Premier Inn Heathrow Airport Terminal 4

Card door system failures. Delayed check in. Lifts too busy.

Hotel was fine. Long walk to get to the tube. Room didn’t have enough towels. The room was smaller than it appeared in pictures. Don’t park there. It’s very expensive.

Hard to get to Had to meet uber on the street because lobby is in second floor and parking on the bottom

Very convenient stay but check in is a little hectic and confusing. The wait for the elevators was the worst part. There are 4 elevators and were not working which caused a wait. Overall, though, I would stay here again if traveling through Heathrow. The location can’t be beat, service was great, room was comfy & clean, and the breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had.

Need to clearly state that luggage storage only available until 4pm. Staff not that helpful.

Automated check-in is impersonal. Also Doesn't like American post codes. Room was clean and shower good. Restaurant is functional.

Had to pay 58 euros to check in a few hours early, after traveling all day. Disappointing. No room service. Convenient location.

Stopped over for a layover day. Excellent location, free train to different terminals. Took a train to London for the day as they had luggage storage. Check in super quick and all staff were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast buffet was great and good variety. The bed was perfect and a welcome treat after long travels. Really comfortable stay and highly recommended. Zero complaints would definitely stay again.

Access to reception was terrible

Close to terminal, room was great. It did not have a mini fridge was the only downside for us. Whole hotel was very clean and staff very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast is phenomenal, beds are comfortable. But please remove the carpeting. They are so filthy that it stinks up the whole hotel.

This property had a visibly dirty bathroom and bed. There was poop stains on the top of the toilet and the wall beside it. The counter in the bathroom had stains on it. I used a wipe to clean the surface. The bed had hair and pieces of dirt in it. This room does not appear to have been cleaned. I was very disappointed in the condition of my room and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Clean room, good breakfast and friendly, helpful service.

Booked it for a long layover, just to get sleep overnight. It had high ratings but I was not impressed by the cleanliness. Our bathroom counters still had toothpaste from the previous guests, which made me feel uneasy about the “cleaning” done before our arrival. Room had an odd smell but you got used to it quickly. Food downstairs was good, and the room was VERY quiet despite being right next to the airport. Overall a fine stay but definitely not well cleaned

The bathroom floor was dirty, there was a shortage of towels and the hair dryer did not work. We did address this with the manager and she told us she would get to the bottom of the issue, she was very nice so we expected the floor to be cleaned but it wasn’t. We did get more towels from the assistant. The room was very small, no place for large luggage and a very small riom that showed much wear. Very disappointing.

Check in process was seamless and easy. Hotel itself was dirty and unkept. Doorways were dusty and carpet had a musty smell. The room itself was not clean. Shower was not clean and had stains. Beds had a wet, musty smell. Overall, would not come back as rooms are not as advertised.

The hotel is very busy, but check in and check out was quick. The bedroom and bathroom were clean, but the carpets throughout the hotel and room were grungy, stained, and worn. The cost of the full breakfast was reasonable.

Convenient connections to all terminals. Weird smell inside the room, not sure if from cleaning solutions used, not pleasant for sure.

Since this hotel is right next to the airport with an enclosed bridge right to the terminal, it's very convenient, and I understand how this limits things like accessibility to shopping and restaurants,etc. Taking these things into account, I would have given this hotel 5 stars but for a couple of things: noise (not other guests) and internet access. I think it was the plumbing, but there were all sorts of loud noises throughout the night; I did not get a good night's sleep. The other issue was that internet access as substandard at best. When people are traveling from abroad, they are dependent on solid internet access. I was barely able to work from my room, and this was with their "premium" internet access plan, which one has to pay for. It boasts 8mbps, which is laughable in any developed country. Other than those two issues, the hotel was very nice, the staff very accommodating, and the location was wonderful.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The pillows were terribly rock hard and ruined our sleep. The breakfast was good, but it was annoying to be asked 3 times while eating breakfast what room I was in. Almost like they didn't believe I should be there. They have a enclosed walkway that takes you to Terminal 4 at Heathrow Airport. When I asked for a trolley to use for luggage on the 2nd floor, I was told there's none here, go to the parking garage to get one. Really?! Why don't you provide some "customer service" and have one brought up. Not impressed overall.

Great place to stay if you have an early flight. Beware that the WiFi is soooo slow, and that cell phone reception is extremely horrible in the rooms

I needed a good long sleep after my trans-atlantic flight and I got just that in a quiet room with a comfortable bed and curtains so effective that I couldn't tell it was daylight out when I woke up.

Great location, easy access to the terminal 4. Great breakfast. Room is a bit small. Soundproof is great and can't hear any noise from outside. Bed is comfortable.

I booked a family room but got a poorly furnished room. Pillows were like rocks. Overall it was tolerable for a one night stay

I'm satisfied with our stay, but I'll just list the negatives as a heads up: 1. Bed was much too hard. 2. No shower or detachable shower head (bathtub with fixed wall mounted shower head) 3. No USB charging ports (which most hotels have nowadays) or socket for electrical shavers in the bathroom, meaning if you don't have an adapter for English three prong power plugs you can't charge any electronics.

