Friendly staff, easy to get anywhere in the Adelaide area. Safe parking and entry to rooms. Very reasonable rate. Would recommend the Adelaide International Motel

Check in was easy, rooms were large and comfortable. BATHROOM was clean, shower water pressure & temperature good. Soap, shampoo and conditioner was dispenser type at hand basin and shower. Two towels in room and other two in cupboard under sink. (might of been easier if these were on the bed as the booking was for 2 Adults and 2 Children, little confused) ROOM was quiet & no noise transmitted through walls. Bed was a little soft but not painful to sleep in. (I have spinal fusion, so firmer beds are better for me) Spare pillows and blankets in cupboard. Large enough for a Queen Bed, 2 Singles, a sofa bed and coffee table. TV size 32inch. Desk, Fridge, Coffee making area, cupboard and luggage area. plenty of room around furniture. A/C old Fujitsu ceiling cassette unit was struggling in 40C heat. Internal corridors not conditioned which was unusual but obviously trying to keep electrical costs down. AMENITIES Plenty of Tea, Coffee & Milk in room (no biscuits) Spare glasses. No extra's in fridge (Mini Bar) Good, this can be awkward with kids wanting to eat drink the mini bar. Outdoor pool/sitting area was clean & tidy. Security gates close at 9pm & open at 7am after hours opening using your room card. Didn't see the breakfast area as we opted not to pay the $15 per person extra for continental there was no cooked breaky. SERVICE was great, Neil was very helpful advising tram spots & best places to eat. We followed his advice & found it to be just as good as he said.

We stayed six nights at this property and were very happy. It is located a 5 minute drive or 25min walk from the centre of beautiful Glenelg. There is a bus stop almost at the door from which you can travel into Adelaide and its attractions. Although the motel is on a busy road it was quiet at night for sleeping. The onsite pool was very welcome during a few hot days. The room was a reasonable size, clean, had a comfy bed and the shower was great. It was excellent value for money.

Unfortunately the gate into and out of the property did not open when I and others used our cards to scan it. I was stuck on the outside while a number of other guests were stuck on the inside. Sadly one couple missed an appointment at the Royal Adelaide Hospital. We could not contact anyone to help until the reception opened at 9.00am. Very frustrating and disappointing

For three nights, it was so amazing time. Accommodation was perfect and. Spa was wonderful.

To have a lovely clean bathroom is a big plus for me. These seem to be newly renovated & they have done a great job. Excellent prices compared to others at our time for staying which is what we look for as we usually only shower & sleep.

Poor quality thin sheets covering a blanket with pilling.

The shower was wonderful, the single bed was a little lumpy, the property was lovely, refreshing, comfortable and central to our needs.

Bed and pillows were excellent and the room spacious. I did not have any food from the Motel.

I like the no fuss parking. The rooms that face the road are not as quiet as the the rooms that face the rear….

Upon arrival, thrown curveball, which was not mentioned when booking made and paid for was there is now $250 fee for hotel key. Big chunk of holiday spending was gone just there. After paying for room, a few months prior, when I questioned it, was told oh she must have forgot. Given free upgrade to family room, which was nice.

We had a good 2 nights stay. Unfortunately we did not have hot water the first night, otherwise it was very comfortable.

No hot water just a sorry on exit didn’t even offer discount very disappointing rooms nice and clean

Gave 24hours notice to cancel due to Covid… Would not refund..

Excellent position for transport to and from city. Very clean and and great room service Friendly and informative staff In all an excellent property for short or long stay Will be back
