A short walk from railway station. Convenient area. Lovely friendlystaff. Nice gift bag on leaving. Lift broke down the last day. Also we had a leak under the sink but nothing serious. We would stay again for sure. Thanks to the staff.

Fairly priced no frills “boutique” hotel located in the heart of Centraal Amsterdam. Great staff, early check in, clean. As advertised. 4 min walk to the train station, surrounded by shops, nightlife, and any type of food you could want. 15 min walk to Ann Frank Huis, 5 min walk to the red light district. Coffee, snacks, lounge, and bar on the ground floor. Perfect for solo travelers or couples that don’t need 5 star accommodations at a fraction of the cost of other surrounding properties. I’d stay here again next time I’m in Amsterdam.

Hotel is in a great location, close to Central Station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast of croissants and coffee was included. A little fruit would be a nice addition. Checkin was easy and they let us leave our bags and have a coffee before the room was ready. Staff very pleasant and helpful, front desk staff all spoke excellent English. At checkout we were each given a gift bag of snacks which was great for travelling.

The hotel location is great, close to all the places we want to go. The snack and water/coffee in the back of the lobby is very nice, also pretty private to sit and rest after checking out before go to the train station. The hotel door is constantly locked and monitored by staff 24/7 which is super safe. The room is pretty small but pretty clean. AC is very good. Can be a little bit noisy depends what neighbor you got.

Everything is good closed to everything including tram, train station central and walkable. The only thing I don’t like is no hair dryer to dry my hair. I can’t wash my hair because of that issue. I’m out of the country for vacation and not expected to bring a hair dryer with me. So it will be nice to have at least a hair dryer in the room.

Hotel is located in a very good location , Almost accessible to fun places ! the only problem is parking !!! hotel offers off site parking about 10 minutes walk which is fine .The only problem is miscommunication regarding the cost !!! I was told 20 Euro overnight and i was charged 45 Euro for less than 24 hours parking !

Walkable to/from the central station. Has elevator for the luggage. Although the room is small (expected in Amsterdam) it is very clean. We were lucky to get a good price when we booked the same day. The front desk are friendly. Very accessible to everything. We had a restful sleep. We will come back again and will recommend to families and friends.

This lovely hotel was only a five minute walk from the train station central. It was quiet, lovely, and so very comfortable! Right in the heart of Amsterdam, it made getting around incredibly easy. There was also an amazing coffee maker in the central lounge area, along with breakfast treats, and cookies/sweets available much of the day and night. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

Hotel is quite run down and in need of upkeep/renovations. Rooms were clean enough but threadbare carpets and stains all over them. Very small rooms and extremely small bathroom. Quite noisy and able to hear other guests in their rooms and in hallways. Convenient place to stay but not worth what they charge. Staff was pleasant.

Great service and great location. Unfortunately, the rooms are outdated and would need major renovations to fit the descriptions in the photos on Hotel.com site. Dirty old carpet floors, old furniture and dirty walls. Same for the bathroom. Discusting!

The staff was accommodating, friendly and always available. The hotel location is very convenient, within 5 minutes of numerous restaurants, pubs and the red light district for entertainment. The rooms were clean and safe. Excellent experience!

This property’s location is excellent. There is a person at the reception 24/7 and the hotel is securely locked at all times. Coffee and croissants are offered free charge in a quiet breakfast area. The staff is friendly and pleasant. The property itself is quite neglected. My room had significant stains on the carpet, the window had a broken handle and didn’t quite shut fully. The heating system was quite noisy and there wasn’t a single mirror with a good light. I felt for what you were charged this was a bit overpriced.

The staff were very nice but the room needs a major overhaul. Dim lighting, stains in the carpet, mold in the bathroom. Lots of restaurants nearby but it was very noisy late into the night.

Location, location, location. Couldn't be better for exploring Amsterdam. Highly recommend room 401. Top floor, roomy and extremely quiet since it's the only room on that floor. Friendly and kind staff. Reasonable rate for Amsterdam. Can't recommend highly enough.

Staff was wonderful. Convenient location. Bathroom was clean but had poor design. Main door had a raised tile across the bottom that caught my feet a few times. Shower door opened into the stall. Either had to enter, close door and stand in the cold water til it heated or let it warm up, enter and have water spray off the door as you entered and go all over the floor.

Great area, wonderful staff, good coffee machine. Rooms are in desperate need of renovation. Threadbare and stained carpeting throughout the hotel. Moulding on doors and baseboards filthy, need to be repainted. Bathrooms were ok, but not spotless. Beds were comfortable but would not stay there again. Would have expected to pay a lot less for that quality. Pictures on Expedia misrepresented the rooms.

The staff is wonderful!!! They catered to all our needs. It is very clean with coffee and croissants all day. The hotel is in the middle of everything and it is a 5 minute walk from Amsterdam Central train station. No need for an uber anywhere. Loved Romeo,Skye , the wonderful manager!!! They all worked well together. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!!

We chose the property based on price and location to the train station. Very centrally located but more importantly the staff was incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to assist with directional guidance. Two great restaurants across the street; Fiona’s (Mexican) and a fondue place.

Very dirty and old. It stinks. Could not wait sunrise to run away. They say buffet breakfast. It is only coffee and croissant. Nothing else. Oh there are teabags too if you select to have tea instead of coffee.
