A regular customer to these hotels, haven’t been back to Crowne Plaza in Belfast since COVID, and standards have changed since then! Breakfast was a bit chaotic and staff standing around chatting about personal stuff while guests were waiting! Food offerings not quite up to standard either! Only good thing are the staff, Naomi at reception and Joe at the bar!

Nice clean room. Modern, warm, aircon. Wifi was poor in room 110 but I was moved straight away into 156 and that was good. Gym was huge. Lots of equipment. Pool, Sauna Steam. Nice but smelly, could use a clean.
