Parking is 20euro, like others have said the rooms are hot. No fans, i was sweating all night. Wouldve had the patio door open but the gate between rooms was wide open and didnt want random stranger walking.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Living Hotel Kanzler. The terrace was great, the room was lovely, the free beers were enjoyed. The location was easily walkable to our conference at the WCCB, as well as many great museums in Bonn. The room rates were fair, and I recommend the terrace upgrade.

The check in was very smooth, the room was very good, a lot of space and comfortable. They charge for the dog stay, but at least they offer a pillow, water and food pots and snacks to my dog. I really appreciated it.

Katastrophe! Alles ist besser, als das Kanzler Hotel in Bonn. Jedes andere Hotel ist besser. Wir haben vorgebucht und sind um 23.50 Uhr angereist. Niemand an der Reception. Es hat 20 min gedauert, bis jemand kam, dass Einchecken dauerte weitere 15 Min, obwohl die Nacht vorbezahlt war. Dann haben wir gefragt, Ob ein Check-Out bis 12 Uhr oder 13 Uhr am kommenden Tag möglich wäre. "Ja, aber kostet 20 Euro die Stunde". Auf meinen Einwand hin, dass der internationale Standard 12 Uhr am anderen Tage ist, hieß es, "ja, geht, kostet aber 20 Euro die Stunde." (Anzeige beim Gewerbeamt kommt.) Der Tip des Nachtportiers; bitte klären Sie das morgen früh mit dem Frühdienst. Dann sind wir nochmal ins Nachtleben. Als wie wieder kamen, war das Haus zu, die Zugangskarte war gesperrt und auch andere Gäste standen schon mehr als 30 min draußen. Irgendwann kam der Nachtportier wieder und entriegelte die Tür. Wahrscheinlich hat der irgendwo gepennt. Anderen Morgen um 10.50 Uhr die Reception angerufen. Ja geht, kostet aber 15 Euro. Ich wieder ins Bett. 10 min später, mich wieder geweckt, Rückruf, ob die Buchung bis 12 Uhr aufrecht gehalten wird. "Jaaaaa". 10 min später, Roomservice, Kontrolle der Minibar. Aufgefüllt, obwohl wir noch nicht ausgecheckt haben. Wieder ins Bett. 30 min später, nochmal Minibar. FAZIT: Niemals wieder! Tolle Haus, aber Chaosbude deluxe. Egal wo es hingeht, in Bonn gibt es bessere Häuser !! Wenn man sich überlegt, wieviel Zeit uns gestohlen wurde.

This hotel was a great find and within walking distance to many museums, the river and Ubahn / Sbahn stops. The restaurant attached to the hotel is also great - but otherwise dining options are about 25 mins walk toward the city centre. Would stay again!

This hotel was a great find and within walking distance to many museums, the river and Ubahn / Sbahn stops. The restaurant attached to the hotel is also great - but otherwise dining options are about 25 mins walk toward the city centre. Would stay again!

The check in was very smooth, the room was very good, a lot of space and comfortable. They charge for the dog stay, but at least they offer a pillow, water and food pots and snacks to my dog. I really appreciated it.
