wasn't Working The Cable Channels Weren't Coming On It Was Frustrating Cuz Even Tho i Had Gotten The Room Kinda Late All I Wanted To Do Was Jus Lay Down An Watch TV So I Went to The Front desk To See If There Was Something we can do but there was noone i waited 10mins an went back to my room i endded up connecting the tv to the internet so i was able to watch Netflix but then the remote wasnt working an neither was the volume so i went back to the front again an nobody still so i just called it a night. I think it maybe time for new tvs or something cuz this isnt the first rime ive had problems with the tvs there. Thank you for your time other then that i had a great stay.

I never checked in. Arrived 9:00pm. They did not have rooms ready. I waited until 11:00pm in the lobby with many others who were also waiting. Seemed like a desperate situation for the hotel clerk. While I waited I was working with Hotels.com customer service and with the hotel clerk to cancel and take the pressure off the poor girl. Hotels.com customer service talked by phone with front desk. Front desk told me after talking with Hotels.com rep that she could not cancel even if she wanted to because of the Hotel.com policy. Total disconnect in communication between front desk and Hotel.com rep. I finally left at 11:00. Looked hopeless and no one should have to wait 2 hours to check in. On top of that no refund. I will never prepay again. Learned lesson.

The night reception is was never there. I waited for 45 minutes, but he or she never showed up. There was another guest as well that waited about an hour and a half. Both of us contacted the number provided in our Reservations. They operators try to help but couldn’t do anything about it. I will be contacting guest services to formally complaint and obtain my refund.

Carlos at front desk was amazing. He also moved us to another room, after letting him about the television in room. Building was very cold, when walking the hallway. Breakfast area was very cold also. Our last day, no coffee, no cups and still cold in area. We had visited with this location many times,it was never this bad. Can't forget they homeless come in and loading with breakfast. All in all, i was not happy with my stay.

The young man and woman at the front desk went out of their way to apologize for no Wi-Fi, no TV and the overall dilapidated condition of this property. I could not fault them for maintenance issues beyond their control, except for the older gentleman at the computer who I assume was the owner or general manager. He was the most unwelcoming individual I've encountered in quite a while. The room was missing a lamp that had been taken off the wall and I don't want to speculate as to what was splattered all over the walls. I've had better accommodations in third- world countries. If this is typical Wyndham property condition, we'll cross the Wyndham group off the list and stick with the Choice Hotels group for the rest of the trip.

I prepaid for my room, and when I got there at 10pm, they didn’t have a room ready. After a long day of travel, I just want to sleep in a room that I already reserved and paid for ahead of time, but instead I had to sit in the lobby and wait 30 min for my room to be ready.

Total nightmare.Took an hour and a half to check in. The lobby was packed with multiple guests trying to check in. Only one clerk working the desk. I was finally able to check in and had to walk half way around the building to get to my room because the key reader on the outside of the bldg was missing with just a bunch of wires sticking out. I was given the key to a room that was already occupied and had another guests belongings inside. Had to get a key to another room after waiting an additional 15 minutes. No towels or shower curtain in my room. Was finally given a stack of torn and stained bath mats to use as towels. Housekeeping woke us up at 2 am knocking on our door and several others next to us. The whole place is super shabby, with torn and stained carpet in the hallways and rooms. Stayed only because it was literally the only room still available in the area as multiple events were taking place that weekend and I had already prepaid the room. Literally the worst hotel experience I’ve had. 10 out 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Hotel was on rundown side of town. Poorer quality than what you'd think of Motel 6. Homeless lingering around at night, signs of vandalism (rock through window), no security. No A/C (after suffering no A/C in room after 90+degree day, clerk at check-out said A/C was out in many rooms, worked in some - she was running to each room trying to figure out what worked), bathroom fixtures were terribly stained and patched, very little toilet paper (but half-used kleenex box if we ran out), carpet felt dirty to bare feet. Overall disgusting feeling.

The staff was helpful when i showed up, however they appeared stressed by the AC not working in the building. It worked in the room, but it wasn't adjustable, so i felt 60⁰ all night. When i got up for breakfast at 9, all that was left was undercooked hashbrowns and 2 slices of bread left. Juice wasn't ever available. One ice machine in the whole building? Soap was given out extremely sparingly.

The fitness center was closed for no apparent reason. One of two rooms did not have a shower curtain. The other bathtub had silted, brown water coming out. There was no coffee service and there was no complimentary breakfast as stated for amenities and services. The deadbolt on the entry was broken.

Check in/out was very easy and fast. I did like being able to park right outside my room so I could see my car, and the doors to the separate buildings require swiping your key card for entry. The carpet was very worn, and the smell was not good. My shower head did not function. My room was mostly clean, but I did have to wipe some strange red stains from light switches and doorknobs. Breakfast consisted of frozen solid blueberry muffins, orange juice, and grape juice.

I liked La Quinta hotels before visited this one! It always was good balance between not expensive prices and quality. Room was not very old and pretty clean. But waited front desk manager around 15 minutes, he came back and continued private talk by phone without any attention to new guests, who waited him. Waiting area was dirty. But biggest surprise waited me in morning - that ugly “breakfast” (on a pics) - I even couldn’t get a coffee and had to go to McDonald near((( for the same money plenty other hotels around!!! Stay away from this one!

Everything was ok except the breakfast service. When I checked in the desk clerk told me breakfast was served from 6 am to 9 am. The next morning I went down for breakfast at 7:00 am and the breakfast had already been shut down. I asked the clerk about it and she said she could go in the kitchen and make some more waffle batter and eggs and sausage. I waited for that and when she brought out the waffle batter I discovered the grill had been turned off and I'd have to wait til it heated up again. When I looked for plates to put the waffles on I was told they were out of them. I finally left without eating breakfast. Terrible service!
