The staff were friendly and helpful. Wished they had an ice machine or fridge as nothing to keep drinks cold. Lots of shopping and middle eastern restaurants and big market across the street in the area. Great location for transportation, buses trams for Amsterdam and outskirts to Harlem and Lisse.

The location was good but the bathroom had disgusting smell although the fan was working 24 hours.There was no air refresher either.I think the hotel manager should resolve this issue as soon as possible. The matress was fine but the pillows were very bad I couldn’t have a good sleep. This hotel had no mini bar or fridge so we couldn’t drink cold soft drink or even water in our room.We had to go out and pay €2.5 every time for each small water bottle. There was a nice resturant called Deli Morroco the other side of street the opposite of bus stop we enjoyed wonderful breakfast and dinner with better prices than any other resturants next to the hotel.

The welcome is friendly and polite, the reception staff has a positive attitude towards foreign guests. The hotel location is an ordinary city hotel but comfortable. The reason I gave it 4 stars was that there was a 150 m long corridor from the room to the lobby. Since our room was at the end of the corridor, it was a long way from the lobby. The breakfast place was in the basement and mediocre. There was no toaster. Apart from that, you have to go outside to smoke. However, there was the opportunity to go to the attic. I can say that everything else was perfect. The breakfast variety was nice, the staff was good with the necessary courtesy and help. Among the recommended hotels.

The coffee machine was broken so reported it to the receptionist. She took that machine away. Then later that day, I was in the room napping and I had the do not disturb sign on but that did not stopped the receptionist and the housekeeper from using their master key to enter my room. Why? Because they HAD to replace the coffee machine. Spoke to the manager Alex. She just shrugged it off. When pressed what is she going to do about it, she offered me breakfast and that's it. Being a solo female traveler, this made me feel pretty unsafe so I stacked my luggage against the door from then on.

When we arrived check in was so simple. It was self service and we just entered our names and date of birth then we were greeted with a keycard. The room was spacious and it had a nespresso machine. Most of the TV channels were in english and it even had BBC and ITV channels. The only fault was that it was nowhere near the city centre and you had to rely on public transport to get around.

Bij binnen komen in het hotel was even wennen, ik moest mij zelf inchecken met een zelf incheck apparaat, ik kreeg wel uitleg van de medewerker dat was wel heel fijn. Ik werd goed geholpen. Aankomst: in de kamer de kamer zag er top uit! Het was een kleine comfortabele kamer , alles was netjes. Alleen was er op de onderlaken 1 kleine vlekje dat ,vond ik best erg jammer! Het bed ligt wat te hard. De douch is top! Koffie apparaat is ook heel goed. De warmte in de kamer was fantastisch , ik heb het geen moment koud gehad. Deze hotel zal mij gauw weer terug zien.

This hotel was adequate for a trip to Amsterdam. The tram and bus was nearby. Our coffee machine in the room didn’t work and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned even though the cleaners came to the room. The wifi worked and it was quiet at night.

Area was a but sus, rooms had thin walls so I could hear plenty of noises, i saw a cleaning lady enter a room that clearly had the do not disturb sign on, my sheets were dirty (they had weird spots). But overall, the busses/trams you need to take to get to the city center are nearby, so not entirely bad

Das Hotel an sich ist sehr schön. Die Angestellten waren sehr nett, und haben ihre Arbeit sehr gut gemacht. Das Zimmer war riesig. Auch die Anbindung zur Innenstadt bzw. Hauptbahnhof war sehr gut, direkt vorm Hotel ist bus und Bahnstation sowie Supermärkte zum Einkaufen. Das einzige was ich bemängeln muss sind die Reinigungskräfte. Die machen keinen guten Job. In unserem Zimmer wurde nicht gesaugt obwohl krümmel auf dem Boden waren, mit Seife und Toiletten Papier wurde leider auch gegeizt. Unsere Bettwäsche wurde auch nicht gewechselt. Haben leider in der ersten Nacht einen Senffleck auf die Decke gemacht, der war am Ende immer noch da. Als wir eine der Damen auf dem Gang angesprochen haben weil wir eine tolle Klopapier gebraucht haben hieß es nur ,,No Englisch, Rezeption,, Also ja. Dennoch alles in allem ein sehr schönes Hotel, gute Lage und ich würde wieder dort übernachten ^^

Notre chambre était située au niveau d'un carrefour très passant et bruyant. Il aurait fallu poser du triple vitrage. Par ailleurs, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Les fenêtres ne pouvaient pas s'ouvrir, nous avons eu très chaud car toute la façade exposée au soleil est vitrée. Sinon le personnel est souriant et serviable. La chambre et la salle de bain sont propres.

Unfortunately our room was quite far from the lift but that wasn’t big of an issue. When we arrived, the female staff was really lovely and made us feel welcomed. Our stay was short but would definitely rebook at this hotel again.

