Waren nur eine Nacht Geschäftlich im Hotel . Die Unterkunft liegt hinter einer Tankstelle. Parken sollte 25 € pro Nacht kosten. Gänge sind lang und renovierungsbedürftig. Da der Flieger früh ging habe ich kein Frühstück genossen.

This is a good hotel to stay at. Bus stop is not far away and a mini market right outside. Great breakfast selection. Dinner selection not too much. Good drinks at the bar. Staff were generally helpful. Our heat didn't work in our bedroom and they were doing construction in the hallways.

Un bon hotel, avec de belles chambres. Il est plutot bien situé, a 5min a pied d'un arret de bus qui mène au centre ville. Un restaurant un peu cher mais au meme prix que partout a amsterdam. Un point vraiment dérangeant c'est d'être obligé de payer le parking 25€/jour. Il y a un petit parking gratuit en face de l'hotel mais il est tout le temps plein. Je trouve ca dommage de payer une chambre d'hôtel et d'être obligé de payer le parking!

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated how communicative the hotel was prior to our booking, specifically helping us with getting there from the airport. Since we showed up too early to check in, they held our bags for us which was great! It is about a 5 minute walk to the bus stop that takes you to the tram station that will take you to main town (central station). It does take about 30-45 minutes for commute. But if you are only there a couple of days, it’s worth it in price. There was construction happening to their lobby, but other than that I’m sure it’s great! Gas station next door for snacks and such!

Ich habe bei der Suche den Filter „Parkplatz“ ausgewählt. Beim Hotel gab es einen Parkplatz der allerdings 25€ gekostet hat. Der Hotelpreis war ok, aber hätte ich vorher gewusst dass die Parkgebühren so hoch sind hätte ich dieses Hotel nicht gebucht. Ich werde es somit auch nicht erneut buchen.

The staff was very kind and welcoming, especially the Italian girl who greeted me at breakfast with great courtesy. The room was comfortable, although a bit on the cooler side. I also used the gym: it’s small, but well equipped for the space available. Overall, a very pleasant stay — I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is an average level hotel, far from the city centre and without public transport nearby. The window at our room was broken and one of the towels in bathroom was really dirty. The breakfast was very good and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel is very near a bus line that we could take into the heart of Amsterdam or to the airport which was really convenient. Staff was efficient and reasonably friendly and the room itself was quiet and clean. There’s a great big park and a lake right south of the hotel which would be lovely to spend time in.

Our stay was good, the rooms were really small and the hotel itself is outdated. Our shower head was broken and had mould in it. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the bus stop which takes you into the main town which was good. Overall you can find a better hotel for a similar price.

We were in Amsterdam for the Amsterdam Marathon. We were pleased by the hotel staff, the beatiful lobby area and the breakfast was very good indeed.As it was quite a distance from the central Amsterdam, and hard to get to and from Olympic stadium where the Marathon start/finish, it wasnt the ideal choice. The only other negative was the very small fridge that did not cool properly and the lack of food choices as the inside restaurant did not have a chef on the dates we were there, especially on Sunday night after the race.

Restaurangen stängde ca 20.00 och eftersom det låg långt utanför Amsterdam var det näst intill omöjligt att hitta en restaurant att äta på när jag kom ner klockan 20.00. Hotellet erbjöd självbetjäning av chips, godis och dryck. TV fungerade inte alltid och nätverket fungerade till och från.

