Quite a small carpark considering the size of the hotel! And you have to pay £12 for the privilege to park! Quick check in and for some reason you have to show them photo ID, so I showed my work one which has a photo but they wanted to see my driving license! Surely an email confirmation as I booked the room and said my name is enough?? Not many hotels do this but it bugs the hell out of me when they do as it's personal info on it! 4 lifts to all the floors. The room was spacious and well decorated. The shower room was a good size too. Bed super comfortable Wifi excellent Shower hot and powerful Mini fridge in the room A fantastic view over London! Breakfast not included but could be added if wanted. Location close to Heathrow airport and lots of Indian restaurants!!! Would stay here again if it's a good price.

The hotel was fine to stay for one night . Staff were friendly and the room was good for one night . Parking was not great car park very small and busy . The dining room for dinner felt like a school canteen. Menu was limited and food served was poor . The bar had no atmosphere some soft music would have helped and it was a small area . I have stayed In a few of the hotels along the bathe road area and have to say this has been my least favourite

The hotel is clean bright and friendly. Inside the planes fly over quietly thanks to excellent double glazing. The bar shut early, not a big issue as the black bull is just over the road. The car park only has 30+ spaces if you ask it is first come basis. These are just small points definitely look to stay here again, only a short distance from M25.

My stay was fine had no problem. My only and the biggest problem was the parking. It says parking available but the parking does not belong to hotel and they take 12£ per day. I think this is not something you can forget to mention. I think it’s clearly manipulating the price. If you are booking a place from here just add 12£ per day if you are coming with a car.

Nice rooms, very clean and modern. You have to pay for parking, which is annoying but not a deal breaker. The guy at the front desk didn't offer to accept payment for the parking, so as far as I could tell, I had to go on the website posted on the sign and pay... which was a nightmare. The parking sign said you have to pay within 20 mins of arrival, and I spent a stressful hour trying to make the online process work (complicated by the fact that when I tried to download the app, it said it wasnt available in my country). After nearly losing my crap because the website and call in option weren't working, and the app wasn't available (and I am tech savvy), I went down to the front desk to complain and they said they could accept payment there (12 GBP), which should have been mentioned at check in. They asked if I had a vehicle at check in, I said yes, and then I guess he forgot about it. Overall, a nice hotel, and surprisingly quiet given the proximity to the airport. But the parking situation sucks.

Parking is a bit of a lottery and doesn't give the Hotel a good look trying to get around the large bins around the grounds. I had a luxurious room but not so luxurious, only had two small towels, USB connection did not work, and the room was very warm and couldn't turn down the air con. Shower was great and plenty of hot water

Room was very clean and had everything I needed. Staff was friendly. There’s not really a gym. Just a few treadmills in the basement and it’s stuffy down there. Only commenting on this because I was excited to workout in between flights. Near Heathrow but not on the hotel strip. About $30 to airport.

Bath had hair in the tub. Rubbish under bed. Stayed for 3 nights i requested extra pilows as never received them even after going to reception twice. Never anyone serving at the bar. You always need to seek them out to purchase drink. Breakfast is rather expensive considering the lack of choice. Yet again no one is waitng there to seat you or take payments. The food quality is very poor. And the juice tasted watered down.

3 travel buddies staying 2 nights before flying out of Heathrow. We required 3 beds in one room which the hotel accommodated. It was a bit tight, but we were only there to sleep. The beds were comfortable, the room was spotless, and our request for extra towels & a pillow was answered within a reasonable time frame. My only complaint is that the towels are thin and small! No face cloths. I would suggest the hotel invest in large fluffy bath sheets as well as face cloths - that would really put the 'grand' in Park Grand Heathrow! Onsite restaurant had a fabulous breakfast (for a fee) as well as a pretty good menu for supper. Would I choose this hotel again or recommend - I would (I might bring my own towel though)

Enjoyed my one night stay at the Park Grand. Staff were very friendly and efficient and always two of them. Room was comfortable and clean, waterfall shower was excellent. Furnishings were a bit tired and showing their age. Lucky not to get a room close to the door to the lifts (room 104) as it banged loudly when it swung shut. Airplane noise may put off some but didn’t affect me. Breakfast was disappointing (things of a below par Premier Inn breakfast). Room was great value and will stay again.