A bit disappointed. At first the front desk was accommodating. However, afterwards the front desk clerk became annoyed, condescending, and was very rude. Apparently, we asked too many questions. We asked that they replace the vanity light as it was burned out, which they never did. Also, they forgot to provide us with towels. When we requested them, they said that they ran out. I don’t recommend anyone stay here. For a few extra $$ you can find better accommodations.

Staff were not friendly and not willing to help, except one person who finally changed our room which I can’t remember his name. Room we had the sink in bathroom wasn’t working and had issues with water sink. Area around the hotel was so dirty and to noisy, Not recommender for some families who wants go there especially with kids.

Har ikke noe negativt å si på hotellet. Fint hotell med god service. Selve hotellets plassering virket litt utrygt. Vi gikk ikke mye der på kveldstid. Heldigvis var buss og trikkestopp rett utenfor døren. Disse gikk kontinuerlig gjennom dagen 👌 Vi valgte og ikke spise frokost der så kan ikke uttale meg noe om den.

Nice hotel with cozy atmosphere. Very easy to access from Airport by 369 Bus it’s very frequent and drops you in front of hotel from hotel to reach Amsterdam Central bus Number 21 is there .

I stayed in XO Hotels Infinity in Amsterdam for 1 night and my lodging was very good. Check-in and out was smooth, staff were helpful and the room was decently sized and well-cleaned (although it smelled like cigarettes). The hotel is located in a lively area with lots of restaurants and shops around it. There are also excellent transportation links. I would stay in this hotel again.

Das Viertel ist sehr dubios. Man fühlt sich gerade als Frau nicht sehr sicher. Man ist zumindest bei unseren Zimmer direkt über einen Shisha Bar gewesen. Es war sehr laut bis spät abends.

Lovely hotel, staff very helpful and location is brilliant- tram, bus and train stations all very close. I recommend walking to Slotmeer park from here, its beautiful ! Hotel is 30 mins max on tram from central !

The room was comfy. Not huge space but enough. Location is great. Very close to tram/bus stop. Takes around 15 mins to go to the city centre. The service was good too.

Staff excellent. Hotel in good condition but 200€ per night was very high. Loved the local community and restaurants. The market stalls in main Slotermeerlaan started setting up at 5.41am - noisy

The property is conveniently located from dining, shopping and transportation. I can’t ask for more. Breakfast is always served fresh and the dining staff they’re both so nice and welcoming. I will definitely comeback in Amsterdam with the same hotel.

The welcome is friendly and polite, the reception staff has a positive attitude towards foreign guests. The hotel location is an ordinary city hotel but comfortable. The reason I gave it 4 stars was that there was a 150 m long corridor from the room to the lobby. Since our room was at the end of the corridor, it was a long way from the lobby. The breakfast place was in the basement and mediocre. There was no toaster. Apart from that, you have to go outside to smoke. However, there was the opportunity to go to the attic. I can say that everything else was perfect. The breakfast variety was nice, the staff was good with the necessary courtesy and help. Among the recommended hotels.

Avsides beläget hotell, med minst 5 km in till city. Hotellet ligger i ett muslimområde, så ingen (!) resturang i närheten serverade alkohol. Fräscht och stort rum (vi åkte tre vänner) och vi hade gott om plats på rummet, som var 28 kvm. Dock väldigt litet badrum, som saknade krokar så att man kunde hålla reda på sina handdukar. Frukostrestaurangen liknade en helt ocharmig skolmatsal i källaren. Ganska torftigt men fräscht utbud på buffén. Väljer ett annat hotell nästa gång jag besöker underbara Amsterdam.

Breakfast was unavailable, Staff suggested to walk 300 yards to their branch for breakfast. One triple beds room was small and stuffed, 2 ft floor space to walk in the room, very inconvenient. Shower door opened halfway due to tight Bathroom space. Very long narrow corridor with one entry/exit point and poor ventilation, very inconvenient too. Staff don't show the room when checking in. I booked 2 x triple rooms including kid's on the transaction, on one booking reference in 3 months advance, yet they couldn't use their basic common sense to allocate both rooms next to each other. When mentioned, it was my fault for not requesting in the booking. When I mentioned inconveniences and service cuts, the explanation I received from a staff member made me feel under valued, my POV is, I paid in full upfront what the website demanded on the quote, in order to receive the service, so why have silly excuses to cut on service and not compensate for failing to do so. All my problems and requests was heard with empathy but not solved to accommodate my convenience.

Towels are in bad condition and there’s not really a staff to greet you or talk to you. You check in on computer screens and check out on them. It’s nice to have a few bus stops right outside the door

Air conditioning not working, room was full of cobwebs and stank of mold! Mattress was thin and extremely uncomfortable! Noisy wasn't the word for this hotel didn't sleep all weekend, staff rude and very unhelpful no electricity on arrival had to use touch on my phone to see where we were going! Would have asked for a full refund if anyone was working on reception! Breakfast is a complete waste of time save your money
