I like they have warm drying rack. Friendly staff as well as houskeeping. The only slight disadvantage is a small steps/stairs going into the hotel lobby and no hotel staff to take our luggage from hotel front.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, very good room and spacious for a couple + baby (we chose the Biggy) and good restaurant, with very good and healthy options for breakfast and dinner. The hotel has a nice vibe, rooms are renovated and the overall service was excellent. The only improvement I would suggest is about accessibility, given the hotel lacks of ramps for baby strollers and alike, so because of general architeture of the building you need to use the stairs to access the bedrooms (even with the elevators taking to the right floor).

The location of the hotel is great, very close to Dam Square and Anne Franks House whilst still being on a quiet canalside street. The reception staff are so friendly, as were housekeeping during the day. The rooms are not huge, but good sized for a city break. Bed was comfortable and the complimentary water was a nice touch. Lottis the restaurant was good for food, the soup, burger and beef were excellent, however poor for drinks service - expect to wait quite a while for drinks with or without food unless you sit at the bar and order directly with the bar staff If you are staying in the hotel, be prepared for the photobooth queue. It was annoying as a paying guest to have to ask non-residents to move so we could open the main door, there should really be a staff member monitoring the queue when it gets busy so as hotel guests aren’t impacted.

Great location. Large lobby area with a good bar More of a office space than a hotel. Most guest took advantage of the large lobby as an office. AC did not cool, floors very invoncenient as there are numerous steps in each floor depending on your room. In our case, four different steps after leaving the elevator.

Phenomenal room, overlooking the canal. We absolutely loved the location and the comfort of the room. The worst part of this hotel is getting a cup of coffee downstairs, almost impossible. You could sit and wait for 45 minutes. Definitely recommend leaving the hotel for any food and drink needs.

This hotel is very clean, well-located, and has a very good restaurant. The staff is friendly and helpful. The negative is that the rooms are quite small, but that's pretty typical for a city hotel. Furnishings are tired but adequate. My room was nice and quiet.

We have always wanted to stay here but were left very disappointed. The hotel is very tired and in need of a good facelift. We had to re-hang the curtains in our room as they were all over the place but still the early morning light shone through waking us before 5am, just in time to hear the first large plane fly over. For the price charged, just under Eur 500, there was no turn down service nor was breakfast included. We will stay elsewhere next time.

The Hoxton is a lovely hotel but is overpriced in our opinion, we’d booked a roomy room but the first room that was given to us smelt awful, so we were moved first to a cosy room for our first night, and then to a roomy for the remaining 2 nights. We found zero difference between the size of cosy vs roomy, and had expected an additional seating area or chair in the roomy as advertised in the pictures. We paid extra for more space and comfort and didn’t feel that this was reflected in the rooms we were given. In our second room there was just an ottoman at the end of the bed. It was a disappointing start to our holiday especially when we felt that we’d splashed out as the Hoxton is one of the more expensive hotels in the area. The staff at the hotel were really lovely and accommodating, i can’t fault their customer service. The bed was comfortable, and the rooms were clean and tidy, other than the initial smell in our first room. The bar and restaurant downstairs is lovely and food is really good.

This was a nice hotel. We had a canal view room on top which was beautiful. But they kept the ac at 19C which was too hot. They said to keep big heavy curtains closed on the window to help with the heat. But then our view was a big grey wall. Furniture in room was kind of shabby. The bathroom was excellent. Staff were very nice.

Vårt rum var tyvärr MYCKET mörkt och låg på bottenvåningen. Lite fuktigt. Till och med svårt att hitta något i dagsljus, när man tappat något på golvet. Var tvungen att ta upp ficklampan i mobilen! Annars var läget vid kanalen super mysigt och baren med alla bekväma fåtöljer utmärkta att sitta i med ett glas vin en stund, innan vi gick till vårt mörka rum.

We had an AMAZING experience at The Hoxton. Location is incredible and very walkable! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Our only issue was the property said on the listing that the rooms are sound proof, but you can hear everything from voices in the hallways and every footstep and creak in the floor boards above. Other than that our stay was amazing!! Would definitely return.

