Chambre propre mais trop petite. Manque un meuble pour poser sa valise. Accès à la salle de bain étriqué. Il aurait été préférable de mettre une porte à galandage ou coulissante pour remédier à cela. En revanche le personnel est très sympa, serviable. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Y a du choix. C’est copieux. Le café est egalement très bon. Autre bon point l’hôtel à un accord avec le gestionnaire du parking privé pour un tarif préférentiel. L’hôtel est également très bien situé. Pour toutes ces raisons je mets 4/5.

Convenient location close to the station and 15min walk to the city centre. Rooms are very small, especially the single rooms, with tiny bathrooms. Clean and tidy though and does the job for a few nights. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good value.

Excellent! We had train delays coming out of Paris to Luxemburg. We ended up in Metz, late, thirsty and needing a place to stay. We chose the Best Western. What a great choice! We were promply greated, quickly checked in and offered refreshments ... even at this late hour. Our room was very clean, comfortable and eco-friendly. We will return. Thanks for a great experience after a terrible train experience.

Hotel en bon état général, cependant l'isolation phonique est inexistante (sur l'ascenseur et également sur la rue). La fenêtre avait l'air d'être défaillante et laisse littéralement tout le bruit passer depuis une rue extrêmement passante a coté de la gare ... Les sembles sont en règle globalement très petite ... et je ne parle pas des WC ou il faut se tortiller pour y rentrer ...

Resultat quand on dort seul on dors au milieu et on se retrouvr tres vite sans un creux car les deux lits s ecartent. Pas d eau en chambre comme indiqué fans le descriptif. J ai quitté le groupe accord pour tester Best Western et c est pire. Premiere et derniere fois

Room is terribly small and basic, and the bathroom even worse. The water drainage of the shower is bad, resulting in water flowing all over the bathroom floor, making the floor mat all wet and yucky. The bathroom door open inwards, resulting in very limited space when exiting the bathroom. No amenities provided. The ventilation in the room is bad, resulting in smell (had to open the window). Bed is comfortable and breakfast is basic but tasty. I feel it’s not worth the price, except to be close to the main train station. 20mins walk to cathedral and city centre.

Staff were wounderful, close to the train station so we did a day trip to Luxembourg, worth it. Main city and sites to see all within walking distince. Recomend getting Breakfox at cafe Fox!!

A short walk from station. Safe and quiet. Had a small room but smart, clean and comfortable. Nice shower. Seemed like it had just been renovated. Friendly, helpful staff.

En revanche le personnel est très sympa, serviable. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Y a du choix. C’est copieux. Le café est egalement très bon. Autre bon point l’hôtel à un accord avec le gestionnaire du parking privé pour un tarif préférentiel. L’hôtel est également très bien situé. Pour toutes ces raisons je mets 4/5.

Room is terribly small and basic, and the bathroom even worse. The water drainage of the shower is bad, resulting in water flowing all over the bathroom floor, making the floor mat all wet and yucky. The bathroom door open inwards, resulting in very limited space when exiting the bathroom. No amenities provided. The ventilation in the room is bad, resulting in smell (had to open the window). Bed is comfortable and breakfast is basic but tasty. I feel it’s not worth the price, except to be close to the main train station. 20mins walk to cathedral and city centre.
