Great location but old hotel showing age, tiny elevators, self parking is three blocks away, great if you like exercising getting the car. Lots of shopping and restaurants very close and right beside the big square. Breakfast buffet was ok. 3 night stay on 7h floor, never did get a coffee maker in the room. It’s a 2.5 star at best.

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta para recorrer la ciudad. El estacionamiento es un problema por la avenida en la que está ubicado. No tienen mucho personal y cuando hay muchos huéspedes se consume mucho tiempo esperando algún servicio como el estacionamiento o ama de llaves.

Hotel is great! Breakfast could be better.. food was cold. Only issue is the parking. Prepare yourself to wait 30 to 40 mins. For them to bring your car.

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel, I was aware the hotel was old I wasn’t looking for a modern look but a clean downtown location. I walked in to a very dirty hotel lobby and reception floors and carpeted areas were very dirty. Staff mentioned they only had 1 vacuum for the whole hotel. Hallways to rooms were carpeted areas that were extremely dirty obviously they are not maintained. Walls are dirty too. Rooms were dirty carpeting worn out restroom mirrors were not clean, poop or blood smear on toilet paper holder, I complained to reception and changed rooms 3 times in 2 days had to request refund for the remaining week, I would never go back. Manager gave us a very hard time did not want to give us a refund for the remainder of our stay. I have pictures to back up my complaints

No lo vale, hay mucho mejores hoteles por ese precio, solo le ayuda la ubicación. Hotel viejo, habitación sucia, no es como en las fotos, la recepción olía a raid muy fuerte, el desayuno bufet caro y no es variado. Te ponen cafetera (sucia) y no hay café, habitaciones con alfombra muy sucia, el mueble de la TV nisiquiera cerraba, lámparas manchadas ni siquiera intentan limpiarla. Viajo mucho y es el peor hotel donde me he quedado

Es un hotel con buena ubicación, junto a catedral y el centro de gobierno; pero es un hotel muy viejo, las habitaciones no son como en las fotos, les falta mucho mantenimiento, las que tienen alfombra huelen mal. URGE remodelación y cambio de mobiliario. El personal es extremadamente amable, eso hace una gran diferencia, están dispuestos a escuchar y ayudar, eso se agradece mucho.

La habitación le falta mantenimiento los muebles deporables la habitación olía a humedad por las alfombras la regadera esparce el agua a todo el baño menos al centro donde tiene que caer y las ventilas de rejillas pasan todo el ruido y frío de la madrugada y la humedad se huele y los elevadores sucios y ruidosos parece que da la sensación de que se va a quedar uno atorado ahí , televisiones pequeñas en fin ojalá y pudieran corregir este servicio ya que es un hotel muy importante para esta ciudad.

Stayed for 2 nights. Disappointed over-all. The room was not very clean - the curtain had a large stain on it. The room faced the cathedral, but the main plaza light tower blocked the view of one of the church spires, and it shone light into our room all night. The curtains were not black-out curtains, so even with them shut the room was still lit up. There was no hot water the first morning (ironic, in Aguascalientes), and it was just luke-warm the second morning. Every day our key card would fail and we would have to go down to the front desk to get a new one. The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in 2 other hotels during our trip and both either had purified water stations to fill bottles or some complimentary bottled water in the rooms, but Francia had neither.

Das Hotel liegt Zentral im Zentrum von Aguascalientes. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das gebuchte Zimmer war groß und auch sauber. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, aber nichts dolles. Insgesamt ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Mobiliar und Interieur sind alt und wirken auch so.

The location is great..close to everything. Buffet breakfast was generous, with new options every day. Hotel furnishings and decor are pretty dated, needs an update. Very loud at night (downtown location has lots of delivery btrucks all night.).

Mi noche de hospedaje estuvo bien, sin embargo pedí una noche mas de estancia al momento del check-in me comentaron que SI era posible y al día siguiente me notifican que no y nos tuvimos que salir del hotel a otro hotel, supuestamente por que estaba "lleno" sin embargo cuando se pregunto me comentaron que si había espacio.

Das Hotel liegt Zentral im Zentrum von Aguascalientes. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das gebuchte Zimmer war groß und auch sauber. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, aber nichts dolles. Insgesamt ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Mobiliar und Interieur sind alt und wirken auch so.

Es un hotel ubicado en el centro de la ciudad pero como todo hotel tiene áreas de oportunidad como mejoras ejemplo room service mas tarde ya que en el hotel solo tienen este servicio hasta las 9:00 de la noche. Pero en general todo bien.

Ever since I saw this hotel the first time in Aguascalientes, I knew that I wanted to stay here. I got a chance this time and it did not disappoint. Yes, it is an older building, but that's what gives it character. The service was excellent! We also enjoyed their full breakfast!

It’s location was perfect. Literally located in the center of the city. Great shopping & dining areas walking distance from each other. The staff was amazing & very friendly. The Complimentary Breakfast was fantastic!!

Some of the staff was super friendly and others were indifferent. It took 45 mins to get my car. When I checked in there was no bath mat and no hand towel. The restaurant food was delicious and the service wonderful

Hotel is great! Breakfast could be better.. food was cold. Only issue is the parking. Prepare yourself to wait 30 to 40 mins. For them to bring your car.

Property in great location. Near restaurants and main streets. Property very old and many glitches. We had no water at one point during our stay. We stay in the 7th floor and our room smell like sewage. We discovered it was a small opening under the sink which it was covered but if you move the cover smell bad :/ beds super hard. Towels missing. I definitely think they have room to upgrade the place. Front desk staff was very nice thought.

Nice location. Also very clean and high room. The location it’s right on the downtown. So you have plenty of ATMs, stores, restaurant, bars, coffee shops. There is also gym on the property.
