Right in the heart of all the city and all f the tourist spa we went. Were less than at 30 minute walk. The tram stop nearby made it easy to access the hotel. The staff was amazing and attentive. Our one note would be if you have issues using stairs, it can be hard to enter the hotel as stairs are on both sides with no elevator.

Great location, nice big room with comfy bed, clean too. Unfortunately restaurant wasn’t open for my first night, 2nd night there was skeleton staff so had to wait a long time. Also no water in room 2nd night.

Clean and nice staff however not great amenities. No real bar just a sitting area with self serve. Also the give you drink vouchers in exchange for not getting housekeeping during your stay but you can’t order beer o wine from the bar with them only pop or juice Location is good

The only thing that I didn't like was the access. The main entrance have stairs and we have to carrying the luggage. If you have a big luggage don't reserve here or keep in mind this inconvenient.

Good stay and location. Rooms well kept and tidy. Some sewer smell from the bathroom (no traps?). Some noise the last night with revellers busting bottles and shouting till about 4:30am.

Location: Convenient location. Close to restaurants, shopping, sights, public transportation. Easy to get to from and to the airport. Hotel: All common areas very clean. My room was pristine. I enjoyed the water and candy station in the lobby. I also loved the hotel’s eco friendly initiatives. Staff: All were very friendly. Paid lots of attention to details. Acknowledged a special occasion without me bringing it to their attention. Accommodated my requests. Food: The daily breakfast is worth it! Great selection of food and beverages, cold and hot. The food was fresh and replenished often. The omelette station with the sides was my favorite. Standout team members: Maria at check-in was awesome! She took care of everything quickly and with a smile. She informed me when my room was ready and followed up with me after I checked into my room to ensure all was good. Also a standout, the team member at the omelette station. Unfortunately I didn’t capture her name but she had short red hair. She was lovely, making casual conversation with all the guests and smiling, while making our eggs to order. Overall: I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and had a great experience while there.

The problem with this property is that the housekeeping is lacking. The floors were dirty and even after I brought this up to the team nothing was done. Staff was nice but understaffed and overworked. By far the worst NH I’ve stayed at which is surprising bc the chain is usually top tier!

Black mold was found in our bathroom shower/tub (room 525). Staff from the hotel wanted medical information from my doctor in order to provide any type of resolution which is ridiculous and unacceptable. Despite providing photo evidence of the black mold, they are not doing anything about the situation and it has caused an exacerbation of respiratory issues. Disgusting

Lovely hotel, was almost a perfect review however there were a few minor details with the cleaning of the room (I.e the mirror in the bathroom had finger marks) one of the pillows had a stain. But overall was a pleasant stay and I will definitely be returning. Location was great.

The staff are fantastic and their breakfast was good. A few issues, the main one was outside their control which happens from time to time. However, what was absolutely disgusting was dirty towels…. Make up and pop remains over the few days that we stayed. We had to check every towel before using. Clearly not washed in 60 degrees!

The hotel is perfectly situated in the center of Amsterdam, it was clean, and the staff were very nice, especially Sri at breakfast. However, the rooms are incredibly small and the bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever experienced in a hotel—very hard.

Very good location within walking distance to everything. The restaurant staff are super nice, the most kind persons we meet in Amsterdam! The only negative thing about the hotel is that on weekends the noise of the street is loud. The windows should be sound proof

Nice room for Amsterdam. Clean business type room with some space. Decent bed. Canal facing room was nice but noisy. In addition, the plumbing is loud so it sounds like water rushing down the wall every time someone above uses the bathroom. Use earplugs. Overall, good for a mid level European hotel room.

The staff we met were all good and helpful with any questions we had. Although we booked a “small” canal view we didn’t realize just how small it was. We barely fit our 2 pieces of luggage and carry on rearranging the furniture around the room. It was the room we chose but just be aware. We liked the bottle refills on each floor and the one in the lobby along with a selection of candies. Only real negative was ongoing party people on the street to the wee hours in the morning that can be heard from the room and the wafting smell of.cigarette and other stuff if you have your window open. All in all a nice hotel and easy walk to most sites

Paid €400 for 2 nights. When I booked the room I booked a Queen sized bed. When I arrived I was told this was requested which we don’t have so have 2 singles! Got offered to be moved late Sunday afternoon. But we were up at 4am to fly home so bitterly declined this offer.

My family and I stayed here we had three different rooms there was eight of us in total. Everything was exceptional. The check-in was flawless and easy during our stay the staff were professional and beyond helpful happy and inviting. The breakfast was really delicious very well presented lots to choose from. I believe her name is.SRI I hope I got that right was really a beautiful person just really helpful and professional. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. It is in the really best location close walking distance to everything!

This hotel takes care of their VIP members. I was offered early check in free of charge, and was surprised with an apple pie + birthday card on the day of my birthday (didn’t even have to mention it to them). They always have somebody at the desk, and the location is impeccable. You are in the city centre, and is close to everything. This hotel made our trip :)

The NH Hotel Amsterdam Central is well situated. The tram stop is just a couple of streets away, with easy access to Centraal Station, the main museums (Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh, etc.). There are various restaurants around the hotel1. The rooms are clean and the service staff is very helpful.

I enjoy this hotel and I would stay here again. There are a couple things that I think could be better but the pros highly outweigh the cons. The location is really fantastic. I could walk to most things within 20 minutes. The rooms were small. But it had everything that I needed and was very clean. I do love that they had body lotion in the bathroom. I did really enjoy their drink voucher in exchange for no room service. Their fitness center was OK. It was not very large. I do wish that they had a bottle of disinfectant available to wipe down machines. Their breakfast was excellent. However, the dinner was so so. For some reason, lots of restaurants stop serving on the earlier end in Amsterdam. I feel like they spent a lot of energy on their breakfast and there’s not at the same energy for the dinner service. There were a few very good restaurants very close. But I had to ask each one individually if they had dinner service. Overall, I think that there were a lot of very good things about this hotel. It is not perfect, but I would still highly recommend it and I would stay here again.
