Stayed 5 nights

We stayed 5 nights here as a conclusion of a 3 week journey in Indonesia and we simply loved it! Every single staff member was so nice and seemed to genuinely care, always greeting us with a big smile and we enjoyed our countless talks throughout the day. Then there’s the attention to detail: from the beautiful flower display in our room when we arrived, to daily, immaculate housekeeping (even with an extra housekeeping check up in the evening or imagine coming home with your sheets drawn aside and the complimentary slippers carefully placed on each side , to the general facilities, to food, drinks and services provided. We had a very nice dinner at the Clover cafe but the breakfast was the best we’d had on our entire trip. Don’t miss out on the Mango banana smoothie bowl with homemade granola! Loved that breakfast was a à la carte (except fruit and juice). Pool was also great. Plenty of towels and loungechairs - perfect for a timeout between visits to the city center. Free shuttle was a great addition although also easy to get rides on Grab (walking into town is possible but tricky due to the crazy traffic and poor road conditions - ok in daytime but don’t do it after dark). Thank you again, we can only give Hava our warmest recommendations!

Lovely and welcoming staff, great location - about a 20min walk into central Ubud - but away from all of the noise, and great amenities. The pool area was often quiet and so plenty of space to relax after a day exploring. We received a free upgrade on arrival too, which was very welcome and appreciated.

A lovely oasis in Ubud. If you planned to stay onsite and just relax, it's great. There is a gorgeous pool and a spa where you can get massages. I didn't feel great about walking on the streets immediately off site. Not because it was sketchy, but there was a lot of traffic and no space to walk. Sometimes you had to walk on the road and I'm a terrified American that didn't want to be taken out by fast moving vehicles. I feel that's reasonable. The actual hotel was amazing though. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Rooms were comfortable and beautiful. You were provided a basket of tropical fruits daily in the room. Breakfast was included and abundant options available. On top of that, you had tea time in the afternoon. When you did want to go on an excursion, you can catch one of their shuttles that drop you off along a path that included city center and the monkey forest. I didn't partake in the other activities offered, but definitely look into things they offer for free. I changes daily I believe. If I ever returned to Ubud, I would not hesitate to come back here.
