The room was clean,One girl seemed to be running everything, the Breakfast was poor the Mushrooms were dried overcooked, the facilities were lacking no lift to the first floor bedrooms only a flight of stairs which we had to use and carry all our bags and my wifes medical equipment ( in a backpack ) the room was a 10minute walk from the car park ( both of us are registered disabled ) no help was offered from the staff. Last of all the directions to the hotel through country lanes was also poor. NOT RECOMMENDED.

No communication from staff, there is a mobile number to ring but it’s never answered. Boiled a kettle and the fire alarm went off. Dirty rooms last decorated in the the 1980s probably. Mould around the shower. Very grim place to stay
