Located in the middle of an Industrial estate surrounded by burnt out cars and old dirty mattresses dumped in the carpark down the side of the hotel. Hotel bathroom/shower was dirty, other hotel guests used my car as a table, placing their drinks on the bonnet as well as their handbags and phones. Another group of teens attacked my car by throwing shoes at it. We didn’t feel safe and had to leave around 11pm. I would never recommend this hotel and would not use an Ibis budget again. The staff at night were constantly on their mobile phone and were not interested in listening to our complaints. Post our return home the hotel were not interested in listening to our complaints, the staff lied and said we hadn’t complained at the time so they were not willing to anything re a refund and put the phone down on me. Disgusting behaviour from a big hotel chain

la communication devrait être fluide au niveau des femmes de menages. Elles doivent être informées de la présence du client pour éviter d'ouvrir la porte et le surprendre. le système de fermeture automatique d'accès à l'établissement ne fonctionne plus, cela génére un sentiment d'insécurité. RAS pour le reste car tout est conforme au prix. Cordialement.

Mon premier voyage c’était très bien passé donc j’avais décidé de revenir dans cet hôtel. Quel changement ! L’accueil était froid, j’avais l’impression de les déranger. Bon tant pis, je suis peut-être passée au mauvais moment… Je prends possession de la chambre et là c’est encore une douche froide ! La propreté n’était pas au rendez-vous ! Des tas de poussières dans les coins, un papier qui traîne sous le lit, des cheveux par terre…. Je pense que le ménage n’avait tout simplement pas été fait ! Pour le reste, c’était correct.

Zeer slecht hotel. Kamers zijn vies, vloer en deuren plakken en hebben vlekken. Handoeken ook niet schoon. Verder zijn ook veel zaken in de kamer kapot en sterk verouderd. Daar betaal je dan 85 euro voor incl ontbijt, dit laatste was wel redelijk.

The price was very good, but the room was very small with an unconventional bathroom configuration. However, the room (and inside of hotel) was clean and bed comfortable, but with no AC in the summertime it can be hot before it cools off overnight. The breakfast was very basic (my family did not eat much). The outside had guests hanging out and smoking in the parking lot.

Horrible car climatisation en panne !!! Avec la chaleur intérieur c'était insupportable. Je suis parti avant la fin de mon séjour tellement c'était inconfortable, alors que j'ai travaillé toute la nuit et rentré au petit matin. J'ai ouvert la fenêtre pour faire rentrer de la fraicheur au petit matin, mais là c'était invasion de moustiques de jour comme de nuit !!! j'ai été piqué à plusieurs reprise. Très déçu !!! je ne reviendrais plus !!!
