Stayed 1 night

The property was suitable for our one night stay although the stairs to the first floor were very steep and unsuitable for my wife and I but luckily there was a double bedroom downstairs. There was no corkscrew so we had to go to a pub nearby and buy a bottle of wine with a screw top for £14!! A shortage of toilet rolls on ground floor. There was no washing up liquid. The key box was hard to find and difficult to operate at such a low level.

Stayed 2 nights

Communication from Stayz was non existent before arrival, not even answering my email queries. I finally had to phone the owner directly to find out where to park, how to access the property etc. He was very helpful, but Stayz communication was more than disappointing. The house was freshly renovated and very clean. The stairs were typical of a Manchester terrace house (ie. VERY steep) which would be worth mentioning in the listing. The downstairs bedroom and shower room were ideal for my elderly Mum (which was why we chose this property above others)
