Friendly Reception. Clean and comfortable. Good location and easy parking. A little noisy from traffic also some sort of trolley every morning around 7am. Wouldn't recommend if you are easily disturbed by noise. Otherwise good value for money if you need a clean comfortable bed at the end of a day of adventures.

The building was dirty, old and run down. The curtains did not close properly. The shower was terrible and there was no soap holder etc. The parking was.very limited and we could not park near our room. The area was noisy and there was no dining close by, so had to drive everywhere. We left a day early, as we didn’t want to stay another day, even though we had paid for it.

Aging motel with little to no benefits apart from location.. Amenities in room are minimal and not even a spare toilet roll is initially provided. Rooms are clean and linen adequate but needs serious attention to maint issues and minor repairs. Staff while initially friendly are extremely unhelpful and have no knowledge of the area or surrounds. Dont expect to be able to watch free to air tv channels as the TVs in the units are so old they cannot receive the current broadcast signals and are not online capable so cannot even stream or watch online services.. Cafe/restaurant onsite is derelict and closed. Overpriced for whats on offer.. but the location is the single redeeming factor.

We found it very quiet and everything was within walking distance. It was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside I had was about the parking, There were not enough spaces and it was hard to get out off.

Improvements include a plug for the bathroom basin, chained if necessary. Ledge in the shower to put soap/ shampoo. Bending to pick up the soap is a true safety issue as falls can occur. Slide up window needs sealing as it squealed in the strong wind which forced the main door to consistently rattle loud. To stop the rattling door I put my case up against it and that was effective. Perfect positioning as within walking distance of Jetty Road, Glenelg, the shopping hub. Perfect walking pathways. Absolutely beautiful views over the water from my upstairs room. Ample parking across the complexes. Staff were respectful, helpful and a delightful group of workers. No hesitation in helping.

Geographically the hotel is in a perfect position for easy access to shopping, on Jetty Road at Glenelg, dining, and the views of the Patawalonga River and the Marina are spectacular. The footpath is a delight for walking and watching the planes come into Adelaide Airport. The area is clean, quiet and safe. The hotel room was clean and the bed very comfortable but it does need updating. Off Street Car parking was available

Old rooms. Desperately in need of renovating considering the picture perfect location. Dirty dusty skirting boards, old saggy mattress. Dirty electric jug. No wine glasses. Freezer caked with ice. Undesirable tiling in bath/shower. Dirty marked cracked walls, cobwebs all over balcony railings, dirty sliding doors. No breakfast available. A toaster in room would've been a bonus. Seriously won't be returning.

Totally misrepresented on line. It was old, not clean, there was a weird odor . The bathroom was scary, moldy & smelled damp. The only saving graces were the very friendly & helpful staff & the convenience of the location. There were Tradies working on a building site next door that had disgusting gutter mouths & they started working & swearing before 730 on a Saturday morning. Unless it has a total revamp & I wouldn’t recommend or stay again.

Room was not clean at all, carpet was worn through and the wall above the toilet roll had poo on it. Bed was very old and lumpy and the window onto the street had no lock .

I don’t know where to start. Massive mould issue in the bathroom.. I then got moved to another room because of this and the bathroom still had mould and was filthy.. so many health and safety issues at this model with really dirty rooms, dirty aircon, laundry was absolutely shocking.. you cannot get wifi in your room it does work. The pool is dirty and also unsafe with missing tiles and glue sticking out my son even scraped his knee.. absolute waste of money and not a care for the people that stay. No email reply’s no apologies.. threw my money in the bin here!

In a good location. The property is a bit on the tired side. The wifi only works in a number of rooms. We didn't have wifi which was a problem. Mattress was old and pillows were dreadful - suggest BYO pillows if you are staying more than a few days. Aircon was good. Plenty of hot water.

I actually booked here this time for my dad, l have stayed here a few times and always found it just what was needed. The staff are super friendly and so very helpful, thankyou. The surrounding 4 rooms had occupants that travelled to Adelaide to attend a wrestling event and when they got home about 12-40am, they started to party, regularly went into carport, were loud, swearing and created a very unsafe environment. Sadly, my wife and I did not get any sleep as the party did not abate until around 6am. This was despite calling the after hours security number that was not overly helpful but they did send a patrol which took some time and after contacting several more times, the security company called the police who did not arrive. On check out, the manager was unaware of the disturbance but after I returned to reception with my phone and showed her the text/call evidence, she confirmed there was a report in the system from security and was apologetic. I can understand that it was not the hotels direct fault but as I suggested their policy stated no parties, so therefore a fine would have been deserved even if it amounted to a refund of our nights accommodation with no sleep.

Good budget hotel. Old and a little tired but perfectly functional. Loved the balcony and view onto the Pat. Excellent to be able to open up and have fresh air into room. Pool looked nice but didn't get to use it. Great location albeit a bit noisy (traffic wise) at night. Made worse by my love of that fresh air! Enjoyed our stay.

Great affordable place to stay, a short walk to Jetty Road. The J1 bus from the airport stops right by the motel. At the moment there is construction going on next door, so I was awoken at 5 am to heaving drilling and truck noises. This is no fault of the motels but it is something I probably wish I had known about. The rooms are a good size , great bathroom, good shower pressure , however the hot water took a while to heat up. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Just stayed night took wife out for birthday. Close by to dining options. Across from marina. Would pick a room overlooking marina next time, as it looked wonderful at night. Clean & tidy, quiet, no problems. We didn't use all facilities.
