Muy buena localización. Acceso al estacionamiento un poco complicada por lo apretado. El desayuno está muy limitado y no hay muchas opciones. Sólo con sobre costo se tienen un poco más de opciones como huevos al gusto.

Un verdadero problema llegar al hotel y mucho mas el estacionamiento la ubicacion segun las instrucciones del maps y Waze estan mal te envia por otras calles unicamente cuando lo programas con la direccion del hotel : Nieto 102 centro te orienta mejor el aceso o entrada al estacionamiento es un callejon o calle peatonal con acesso limitado a los autos y de un solo sentido es reduccido El espacio del pasillo y es estacionamiento subterraneo es reducido o pequeño ! Por ultimo el desayuno es limitado o unicamente huevo revuelto con verduras, frijoles y unos chilaquiles sin pollo , los jugos en especial el de naranja es insipodo y rebajado con agua ! en lo personal yo no regreso a este hotel.! està mucho mejor al Hotel Francia que esta tambien en El Centro y con mas facil acceso y con valet parking !

Several days in Aguascalientes. Hotel is right on the central square. Fairly quite being in the middle of town. Easy walk to El Mercado, shopping, food and sightseeing. Not super fancy and breakfast is fairly basic. Otherwise location is perfect. Walk or taxi is ideal, as very limited parking.

*We did not like the room layout, it needs to be updated. *We didn’t have a car to use parking *the staff is not friendly/welcoming at all, *we asked for towels because there was only one in the room, and 20 minutes later we called again because they had forgotten that we had requested an extra set of towels * They need to have a ramp in the entrance instead of steps to facilitate access when carrying the suitcases

They assured me that no one else had trouble but when I was checking out, a man came up with his laptop and said he could not get on.

An older hotel yet well maintained and organized. There's always someone on the front desk if needed. Location is amazing and close to museums, restaurants, shopping, etc. Ask for a room with plaza view... its nice! We got the view from the ugly semi-demolished buildings in the back.

Hotel muy centrico, a un lado de catedral. Un poco antigua la habitacion (222) pero muy silenciosa y comoda. Muy amplia la habitacion. Baño amplio con agua caliente y buena presion. Solo el desayuno incluido era muy basico y deshabrido. Habria que mejorar eso. Si lo recomiendo en relacion calidad/precio. Excelente ubicacion.

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo, y mi experiencia fue muy buena, el cuarto me pareció limpio (sin olor a humedad, siempre es difícil no tenerlo en los hoteles), el personal fue siempre muy atento, el hotel si bien ya tiene sus años, creo que está bien conservado y el aire acondicionado (ese sí parece nuevo) funciona muy bien.

The hotel is very well located and centric. Even if, when there is anything happening in the plaza, you cannot sleep as it is very noisy. The younger staff and the restaurant staff are nice. However, the older staff at the reception is terrible, not helpful and very rude. This, we could have put up with. The worst part for us, was the horrible room that stank when we arrived and had a window that couldn’t open entirely, so impossible to change the smell. Also, we booked a room with 2 beds. We had 2 beds, but they were different ones (one lower than the other). Water pressure was really terrible and we asked for an additional clean towel that we never got. The hotel was so very horrible that, even if we had booked 3 nights, we decided with my wife, to check out and leave after the first night.

The hotel location is supreme. Walking distance to everything cool in downtown including the feria stuff. If you stay here, walk three minutes to "Las Costillas del Codo" and give yourself the pleasure to eat the best ribs in the bajío region. The rooms are fine. Classic style. The front desk staff is efficient although not exactly friendly, but effective. I prefer efficient and effective over friendly. Pricey just like every other hotel in Aguascalientes but it is worthy. Breakfast included was delicious but limited. You have more options with a surcharge. When I'm back to Aguascalientes, this will be my place.

The restaurant on the property was not the best class.Free breakfast was free for a reason, it was not good. Order food in the evening and the meat was raw and not fresh. Brought it to their attention and was not given an apology or anything. I would not recommend this hotel

The front desk staff is efficient although not exactly friendly, but effective. I prefer efficient and effective over friendly. Pricey just like every other hotel in Aguascalientes but it is worthy. Breakfast included was delicious but limited. You have more options with a surcharge. When I'm back to Aguascalientes, this will be my place.

The hotel location is supreme. Walking distance to everything cool in downtown including the feria stuff. If you stay here, walk three minutes to "Las Costillas del Codo" and give yourself the pleasure to eat the best ribs in the bajío region. The rooms are fine. Classic style. Muy buen hotel, instalaciones, ubicación, servico. El único incoveniente es la cuestion del "desayuno incluido" ya que no es buffet, solo tienes acceso a un pan,un café, un jugo, un cereal, un guisado. Si deseas algo mas, como probar otro platillo ya tiene un costo extra. Mejor deberian cobrar aparte el desayuno buffet completo y sin problema se paga y no limitar al turista a porciones. Aun así volveria a reservar.

Hotel muy centrico, a un lado de catedral. Un poco antigua la habitacion (222) pero muy silenciosa y comoda. Muy amplia la habitacion. Baño amplio con agua caliente y buena presion. Solo el desayuno incluido era muy basico y deshabrido. Habria que mejorar eso. Si lo recomiendo en relacion calidad/precio. Excelente ubicacion.

The hotel was a perfect location for us as we were able to get around easily throughout the city. Staff were pleasant and entering the hotel smelled fresh and clean as well as our room. Breakfast included, however, UNBEKNOWST to us, on Saturday and Sundays, they have other items to eat but for an extra charge. What was a upsetting & embarrassing to our family, no one informed us of that extra cost. That Saturday, there were guests going up to get food items, so we followed. As we were exiting the the dining area, we were stopped by the Waiter and were told we had to pay $200 pesos more. I felt offended, embarrassed and disappointed that we were not told of this information when we initially got there. I complained to the person in charge and she said there was nothing they could do because my husband paid in cash. So, if you stay there, BEWARE, Saturday & Sundays is an extra cost if you get other breakfast items.
