Das Hotel hat uns positiv überrascht. Der Preis war für die Lage und Service hervorragend. Das Zimmer war zwar klein, aber da ist man eh nur zum Schlafen. Sehr positiv fand ich das Angebot an 24/7 kostefreiem Kaffe, Tee und Wasser in der Lobby.

The location is perfect - just a few minutes from the central train station, next to a tram stop, and smack in the middle of central Amsterdam, within easy walking to all of the shops, restaurants, and attractions. The hotel itself could use some superficial touch-ups like new carpet, etc, but the beds are comfortable, the air conditioning works great, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The police station is across the street, so you feel very safe.

What a great find this hotel was. Having stayed at the INK Hotel across the road previously, but wanting a more wallet friendly option in a similar location I was extremely pleasantly surprised with this hotel, which has a lovely light and modern reception area with free hot drinks. As a female travelling alone I felt extremely safe with the requirement for hotel key cards to access both entrances, the lift and the reception toilets. The room was basic but very clean, with everything you would need, complimentary coffee machine and kettle, a good sized en suite and comfy bed. The staff were extremely friendly, and the location to the nearest Tramline was a matter of meters, the only slight downside to this was hearing them at night. Overall I would use this hotel again based on its excellent location, cleanliness and friendliness. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Had an amazing stay in the Westcord city centre the staff were so lovely and we were able to check in early as our room was ready.. room was a bit small but we didn’t mind because we were out most of the time.. room was very clean.. lots of choices of teas and coffee and juices and lovely mint and cucumber water at reception.. the staff were very helpful even had a loan of an umbrella lol.. will definitely be back to the Westcord.. it’s so central to everything

fairly near the train station which is nice. Oddly shaped room and smallish but the bathroom is a good size. Good water pressure in the shower. Bed comfortable. Has a safe but no fridge. I didn’t do the breakfast as I thought the cost too high. Good number of electrical outlets. Would stay here again

Perfect for our three night's stay. A short walk from the train station with Western canals/Jordaan areas within easy reach. The Museum quarter was a pleasant 40 minutes walk away. The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel, room and restaurant for buffet breakfast was clean and well organised.

Room dirty, furniture extreme damaged, they male receptionist stunning would hire him for my business no doubt. No clue if there is a nee “management “ but it sucks for sure. At front desk croissants not covered from breakfast standing ( 6.30 PM, no thanks people touch and pit back.

Room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful the location of the hotel is amazing close to public transport made getting around the city easy. Great shops and restaurants all within walking distances. Only complaint was once you leave the lobby heading to your rooms there is an odd smell and not the kind of smoke smell you seem to have everywhere. In saying that once you open your window in the room it seems to disappear. And i would stay here again.

The hotel is very close to the Central Station, which is very convenient. The breakfast was great and there’s several restaurants in the street in front of the hotel. The only suggestion that I would make is to have a look to the carpets in the room, they look very old, also the lighting inside the room is very poor.

Short break. Only used to sleep, so no review of food or drink, although there was breakfast and lunch. The room we had had a strange en-suite with frosted glass, you need to know your travelling companion well!!!!! only downside was the pillows were very soft- not to my liking- however, i did not ask if i could change them, so maybe my own fault. Staff were very nice, room was very clean and the hotel was well positioned.

The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes from Central Station. It is on a Main Street with lots of restaurants. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable and the staff are attentive. Our room overlooked the street but we were not disturbed by any noise. The downside was I requested twin beds but was given a double which barely fit into the room. The room was a wedge shape with only a few inches between the bottom of the bed and the wall. I would stay here again if I could be guaranteed a twin room.

Hotel staff was not very friendly at check in. We arrived around 11:30am and was told that our rooms were not available and to come back at 3. We came back around 2 and the front desk staff was giving us a hard time about checking in. Finally they moved our room to another one so that we could get our room. Once in the room, it was very stuffy, musty smelling in there. Maintenance man in the hallway said that the air conditioner has been shut off for the season and that we would need to go downstairs to have it turned on. We went downstairs and asked if the air could be put on in our room and again, staff was rude but eventually turned it on.
Hotel staff was not very friendly at check in. We arrived around 11:30am and was told that our rooms were not available and to come back at 3. The location is great, with much to see. We walked to the museums, about a mile, but was not a bad walk. There were a couple of great restaurants near by, Savina which was nice to just stroll to dinner. Rooms are small but clean. Staff was outstanding.

Very unhelpful at check in - we arrived early as did many others and were told room was not ready which was fair enough but then while waiting in reception for over an hour some people were allowed their keys to their rooms while you could see reception staff were literally making others wait until 3 pm on the dot to get into their rooms - like the magic cleaners suddenly finished all rooms at 3 pm.

Thank you Team Westcord City Centre Hotel for the little surprise on our anniversary. We love the macaroons and wine, much appreciated. Location is perfect, close to everything, central station, Damrak, Damsquare, lovers cruise, red district and all other attractions within walking distance. Breakfast was delicious, lots of varieties to choose from. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again when in Amsterdam.

Lovely modern clean hotel. Very good location local bars and restaurants very easy to find . I wouldn't say this is a 3 star hotel more like a 4, okay the room we had wasn't massive but who cares when your only there to sleep,shower and get ready! Would definitely come back to this hotel.

Hôtel vraiment très bien situé, avenue proche gare Centrale et Place du Dam avec une ligne de tram au pied de l'hôtel. Propre, personnel accueillant. Je recommande vivement.

The location is excellent, walking distance from the Central train station and close to bars, restaurants etc. It was also very quiet, though I stayed on Monday and Tuesday evenings which may be quieter than at the weekend (though it is opposite the police station so perhaps that helps keep things in order on the street outside!). I enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others.

Perfect for our three night's stay. A short walk from the train station with Western canals/Jordaan areas within easy reach. The Museum quarter was a pleasant 40 minutes walk away. The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel, room and restaurant for buffet breakfast was clean and well organised.

The location is excellent, the room was quiet and comfortable, the bed and pillows great, super night sleep. The staff friendly and helpful, the apples at reception were so crisp and sweet. The breakfast was really great value, delicious and fresh food with good variety. Our only complaint is the room was small, but guess that is the standard in Amsterdam. Thank you Team Westcord City Centre Hotel for the little surprise on our anniversary. We love the macaroons and wine, much appreciated. Location is perfect, close to everything, central station, Damrak, Damsquare, lovers cruise, red district and all other attractions within walking distance. Breakfast was delicious, lots of varieties to choose from. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again when in Amsterdam.

Just a 7 minute walk from Amsterdam Central train station, this hotel is in a great location. All the staff was friendly, and the property was extremely clean. Our room was impeccable! The elevators are right on the first floor, no steps leading up to it, which is an absolute must when traveling with heavy luggage. The air conditioning works perfectly and cools quickly. We paid for the buffet breakfast, which always tasted fresh. It includes eggs, bacon, juice, coffee, fruit, bread, pastries, pancakes, cold cuts, cheese, and tea. I highly recommend this property. I’m on a two week trip, and this is the best property I’ve stayed at so far.

Room was awkward and small. Bed and pillows were nice. Shower drain was terrible and the door getting into the bathroom was like working a puzzle. The breakfast was 22eueo pp and based on selection not worth it. We found a reasonable cafe for breakfast at the square. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful.

We don't like that the bathroom wall is frosted glass, prefer a solid wall and door. The buffet breakfast has a listed price of €21 per person. However, we paid €19 because we prepaid this at the time of hotel check-in. Breakfast is OK, we got this because of convenience. Overall, we would stay here again if in Amsterdam.
