Un séjour d’une nuit agréable. L’hôtel, proche d’un golf, est à une 15zaine de minutes en voiture du centre ville de Metz. À noter pour les propriétaires de véhicule électrique des bornes de qualité sur le parking de l’hôtel. Le restaurant mérite le détour avec la qualité des plats et un service soigné. Si vous voyagez avec un chien la salle de petit déjeuner n’est pas accessible avec votre animal mais vous pouvez allez dans la salle du restaurant.

Wouldn't return - Rooms aren't fresh and when windows are opened it lets in the cigarette air from the patrons constantly smoking near the entrance. They provide one towel and hide the other in a drawer which I didnt find until I read another review. Ridiculous. We were welcomed to breakfast however upon checkout were told it was an additional charge.. oh and there was a half eaten cookie on display, on top of all the others. Grim. The rooms had a light brown carpet, until you look at the corners of the room and realise the carpet should actually be a silver grey. Gross! Toilet brush covered in dirt... Lamps covered in dust.. just really unpleasant and dirty.

Overall good experience. Our room was somehow not available but the staff replaced it. We did find an empty bottle of vodka and orange juice deep under the bed, so there's some improvements to be had

Prima ontvangst in het hotel. Keurig nette kamer en zeer aardig personeel. Prima zwembad met goede parasols en bedjes. Bij het zwembad word bijna nooit gevraagd of je wat te drinken wilt, vonden we wel jammer. Je moest altijd naar de bar lopen om te vragen om een drankje, en die word dan ook wel snel gebracht. Lekker gegeten in het restaurant van het hotel, wel een aanrader om een keer te proberen. Acht nachten verbleven en prima tijd gehad!

De airco was lawaaiig en niet in staat de temperatuur in de kamer te doen dalen waardoor we, ondanks de lage buitentemperatuur, in een snikhete kamer sliepen. De afvoer in de badkamer was verstopt en de wc zat vol onsmakelijke (kalk)aanslag. Het streamen van iPhone naar de tv werkte ook helaas niet.

Le wifi n'était pas fiable, ça coupait sans cesse et de manière imprevisible et quand ça marchait, c'était très lent! l'hotel pourrait être joli, mais il faut l'entretenir ( miroir de beauté ne tenait plus, le sechoir se decompose . . . ). L'extérieur en travaux. J'espère que tout serait remis jusqu'en printemps surtout le wifi ( un hotel 4 étoile a absolument besoin d'un wifi fiable et vite )

Un seul bémol sur la restauration: longue attente pour la commande et le service du diner (2h) et personnel semblant dépassé pour le petit-déjeuner (desserte des tables, et recomplètement du buffet) - situation certainement due à un manque de personnel en conséquence du pont du 15 aout, avec pourtant de nombreux clients. C'est regrettable pour un hôtel de cette classe.

We have stayed on many occasions so we are very familiar with the hotel. After a 6 hour drive from Como we wanted to have a meal and as we have a dog couldn't eat in the restaurant so I went down to the bar and ordered room service. The very polite young man was half way through our order when a manager pushed him out of the way, cancelled our order and served another guest and then just walked off - incredibly rude, disrespectful and I suspect a little racist as I am English - whether he was or not is not important as he was clearly rude. After ordering we received room service very quickly and the food was very good. All the staff are very polite and helpful and this individual stood out as rude and disrespectful - it spoilt the stay for me.

Je sejourne régulièrement dans cet hotel. Alors que d habitude on ne me le demande jamais, aujourd hui on m a demander une autorisation bacaire. La chambre 210 a une climatisation avec un cliqueti insupportable; heureusement il ne faisait pas trop chaud j ai donc pu m en passer. Le point catastrophique est sur la restauration 2h30 pour un plat et un dessert (puisque la seule entree de la table est arrivée apres le plat principal !). En plus la qualité des produits est médiocre

We got a roomm upgrade on arrival. The check in process was quick. Room was spacious, clean, well appointed and quiet. The location is ideal if youre planning visiting different places as it's close to the highway. Good breakfast and free parking.

Un séjour d’une nuit agréable. L’hôtel, proche d’un golf, est à une 15zaine de minutes en voiture du centre ville de Metz. À noter pour les propriétaires de véhicule électrique des bornes de qualité sur le parking de l’hôtel. Le restaurant mérite le détour avec la qualité des plats et un service soigné. Si vous voyagez avec un chien la salle de petit déjeuner n’est pas accessible avec votre animal mais vous pouvez allez dans la salle du restaurant.

The hotel looks quite new and therefore was clean and modern inside. the staff were very friendly and chatty. On arrival, we initially drove past it as it’s on an industrial estate and the lighting in the area is poor. The Best Western sign could be bigger and illuminated to give better visibility at the car park entrance. But other than that, it’s a great hotel.

Wir waren Hotelgäste und konnten im Hotel eigenen Restaurant kein Essen bekommen. Wir wurden beim Einchecken nicht darüber informiert das man nur mit einer Restaurant Reservierung essen gehen kann. Auf Grund von Personal Mangel konnte für uns 2 Personen im Restaurant kein Essen gemacht werden. Trotz Beschwerde bei der Rezeption hat man uns keine Möglichkeit gegeben im Restaurant etwas zu essen. Letztlich sind wir hungrig und enttäuscht zu Bett gegangen. Ganz schlechter Stil und Service.

Un seul bémol sur la restauration: longue attente pour la commande et le service du diner (2h) et personnel semblant dépassé pour le petit-déjeuner (desserte des tables, et recomplètement du buffet) - situation certainement due à un manque de personnel en conséquence du pont du 15 aout, avec pourtant de nombreux clients. C'est regrettable pour un hôtel de cette classe.