Kamer was prima. Alles was mooi schoon (muv een vieze vlek die over het bed liep tot de grond aan het voeteneinde). Bij het inchecken een zeer gespannen sfeer. Geen ‘welkom’ of ‘fijn verblijf’. Er was blijkbaar stress over een andere kamer die niet op tijd beschikbaar was. De mannelijke receptionist was zeer onprofessioneel en heeft van manieren en gastvrijheid nog nooit gehoord. Zag er ook zeer onverzorgd uit (onder het zweet). Was openlijk en luid aan het klagen en de gasten belachelijk aan het maken waar wij bij stonden. Wij werden ook weggekeken. Heel erg ongemakkelijk en geen fijne aankomst. We begrijpen dat het soms hectisch kan zijn en dat gasten misschien niet altijd geduldig reageren, maar het is je werk om professioneel te blijven en je grenzen dan ook professioneel hierin aan te geven. Dit was roddelen, gasten belachelijk maken en klagen. Wat een aanfluiting. Komt over als een zeer onveilige werkomgeving. Bij het uitchecken een heel ander verhaal; zeer vriendelijke mevrouw! De sfeer die toen bij de receptie hing was fijn en kalm. Wat een verschil.

Staff were unhelpful, communication was impossible due to their phone number not in service, poor response to email and unclear directions. At the hotel we were told we had to to do everything through the on line travel site (Ex…..) whom we could not reach due to lack of service on our mobiles. Consequently we spent the night in the airport on a bench. Worst travel experience ever.

The hotel had no reservation for us when we arrived to check in, even though we made the reservation through Hotels.com several months earlier, and had even communicated with them through the app. The front desk people were very nice about it when I showed them my reservation on my phone, and got us a room of the same type and for cheaper than we had booked it for. However, there was another mistake later as our keys stopped working after two nights, even though we were staying for a third night which had been booked seperately by the tour company we were going with. I had communicated with them about this at the time of making the reservation, and again at check-in two days before. But again they quickly rectified the situation and we were able to stay in the same room. Otherwise, the hotel was pleasant, albeit a little out of the way if you don't have a car. But we took the bus 369 and transferred to tram 2 to get into central Amsterdam.

My experience at this hotel, wasn’t too good and I will explain why. When I have arrived at the hotel, there was a queue at the check in desk, that is totally understandable. What is not not understandable, is why it was taking extremely long for the 2 staff members to process the check in for each guest. We were about 10 persons in the queue, and it took about 45 min until I was served. I have asked the receptionist what went wrong and he blamed the slow system. All right, I accepted the situation and went in my room for the 5 hours sleep. In the morning I was in a rush of course, after such a short night. I left the key room, as I knew that I haven’t had any consumption or nothing on my room. The receptionist stop me like I was about to run without paying, and she told me that I have to pay the city tax and some hotel fees that weren’t paid. I said that if there are any taxes like these, I am meant to pay them at the check in. Not at the check out. She said that it was a mistake. And I said that it is not my fault that it was a mistake, and now I don’t want to pay the waiting time for my Uber that was waiting outside, because they made a mistake. Of course I have paid in the end, but I didn’t like at all the approach of the receptionist, and the tone of her voice, like I was the sneaky one in this situation. Other than this, room was ok, clean, and I can’t say more for the 5 hours spent there. 😃

The hotel was priced at a decent value for Amsterdam prices. The conditions of the facility were pristine. If you’re looking for a quiet stay, this place is perfect for you. We wanted to go downtown frequently and the transit time took a lot out of our days. Overall great facility, just a little out of the way.

Clean hotel, courteous front desk, but a disappointment overall: 1. Ridiculously expensive hotel restaurant. 2. Terrible location: not only are you a 20 minute bus ride away from anywhere interesting in Amsterdam, but the property owners couldn't even lobby for a bus stop nearer to the hotel entrance than an 8 minute walk along a bicycle path near a highway. And the hotel entrance, it catering primarily to motorists, faces the parking lot, making for extra walking when dragging your luggage from the bus stop. 3. They made the beds every day, but didn't bother replenishing the Nespresso cups and sugar packets. One cleaning lady refused to help me because my room wasn't assigned to her, so I had to walk to the front desk.

Godt hotel, der ligger tæt på offentlige transport. Det tager ca. 1 time fra hotel til centrum med bus og sporvogn. Når man skal tilbage til hotellet skal man tage bus 369 til Sciphol og skifte til bus 369 mod Centraal Station.