Do you like Wi-Fi? Then don't stay here. This hotel treats Wi-Fi like it's water, on a dying planet, that has no water. They give you a secret code

Very quiet room-

How can you have an international airport hotel with zero USB ports in the room?! Shower pressure was way too weak. Toilet had a funky flusher. Spacious room, clean, comfortable bed. Limited light food options for walk up/take away. Good signage to get there. Located at T4 terminal - very convenient.

We chose the Premier Hotel at Heathrow for its low price and proximity to the airport, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. The lobby was chaotic—overcrowded, understaffed, and disorganized, with guests visibly frustrated and long waits at the front desk. Once we finally got to our room, things only got worse. The room was dirty, the bathroom hadn’t been properly cleaned, and the furniture looked like it had been around since the early 2010s—worn out, stained, and in desperate need of replacement. Nothing felt fresh or well-maintained. This hotel may be affordable, but it’s not worth the savings. We’ll never stay here again. Spend a bit more and save yourself the stress.

The first encounter was with a gentlemen who was working there, it was prior to check-in which was fine because i was going back into the city anyway and just wanted to store my bag. He said “Check-in starts at 3, you can do early check-in for 15 pounds.” I told him that i just want to store my bag and will check in later, he says “You don’t want to pay 15 pound for early check-in” i said no because im going to be gone most of the day, im only staying here because it’s close to the airport. Then it went from that to him not believing that i had a booking and telling me “People lie all the time just for us to hold their luggage, that’s why i keep asking.” At one point I said “Sir, i have a booking through hotels.com, fully paid. Why would i lie to stay here and not somewhere else?” I show him my booking confirmation and he’s like “I need to see the date.” Needless to say, he made me feel uncomfortable and confirmed that i should have just spent more money and stayed across the parking lot at the Hilton. Ordered a simple dessert from the restaurant, the brownie was microwaved so bad, it was getting hard as I ate it with my ice cream. One of my favorite desserts, absolutely wasn’t worth it there. The room had a tub…i took a bath, it was nice.

It is frustrating that they charge 15 pounds to check in before 3 pm. I understand the check in staff doesn’t arrive until 3 but they have kiosks and someone at the reception who is happy to take your bags but won’t check you in.

The property manager was least accommodating. I had an emergency and had to check out earlier and this hotel management were not considerate enough to give refund or make me change my booking.

Warm reception. Prompt service. Attention to my needs met. Room was clean and adequate supplies (towels etc) Onsite restaurant was great. Assistance with ongoing travels a bonus!

Amanda, who helped me check-in, was so very kind and helpful. She make me want to return to the hotel simply because of its great service. The convenience of the airport is also so helpful and I slept very well. Thank you!

There is a covered walkway/bridge to the hotel from the airport. It took me a while to find it, because the signage wasn’t obvious, and it wasn’t clear in the hotel info (I think it’s referred to as the ‘pod’?). This was totally not the hotel’s fault. My flight got in just before 11 pm, and there is no one at Heathrow to help with information, and also no taxi service (which I thought I needed). I’m pretty familiar with Heathrow, and have taken buses, Tube, and taxis to and from there on numerous occasions — which was good, because I had to change terminals to get to the hotel!— but that night was one of the two worst airport experiences of my life. When I got to the Premiere Inn, the staff were so helpful, and the room so comfortable, that all the frustration from the awful LHR experience just disappeared. Oh— my bathroom also had the most luxurious deep tub. I’ll be making this my go-to hotel at Heathrow

All staff were friendly, helpful and efficient, Deepti and Kungku and their colleagues in Thyme restaurant included.

Very convenient for a airport layover

The hotel was excellent...The staff does an outstanding job checking you in (a few had heavy accents and were difficult to understand at times) and the location is amazing....it is in Terminal 4 so taking a plane out the next day is so easy.

SO convenient to both Tube & our international flight!

Of the two premier inns at Heathrow the one at terminal 4 is the best. It seems to be kept in better condition and has a very convenient footpath that connects directly to terminal 4

Had a booking with a room with runway view, did not get it. Breakfast horrible, buffet always empty, just one coffee machine working, no attempt to get the second working.

The rooms and hotel itself were really nice. Staff were excellent and very kind to us. They helped us understand the train system and anything else we needed help with. Breakfast and dinner were excellent and delicious. Definitely booking here again the next time we go to London.

The restaurant, “Thyme” had amazing staff the day we visited. The menu is pretty standard, but the food was good quality for what it is. There was a great meal deal which included breakfast the next day, and kids age 15 and below eat free. Great value. The safety of getting there through the airport and the linking tunnel was excellent for my daughter and I, traveling on our own. Room had all what we needed, very clean. Overall, 100% will use next time. Great value for money

Nice rooms. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Easy access to Heathrow terminal 4 by way of a covered walkway then easy transfer to terminals 2 & 3. Terminal 4 is the Elizabeth Line. That takes to transfers to anywhere around London. Would stay here again.

Fantastic location near Terminal 4 Heathrow. Good food and a bar if you want a drink. Our chick in person was a bit obtuse and not customer focussed but the restaurant staff were brilliant. Top notch. Thoroughly recommend.
