De Pijp Hotel

Staff was amazing and helpful and the property was a delight to stay in De Pijp. Can't wait to come back and stay at this exact location.

The hotel loby was in renovation so 1st floor was a construction site with builders and loud noise. There was no breakfast resturant but a table with a coffee machine and snacks and a fridge with sodas.

Big renovations going on. Was certainly not worth the price. Not super clean, the toilet brush was disgusting. Breakfast was included but there were no breakfast and we didn’t got our money back.

Other than the good location and an ok room, this was a very poor experience. The listing advertised a ‘top rated breakfast’ and an ‘arcade/game room’, but breakfast was unavailable and there was no games room. The hotel was also in the middle of major construction works, making it feel more like a building site than a hotel, with intrusive noise from around 8am each morning. Staff were elusive and not attentive. Worse still, the breakfast refund promised at check-in has never been paid, and multiple attempts to contact the hotel have gone unanswered without even an acknowledgement. Poorly managed, poorly communicated, and not as described.

Hotel was being refurbished. Booked and paid for breakfasts but no kitchen. No refund to date Noisy from 0700 and also persistent noise throughout the night that kept me awake Pillows were bad Free water and black coffee and tea in lobby full of builders Good location and friendly but ineffective staff Should have been told about refurbishing as would have booked elsewhere.