David & Jasmin were especially helpful at check in. I stayed twice in one week with a break in the middle and had to manage a booking for a friend also. The front desk atmosphere and general style of communication is excellent at this Hoxton. Fantastic location, design & atmosphere great breakfast. Will be back there for sure. Only positive things to say overall

We loved this hotel. The staff was SO kind. We had an air conditioner issue and within minutes they moved us to a different room and made sure the air worked before moving us. Amazing location in the heart of Nine Streets. Highly recommend

Amazing location in the Nine Streets. Close to everything- restaurants, shops, on a canal… I definitely recommend getting a canal view room, it’s so lovely to look out at the canal day or night. The staff at the front desk is kind, professional, and willing to help out with anything. Loved the convenience of having a casual bar and restaurant downstairs. It does get busy but not crowded, if that makes sense. Loved the quiet of my room after busy days too. If it’s more than one person traveling, I wouldn’t suggest a “cozy” room - it is very cozy! But clean, quiet, comfortable and lovely. The towels (bath sheets), towel warmer, little fridge, and view were all wonderful. Location is great (I know I already mentioned that but it’s walkable to SO MUCH. Highly recommend!!

The rooms were clean & beds were comfortable. Basic amenities such as water, coffee & a mini fridge was convenient. They also have a restaurant and bar on-site and the scene was very chill but vibrant. We were greeted warmly and were welcomed by a smiling and helpful reception team. Throughout our stay they we so great. Here are some standouts: Geraldine - gave us a great restaurant recommendation - Pesca - you got to go - delicious & fresh seafood. Maria - helped us by lending us umbrellas when needed. Charlotte - helped us when our safe got stuck. Gio - bartender made great drinks Stay here, you won't regret it. Amazing location in the Nine Streets. Close to everything- restaurants, shops, on a canal… I definitely recommend getting a canal view room, it’s so lovely to look out at the canal day or night. The staff at the front desk is kind, professional, and willing to help out with anything. Loved the convenience of having a casual bar and restaurant downstairs. It does get busy but not crowded, if that makes sense. Loved the quiet of my room after busy days too. If it’s more than one person traveling, I wouldn’t suggest a “cozy” room - it is very cozy! But clean, quiet, comfortable and lovely. The towels (bath sheets), towel warmer, little fridge, and view were all wonderful. Location is great (I know I already mentioned that but it’s walkable to SO MUCH. Highly recommend!!

We bought breakfast included however at least 2 days in a row, most of the breakfast dishes were unable due to supply problem. The new years eve night meal in Lottis restaurant at the hotel was a disaster. We have made and paid our new years eve dinner reservation at least 3 weeks ago, however we didnt get served any meal. Our reservation was at 20.45 we sit at that hour,and waited until 23.15 to get served and to eat some dinner. However we dindt even get the amouse bouche nor main course. As we didnt able to eat and get served eventhouh we paid for, we requestes refund. It was an unacceptable attidu from Lottis restaurant especially on new years eve dinner which we can not dine due to lottis organization.

The location of the hotel is great, very close to Dam Square and Anne Franks House whilst still being on a quiet canalside street. The reception staff are so friendly, as were housekeeping during the day. The rooms are not huge, but good sized for a city break. Bed was comfortable and the complimentary water was a nice touch. Lottis the restaurant was good for food, the soup, burger and beef were excellent, however poor for drinks service - expect to wait quite a while for drinks with or without food unless you sit at the bar and order directly with the bar staff If you are staying in the hotel, be prepared for the photobooth queue. It was annoying as a paying guest to have to ask non-residents to move so we could open the main door, there should really be a staff member monitoring the queue when it gets busy so as hotel guests aren’t impacted.

Phenomenal room, overlooking the canal. We absolutely loved the location and the comfort of the room. The worst part of this hotel is getting a cup of coffee downstairs, almost impossible. You could sit and wait for 45 minutes. Definitely recommend leaving the hotel for any food and drink needs.