Big bathroom, GREAT shower. Clean. Quiet. Super comfy bed. Water bottles & instant coffee/tea with kettle provided & replenished each day. Little food/gas stop around the corner (M&S/BP) that kept us from having to eat out every meal. A mini-fridge would've been nice. We didn't use the bar or eat any hotel food.

Sink waa dirty and the shower. Leaking shower dripping. Shower needs sealent cleaned. Remote control on TV was broken. Alot of dust in the room. Bed was comfortable and spacious.

Room smelt heavily of smoke, checking in was really slow and room was not ready even though we arrived after check in time. When we told the front desk staff the room smelt of smoke they didn’t apologise and didn’t seem surprised that people would be smoking on the floor even though it’s a non smoking hotel. Would not return as there was no apology or compensation.

Really horrible experience, I was in town from overseas to attend a wedding in Syon park. The day of the wedding, there was NO water at all at the property for hours, the staff were unhelpful, didn't offer any compensation. I had to go to a wedding with no ability to shower or wash my hair. I am still yet to hear from the hotel even though i emailed asking for my night to be comped where i had no water at all. HORRIBLE don't book if you want to shower.

I come here often for business and Monica, Altus and Sourabh always makes sure I have everything I need when checking in or out. The are very professional and accommodating and it’s always good to see friendly faces each time I come. The trains are within walking distance and there is always a bus close by if you don’t want to walk. I always get a good nights sleep here and I appreciate all the staff does! Definitely one I recommend.

Room very good value but staff on entry were extremely rude well one chap in particular. Refused my stay unless I had photo ID. I had paid and had booking confirmation and reference numbers. Also the card I paid for the booking with on me too. After a 6 hour journey he didn’t help whatsoever in sorting out the issue but other people were getting checked in wi to out photo ID next to me. I had to get somebody to send me a picture of my passport photo graph to check in which was obviously extremely difficult as I was 300 miles from home. I have stayed in 100’s of hotels and never once have been asked for photo ID. He then sat down and continued to play on his phone.

Enjoyable trip. I would like to especially mention Rohit Fernandes from reception staff. He was been extremely helpful and considerate when we checked in with a distressed baby. He has also actively sorted our parking issue even after check out.

I had a fantastic experience at the Park Grand Heathrow Hotel! We stayed about 2 weeks. The rooms are clean, spacious, and modern; an exceptional atmosphere for European lodging. You are also about a 14 min walk to the Piccadilly Line.The staff went out of their way to assist my family who needed medical attention. A special thanks to Monica and Jeet for making the stay warm and welcoming. I highly recommend stopping here if you're going to London!

Park Grand London Heathrow Hotel is 2 hours away from cental London and 1 hour from Heathrow airport by bus. It's not the closest to shopping areas and site seeing areas, but it's cheaper than other hotels that closer to the heart of the city. It takes about 10 min to walk from the hotel to the nearest train station. The hotel room was good, but I wished there was an exhaust in the bathroom. The walls were a bit thin. You can hear neighbors if they are loud and smelled cigarette smoke seep into the room once over my 7 day stay. I requested cleaning every day which was done well. The bed was made and toilet paper was replaced everyday. They also provided water bottles after each time they cleaned. Overall, I would rate this hotel a 4 out of 5.

Great location. Lots of amenities nearby, good transport links to central London and Hounslow town centre merely 10/15 mins walk away. Some of reception staff are amazing others could do with extra training. Spacious rooms with excellent modern bathrooms. Limited parking spaces first come first serve basis as there are only 32 spaces available on site.

Hotel is in a residential area with good access to buses and the Tube. Felt safe returning late at night with the family and taking a short walk from HC station. The front desk staff (Monica) were friendly and went above and beyond in accommodating our needs and questions.

Generally very happy with another stay here. It's very handily placed by the A4 so expect some noise, especially when you are under Heathrow's flight path, but not much leaks through from externally. First time on this visit, I tried the breakfast. It was not at all pleasant - some of the worst sausages I have ever eaten and the bacon was rock hard - almost impossible to cut even. Thankfully there are breakfast options within a few minutes of the place. Rooms are good, comfortable. Excellent shower/bath facilities and staff are pleasant.

Hotel was nice but the first room smelt disgusting like sewage when we walked in. Made we want to feel sick. So called reception and they asked us to come down and changed rooms for us straight away. The second room was smaller with less of a view but was better than the first. Breakfast is very basic, no fried eggs or special requests just scrambled eggs were available and the taste of the bacon was strange.
